Remember the tornados last year! Watched a one whole episode since then, and have stopped AMC on the DVR.
I watched AMC for over 30 years...that is approximately 7500 episodes, through some really bad stuff!
Erica the Showgirl!
Jeremy and Ceara
Johnathan the murderer
Ryan Lavery
David Hayward and that stupid potion
And let's not forget the poison pancakes
It took Pratt and team less than a week (5 episodes) to lose me when they took beloved Bianca and made her a backstabbing, ovulating moster. That is less than .06% of my viewing time with AMC.
Good Job, Pratt. Kill Stuart, make Marian crazy as a loon, cast an ill-suited actress in a pivotal role (Liza), kill Babe, then introduce a sister never before mentioned. Then shoved THE MOST POPULAR AND BANKABLE couple the show has in opposing directions (Zendall).
All this silliness does not make me want to give it a try.
By not watching, I get approx 250 hours of my life back, or about 10 days a year!
Anyone want to add to that??

Zach and Kendall are my absolute favorites on the show, in spite of the non-stop hatchet job that is STILL being done to them. But I will be honest with you. I have not been one of the posters who has previously said that when Zach and Kendall leave the show I will be gone..
I have lost favorite actors and actresses in the past and there has always been something to keep my interest in AMC to keep me watching in spite of the loss.
However, I have watched a lot of AMC this year since Pratt took over..and I can honestly say there is absolutely not one character or storyline that is presently being told that will keep my interest when TK leaves and AM goes on her maternity leave.
In fact, I almost (I said ALMOST!!) look forward to them being gone so I don't have to watch this mess of a show.
I hope at some point to come back to AMC, which I have watched for a huge part of my life. If and when Alicia returns from hopefully a long and well deserved maternity leave, I may peek in but I doubt I will be watching if Pratt is still writing. I have given him chance after chance to write something to interest me..and not offend me with the trashing of characters and stupidity of plots.
But I also have decided that I will have better use for an extra hour each day when AMC is no longer on my daily agenda. And what's even worse, I don't think I will even care enough to miss it. And for a long time viewer, that's really sad.
