Cole started to go into withdrawal in jail when Téa arrived and revealed
that Marty hired her to represent him. Cole didn't want her help, but Téa
urged him to fight. When she reminded him that Matthew refused to get out of
the car, Cole became angry and said he wanted to pay for what he did.

Gigi was elated when Stacy presented her with the paperwork showing that
Stacy is a bone-marrow match for Shane. When Gigi wanted to run and tell
Rex, Stacy told her to hold on. She refused to donate her bone marrow and
really dragged out telling Gigi why. Finally, she presented her demand: Gigi
breaks up with Rex, and then Stacy will give her marrow to Shane. Gigi was
flabbergasted. Meanwhile, Roxy thought back to Stacy threatening to reveal
her secret about Rex's dad if Roxy didn't keep quiet.

When Jack saw Todd walk into Dorian's living room, he yelled for Todd get
out if he's not there to be a better father. At the hospital, Dorian
received paperwork stating that the restraining order against Todd has
"expired." After reading through the various reasons, she realized that Todd
had it lifted, which Todd had to explain to Shaun, Moe and Ray so they
wouldn't kick his butt. Dorian angrily phoned Téa, who claimed she did not
have that restraining order lifted and that Todd has a new lawyer now. When
Cole heard that Téa wasn't representing Todd anymore, he was more willing to
listen to her. Meanwhile, Todd promised that nothing would keep him and Jack
apart. Dorian arrived and had a few choice words for Todd. Jack yelled at
the top of his lungs that he and Sam want to be with their dad.

Marty and John theorized about who from Todd's old frat house might be
threatening people's lives. Marty wondered if it was Todd, but John didn't
seem so sure. She urged John to go see Blair in case she wakes up. Marty
suddenly remembered something from her rape but didn't say anything to John.
At the hospital, Starr told Addie she'd never live with Todd. John arrived
and vowed to Starr that he wouldn't let Todd take her and her brothers away.
Just then, Michael informed them that Blair regained consciousness. After
Dorian sent Todd packing, Jack declared his hatred for Dorian. Todd phoned
his lawyer and informed him that the boys want to live with him. Dorian made
a phone call to someone she hoped would be able to help.

Stacy explained that she just wants what Gigi stole from her, recounting the
first time she laid eyes on Rex, who helped her after she dropped her
backpack. Gigi had no idea that Stacy felt this way all along, but refused
to give in to her blackmail. Stacy called Gigi's bluff by walking out. Gigi
called out to her sister, and just as she was about to make up her mind, Rex
walked in.

Tuesday

As Kyle went to retrieve the results of the DNA tests Natalie and Jared
ordered on Starr and Chloe, they wondered if they were doing the right
thing. Kyle returned with the results confirming Natalie and Jared's worst
suspicions. Meanwhile, Brody ran into Jessica at the hospital and was
disappointed to inform her that he isn't a match for Shane.

Téa found Nora at the hospital and revealed that Marty hired her to
represent Cole. Todd, meanwhile, visited Viki to tell her that he plans to
fight Blair for custody of their kids. Viki was sickened to hear such a
thing, considering Blair is in a coma. Back at the hospital, Blair regained
consciousness, and asked an elated Starr what happened. Téa headed to Viki's
to ask her if she plans to testify on Todd's behalf, and crossed paths with
Todd on his way. Téa admitted to Viki that she's thinking about representing
Blair in the case, in an effort to "break the cycle" and prove to herself
that she's moved on from Todd. Viki wasn't sure that was the best idea, and
Téa confessed that she may be falling back in love with him. Viki wished Téa
luck with whatever decision she makes.

John visited Blair and apologized for leaving her that night. Blair asked
what happened to her, and John explained to Blair that she was stabbed.
Blair didn't seem to remember anything about what happened in the shower. He
asked her to try her best to recall the night she was stabbed, just as Todd
was lurking outside her hospital room.

Rex showed Gigi a fantastic comic Shane drew and asked what she and Stacy
were talking about when he walked in. Gigi announced that Stacy was trying
to make a deal with her. Stacy lied that she was just asking Gigi to put
aside their differences for Shane's sake. Once they managed to get rid of
Rex, Gigi told Stacy that she'll never take her deal and will find a donor
somewhere else. Stacy noted that her offer won't be on the table for very
long. Gigi told Stacy to go back to Las Vegas.

Starr ran into Jessica at the hospital and happily told her that Blair is
going to be fine. She looked at Chloe and noted that she was looking more
like the Lord side of the family every day. Later, Jessica walked in on a
heated discussion between Jared and Natalie, just as Jared was saying they
have to tell everyone, including Jessica.

Antonio and Talia reunited at the Buenos Das, but he had some bad news for
her: He's not staying in Llanview. Talia figured out that he's going after
her fugitive father. He assured Talia that he's doing this to protect them
and Jamie, and asked Talia to look after his daughter while he's away. They
declared their love for one another and kissed.

Wednesday

Natalie and Jared told Jess that they needed to talk. Nat had visions of breaking the news to Jessica that Chloe was not her baby. In various scenarios, Jessica went insane after hearing the truth, while Starr grabbed the baby and claimed her as her own. Afterward, Nat chickened out and kept mum.

Brody visited Shane at the hospital. Shane told Brody he now has an understanding of what being at war feels like. Brody asked if Shane told anyone he was scared. Shane replied he didn't want to worry his parents. Brody replied he'd be there for the boy. He also said that he got tested to be a bone marrow donor but wasn't a match. Just then, Shane had to throw up from the chemo. Afterward, Shane suggested that Brody date his aunt Stacy.

Destiny showed up at the hospital to see Matthew. She asked Nora if Matthew was ever going to walk again. Destiny wondered if anyone from school had been to visit. "I want to see him," she pressed. In Matthew's room, Bo doted on his son. Just then, Nora entered and told Matthew he had a visitor. "Becca?" Matthew snapped. "I told you I don't want to see anyone!" "Too bad," said Destiny as she walked through the door. As the kids visited, Bo told Nora that Matthew blamed himself for his predicament. Nora broke down and wept. Destiny brought Matthew's homework and encouraged him to get well. Later, Matthew told his parents he wasn't going back to school, especially in a wheelchair. "They already hated me when I could walk," he cried.

Téa got another call from Dorian, who wanted the attorney to rep Blair against Todd.

At Blair's bedside, John asked Blair if she remembered seeing anything prior to her stabbing. "Yes," she replied as Todd looked on. She stated someone that hit her hard in the back of her head, and remembered her back burning. She thought someone took her hand to get her out of her pain. Just then, Dorian arrived and discovered Todd eavesdropping. Dorian dropped the bomb on Blair that Todd was asking for "temporary" custody of their kids while she recovered. "Why would you try and take the kids?" Blair wondered. Todd insisted that he was not responsible for her stabbing. Dorian had her bodyguard kick Todd out. In the hall, Todd told John to butt out. Dorian then assured Blair that she was trying to woo Téa to their side against Todd.

At the diner, Antonio prepared to leave town. He told his daughter he'd miss her but she'd be in good hands with grandma. Cristian asked to talk to his brother. "Que pasa?" Antonio asked. "You tell me," Cris replied. Antonio confided that he was going after Carlo Hesser. Just then, Téa broke into the "Vega Party." Téa apologized for her recent actions but stated she's trying to do the right thing and has washed her hands of Todd. Téa shook Antonio's hand and wished him luck. They hugged.

Viki and Clint talked about Matthew's condition and wondered why bad things happen to good people. Clint felt helpless in giving Nora comfort. Viki reminded Clint of all the troubles they've been through with their kids. Later, Clint felt left out watching Nora bond with Bo over Matthew.

Layla came to the diner and kvetched to Talia about Cristian. When Cris and Layla started going at it, Talia played referee. Cristian proposed a toast to his brother. Antonio and Talia kissed…. Téa showed up at Blair's room and told Dorian she has made a decision. "I'll represent you against Todd," Téa announced. "And I know how we can win."

Thursday

Cole's drug dealer showed up at the courthouse claiming to be his "peer
counselor" and sidled up to Cole, pulling out a mysterious bag from his
pocket. Asher gave him the pills, explaining that they'd help Cole keep his
cool during the hearing. After Cole later revealed to Nora that he had a
dream about being stuck in a white van in Ireland, Nora told Marty, "Your
son really needs you," and walked off. Cole asked his mom for some water,
then shoved the pills in his mouth when she wasn't looking. Inside the
courtroom, Téa questioned Nora's decision to prosecute Cole to the fullest
extent of the law.

After Matthew completed a physical rehabilitation session, Bo told Nora he
thinks Matthew is feeling a little overwhelmed. When Matt saw his new
wheelchair, he told the physical therapist to get "that thing outta here."
Bo asked the therapist to leave them alone, and asked Matthew what the
problem is. But after convincing Matthew to think of it as a temporary form
of getting around, Bo got Matthew wheeling down the hallway. When Nora saw
them coming, she was thrilled.

Meanwhile, Starr was at home blaming herself for everything that happened to
Cole and Matthew after the dance, but Langston advised her to stop. Langston
asked why Starr just doesn't tell Cole how she feels, then wondered if her
feelings for Schuyler are stopping her. Langston gave her some tough love
advice, suggesting that the teacher does not feel the same way about Starr.
But Starr was in denial, arguing that Schuyler does have feelings for her.

Schuyler ran around his apartment looking for a towel, which Stacy naturally
had snagged after using all the hot water. She apologized and said she'd be
out of his hair soon. Schuyler asked why Gigi hadn't run her out of town
yet, and Stacy claimed that Gigi needs her. Stacy wondered why Schuyler is
still at home, and he admitted that he was suspended. She jumped to the
conclusion that he slept with a student. He explained that it's just a
misunderstanding, and he's being accused of having inappropriate conduct
with a student who merely has a crush on him. Stacy agreed to pretend that
she and Schuyler are still dating so that Starr will get over her crush. He
asked again what's going on with her and Gigi, and realized that Rex is the
guy she was always so hung up on when they were dating.

Rex walked into Shane's hospital room to find him decked out in a rocker wig
and KISS makeup. Shane gleefully announced that he has a donor. Believing
Stacy had filed the faulty paperwork declaring her as a donor, Roxy had
already gotten Shane's hopes up. But when Michael said there was still no
donor, Roxy went right over to Schuyler's to confront Stacy.

Meanwhile, Gigi was in the chapel asking God if she really has to give up
the love of her life to save Shane. When she returned to Shane's room, she
and Rex ran into Michael, who was happy to share with them that a donor had
just been found in Australia. Roxy walked in on Rex and Gigi's celebration
with Shane, and when she heard the news blurted out, "She finally got off
her butt!" "Who?" Rex inquired. Roxy was so relieved to hear that it wasn't
Stacy that she ran off before she could explain herself. She went straight
to the chapel to thank God for turning up a donor that's not Stacy or the
"evil sleaze" who fathered Rex. But just as soon as Rex's hopes were up,
they came crashing down when Michael pulled him aside to explain that the
Australian donor is unable to donate. Meanwhile, Gigi was telling Stacy to
take her "skanky" bone marrow and shove it.

Cole's hearing got underway, and after Nora read the charges, the judge
asked how Cole pleads. Nora answered for him, announcing that he pleads
guilty. Nora explained that Cole agreed to her offer of entering a drug
treatment center. The impatient judge asked Cole to enter his plea, but Cole
wanted to say something first. He explained that going to the center in no
way can make up for what he did and that he feels truly guilty. The judge
thanked him for his statement and court was adjourned.

Friday

Brody could barely get through his morning workout without fantasizing about
Jessica. "Don't go there, man," he warned himself while lifting weights. He decided to call Dr. Levin to discuss his issue. The shrink wondered if
Brody should get involved with another single mom, considering what happened
with Gigi and Shane.

Jessica was happy to see Natalie and Jared at the café, but the couple
wasn't as psyched to see her. Then they all just happened to run into
Marcie, who revealed that Hope didn't die of RH disease. Once she was gone,
Jessica whispered to Natalie and Jared how awful it must be not know why
your kid died. Jessica sat her sister and Jared down and asked that they be
Chloe's godparents at her upcoming christening. Natalie and Jared looked so
depressed that Jessica picked up on their weirdness. Marcie, meanwhile,
headed to the hospital to tell Michael that she's going to give up trying to
figure out why Hope died.

After his hearing, a drug-treatment rep handed Cole a urine kit and followed
him to the restroom. On the way, he ran into Starr and asked how her mom was
doing. Cole explained that he's enrolling in a treatment program. Starr
wanted to apologize for the message she left him, but the "warden" hurried
him along. "I have to go pee in a cup," Cole shrugged. Guess who showed up
in the bathroom? The drug dealer, who conveniently revealed that he doesn't
even do drugs, so he can pee for Cole! Rehab wasn't off to such a promising
start.

Dorian thanked John for whatever it is he's "doing" to help Blair and the
kids before he took Sam to the courthouse. Todd was shocked to find that Téa
was representing Blair in the custody case ‹ and even more thrown when John
showed up in Blair's place. As the hearing got underway, Todd explained that
he has taken all the measures that were asked of him by the court, and that
Blair is incapacitated and can't take care of the kids right now. The judge
asked Téa for her take, and strangely, she agreed that the children should
stay with their father. She then corrected herself, explaining that she
meant to say their stepfather, Blair's husband. "Who is her husband?" Todd
asked. John stood up and revealed that it's him!

Michael explained to Rex that their donor can't help right now because she's
pregnant. Rex didn't know how to tell Gigi that there's no one to save
Shane, unaware that Gigi was off giving Stacy the boot. But just as soon as
Gigi told Stacy to go "get back on the pole," Rex called with the bad news.
Still outside Stacy's door, Gigi knew what she had to do. She knocked and
begged her sis to donate her marrow. Gigi reluctantly agreed to Stacy's
sinister offer, but Stacy wanted her to break up with Rex before Stacy even
starts the donor process. Afterward, Brody ran into Gigi outside Stacy's
suite and saw that she was upset. Gigi began to sob and Brody gave her a
hug. Meanwhile, Rex and Shane enjoyed reading his comic together.

While waiting to hear the outcome of the trial, Dorian made an attempt to
get to know Ray. She wanted to find out what his profession is, and when she
ran out of guesses, his answer was, "I do this," and he kissed her! And she
seemed to like it.
