Tuesday

Blair told Todd that Tommy McBain was his son. Todd didn't believe her, because the information came from Miles. Todd asked John, "Does Michael know?"
Blair gave Todd the folder on Tommy's parentage. When Todd began reading the
papers, he realized Blair was telling the truth. John added that Marcie
didn't know yet. "I'm getting my kid back. Period," Todd announced. John drew his gun and pointed it right at Todd. "There is no reason to do anything crazy here, John," a frightened Blair gasped. John told Todd that he would tell Michael and Marcie. Todd would not. "Why should I care about her?" Todd smirked. John begged Blair to get through to him and explain that though Todd was gaining a son, Marcie was losing one. Todd became more and more aggravated about the situation and headed out to the McBains. John stopped him. "Like I said," John whispered, "let's do this my way."

Jessica asked Nash about the vineyard finances. Nash did everything
possible not to answer her. Instead, he asked about her holiday in London. Jessica wondered if Nash was able to buy out Antonio's share. Nash wanted to eat before talking about it. "What's wrong?" Jessica replied, seeing right through him. Nash explained that the banks had turned him down. Jessica wondered why Nash wouldn't take money from Clint. No way, Nash said. He told Jessica about the high-stakes poker game and admitted he had lost everything, taking complete responsibility. Nash feared that the new
owner could just re-sell the vineyard. "I wanted to be able to show you that
everything was ours," Nash told his bride. "I will always be proud of you,"
Jessica said.

Nora assured Sarah that Asa adored her. Clint was delighted to see Sarah
working at Capricorn. Over drinks, Nora made it clear to Clint that she had
enough evidence against Lindsay and could remain objective.

Dorian visited Lindsay behind bars. "You deserve Woman of the Century," Dorian insisted. Lindsay was surprised that Dorian thanked her for committing a
murder. "If I did it," Lindsay said. Dorian reminded Lindsay that the death
of Sam was an accident. "We will be friends forever," Dorian promised
her. She instructed the guard that Lindsay needed to make a phone
call to her son. Lindsay talked to Will on the phone and brought him up to
speed on what had happened.

Michael and Rex tried to convince Marcie that going after John in a public
forum (attacking him in a newspaper) wasn't the best approach. Adriana
suggested she "just let it go." Marcie was convinced that John arrested
Lindsay just to get Marty out of jail. Marcie asked Michael for the fiftieth time if Michael was keeping something from her. She accused Michael, Rex and
Adriana of knowing something and the threesome exchanged guilty, nervous
glances. Marcie couldn't believe that Adriana, Rex and Michael thought
Lindsay could have murdered Spencer. Marcie reminded them that Lindsay needs
them right now. "She doesn't have Jen," she added. Marcie, Adriana, Michael
and Rex made a tape for Lindsay. Adriana and Rex left. Michael promised
Marcie that they would be a family with Tommy forever.

Sarah asked Jared why there was a photo of "my cousin on your cell phone."
Then she had to get back to work. She rushed to tell Clint about the photo, but Jared disappeared. Sarah didn't know who Jared was. Nora wondered if they
should call Jessica.

Wednesday

At Capricorn, Adriana and Rex talked about how complicated things had gotten with the Tommy situation. Cristian said that the sooner Sarah gets a paycheck, the sooner he gets his place back. Sarah overheard him and was annoyed and hurt. Layla, Rex, Adriana, Vincent and Sean all bashed Sarah as being a spoiled brat. The subject changed to the Lindsay situation. Sean didn't care for the gossip. Layla encouraged Sean to check out the gals at the bar. Cris apologized to Sarah for what she overheard. Sarah said she was grateful to him and stormed off. The gang speculated on how Lindsay might have known Spencer. Rex said he hadn't seen Lindsay the night of Spencer's murder. Adriana and Rex didn't get into the gossip. Sarah agreed to bring them another round of drinks, "If I can have your loft," she said. The group gasped in disbelief. Rex caught up with Jared and told him to go easy on Nash.

Jared dropped in on Nash and Jessica to "take a tour of the vineyard." Nash said he was busy (Jessica had returned) and he should come back later. Nash and Jessica cuddled and she said she was sorry she wasn't there when Antonio sold his shares of the vineyard to Jared. Nash worried that Jared would be a hands-on owner.

Marcie told Michael (who looked worried) that she had everything she needs, but that she's still worried about Lindsay. Marcie remained adamant that Lindsay didn't know Spencer. Michael thought John must have a good case against Lindsay. "There's more to this story," Marcie said. "I know there is." Marcie pulled away when the two began to make love. Michael got a call from John and insisted he come to his office immediately. John asked Michael to make sure Marcie stays in the apartment. Michael hugged Marcie goodbye and headed to John's office.

John arrested Todd. "You are not going to keep me away from my son," Todd said. John asked Blair to make a statement to keep Todd under arrest. John told Todd all about Marcie, Michael and Tommy. John knew that Marcie would have to learn the truth but didn't want her to learn that day, or from Todd for that matter. Blair saw John's point. "Whose side are you on," Todd barked. "I'm on the baby's side," Blair said and agreed to make a statement. "Todd attacked him, punched him and choked him," she said recounting Todd's attack on Miles the previous evening. Todd glared. John threw Todd in a cell. Todd explained he risked everything to find his child. Todd said he would have nightmares about the baby. John added that Tommy had been taken care of by "the two best people I know." Todd accused John of planning to leave town with Tommy, Michael and Marcie. Todd remembered showing Marcie his son's certificate of death. Blair visited Todd and begged him to think about Tommy. Todd didn't share her faith in the McBains. Blair was convinced that the McBains wouldn't run away with Tommy. Todd didn't think Blair would have been so compassionate toward the McBains had the child been hers.

Thursday

Rex asked Adriana to move in with him. Adriana was taken aback and Rex was a
little hurt that she wasn't jumping up and down. He promised her that he'd
been thinking about this for a long time. Adriana predicted that Rex would
get annoyed with her, but she quickly changed her mind and happily told Rex she'd move in with him.

Shawn was the third wheel during Vincent and Layla's at-home date. They tried to get rid of him and then felt guilty and invited him to stay. Later, they all fell asleep on the couch.

Natalie and Miles were surprised that Todd didn't make a beeline to the
McBains. Miles was worried about the baby. Natalie assured him that Todd was
a good parent. Miles wondered if he would be better than Michael and Marcie,
and at that point Natalie learned that Tommy was Todd's child.

Roxy charged in to Marcie's apartment with a box full of information that
"will get Lindsay off the hook." Marcie was wondering why Lindsay wasn't
fighting. "It's more that her just being in jail," Marcie told her landlady.

"It's too late. Manning knows," John informed a horrified Michael, who flipped out. John explained that Blair, via Miles Laurence, told Todd everything. John didn't know what Miles' motives were. He explained that they "only have a small window of time to tell Marcie the truth." Michael was near collapse when John said he'd break the news to his sister-in-law. "I'm her husband, John. I have to be the one," Michael countered. John suggested that they not tell Marcie everything. They didn't have to reveal that John has known about Tommy for as long as he has. "How do we do this?" Michael asked. John urged his brother to act as if he knew nothing when John tells them that Tommy is Todd's son. "You would do that for me?" Michael asked. John wished he could do something to spare Michael and
Marcie from this. "This is what family does," John said, as Michael wept in
his arms. Michael returned home but Marcie wasn't there. She was paying a
visit to Lindsay in prison, with Tommy in her arms.

Lindsay and Todd found themselves in adjacent cells. Lindsay asked him,
"What did you do this time? Strangle a kitten?" Todd said McBain was trying to
keep him from "my son." Lindsay's eyes widened. "I don't know what you are
talking about, Todd," she covered. Todd began ridiculing Marcie and Michael.
Lindsay was disgusted by Todd's antics. She wondered how Todd learned this and continued to play dumb as Todd explained the whole Spencer-Miles-Blair chain of communication. Lindsay vowed she'd lay down her life before she let Todd take Tommy away from Michael and Marcie. She
asked Todd what Jack might think if he learned how Todd had treated him and
his mother when he was first born. "What happened with Jack you did on purpose,"
Lindsay reminded him. "That was a long time ago," he replied. Lindsay
threatened to tell Jack everything if Todd didn't stay away from the McBains. "You play dirty," Todd countered. He then began asking about Lindsay's son, Will. "Don't you dare threaten my son," she warned. "If you screw with my family, I'm going to fly out to Los Angeles and hurt your son," Todd replied. Lindsay was silenced.

Friday

Nora told Bo that she was preparing for Lindsay's arraignment. Much to
Bo's disapproval, Nora was hardly able to contain her glee at the prospect of
putting Lindsay away. When she learned that the arraignment was moved up to
that very day, Nora took great pleasure in making the young defense attorney
squirm.

Cole welcomed Marty home. They talked about on the new direction their
lives were taking, now that Miles was out of the picture and Marty had found a new "friend" in John. When Cole questioned her about the nature of their relationship, she remained adamant — despite blushing uncontrollably — that the two are just friends. She then turned the tables and interrogated Cole on the status of his relationship with Starr, but he
was equally evasive in his answers. Later, once Cole had left the room,
Marty made a phone call to set her annulment in motion.

Having agreed to move in with Rex, Adriana made plans concerning their new
life together. The couple also discussed the importance of honesty, especially in the case of Marcie and Tommy. Rex assured her that John had their backs and they wouldn't be going to jail. Nonetheless, Rex had a nightmare about him and Adriana finding themselves behind bars. He awoke and Adriana was in the midst of trying to comfort him
when he got a call saying that Lindsay's arraignment had been moved up. Rex
immediately left to watch the proceedings.

Blair told a furious Starr that she got Todd arrested for assaulting Miles. Blair then revealed to Starr that her youngest baby brother had been found, which caused a shocked but elated Starr to ask when he'd be coming home. Blair said she didn't know and remained vague on the details regarding the baby's possible homecoming, although she did let it slip that she had seen him. When Starr asked if Blair would raise the child as her own, Blair remained more or less mum on the issue, but did offer that if that's what Todd wanted, she would do it.

Michael told John that he knew of a way where he wouldn't lose Tommy, but John maintained that the situation was out of his hands. He tried unsuccessfully, several times, to reach Marcie by phone and grew increasingly nervous. When she finally returned his call and informed him that she had gone to the jailhouse to try and see Lindsay, Michael was
terrified that Todd would see her and Tommy there.

From his jail cell, Todd heard Marcie trying to convince the guard to let
her and the baby visit Lindsay in her cell. He yelled at her to let him see
Tommy, but his pleas fell on deaf ears. Marcie went to see Bo about getting permission to visit Lindsay. John stopped by the jail and Todd accused him of stalling for time so that Marcie and Michael could leave with the baby. John left, and Todd feigned an injury. A concerned guard unlocked Todd's cell, only to have Todd knock him to the ground and take his gun. Out in the hall, Marcie called Roxy to pick up Tommy because she wasn't allowed
into the courtroom with a toddler. Michael and John raced down to catch
Marcie and were about to tell her about Todd when Todd himself burst into the courtroom and announced he was Tommy's father, cutting off Lindsay seconds before she could announce her plea.
