Jessica explained to Natalie that she knew Jared when she was Tess, although
he is unable to separate the two personalities. Meanwhile, Nash grilled
Jared about the photo of Jessica that he was using as the wallpaper on his
cell phone. Jared explained that it was "Tess," and she took a picture of
herself laughing at him before arranging his wrongful arrest. Nash decked
Jared, just as Jessica and Natalie ran in. Mac the bartender broke up the
fight and sent the guys packing, but Jared and Nash ran outside to continue
the scuffle. Natalie and Jessica ran after them, and Jess calmed her husband
down and admitted that she was well acquainted with Jared when she was Tess.
Nash calmly asked her to tell him what happened. She remembered drinking at
an Atlantic City hotel bar and flirting with the bartender, Jared. After
downing three dirty martinis, she left a hotel-room key on the bar and
slipped away. Nash hugged his wife after thinking all that happened is that
she slept with Jared, who then recalled waking up alone in a hotel-room bed
and getting arrested. She admitted that she put other hotel patrons'
belongings in the room and called security from the bar to let them know
that guy in Rm. 1345 was the thief. Jared griped that he spent two years in
prison because of her and declared that he wants Jessica to make it up to
him.

Lindsay insisted to the judge that her plea is guilty. "I'm guilty! I killed
Spencer Truman," she declared in front of the court. No one seemed to
understand why she'd plead guilty, including Will, who jumped up and accused
Nora of persuading Lindsay to change her plea. "I'm sorry, honey. I couldn't
let Marcie lose Tommy," Lindsay explained to her son, then revealed to the
court that she stabbed Spencer to protect Michael and Marcie and that she
wasn't defending Blair. The judge demanded order in the court and asked
Lindsay one more time what she pleads. Set on telling the truth, Lindsay
answered guilty. Via a flashback, Lindsay privately recalled piecing
together the truth about Tommy when she overheard a conversation between
Michael and Rex. She told the judge she heard "some people" talking about
how Spencer knew about Tommy and that's when she decided to beg Spencer not
to say anything. She confronted Spencer, but he laughed in her face and said
he planned to wait for the worst possible moment to ruin Marcie and
Michael's happy little family. "I had no choice," Lindsay told the judge. "I
had to kill." A collective gasp resonated in the courtroom.

At Capricorn, Blair balked at Todd's unscrupulous marriage proposal, then
understood that he was pulling the Ta Delgado card (marry a woman for money
to look like a legitimate family man). Todd assumed Blair would agree simply
as a favor to him, but Blair was concerned about what a fake marriage could
do to their kids. He pulled a flower out of a nearby vase and begged,
"Please, please marry me." She asked just how long he needed her to go along
with this charade. About 16 years, he figured, or until the kid is 18. Blair
wasn't thrilled, but agreed as long as she got what Ta got. They shook on
the deal and Todd promised to have the money in her bank account post haste.

Lindsay remembered going to Spencer's hospital room and begging Spencer not
to tell Marcie, who couldn't have any children of her own. In the flashback,
Spencer called Tommy a "nasty little creature", considering his parentage,
and said he was going to wait until the child was old enough to speak full
sentences and understand what was really going on to reveal the truth.
"Daddy Daddy! Don't let 'em take me! Mommy, Mommy!" the loony doc raved. "I
had to shut that bastard up before he hurt everyone that I loved," Lindsay
told the judge. Wearing the printed dress that was captured as evidence,
Lindsay walked into Spencer's hospital room and saw Spencer on top of Blair
about to rape her. She recalled picking up the scissors and stabbing him
over and over again. In the court, Lindsay began to sob, screaming that his
blood was on her hands. She turned around and pointed to the "Free Lindsay"
T-shirts everyone was wearing. "Free. I'm finally free," she said before
passing out in a nearby chair. Lindsay came to, but appeared to be in a
catatonic state. Nora agreed with the judge that Lindsay be remanded to St.
Ann's for psychiatric evaluation. Will carried his mother out of the
courtroom. Marcie and Michael looked concerned, while Nora appeared somewhat
skeptical.

Tuesday

Clint and Dorian were fighting over the remote control when Nora blew in with the bad news about Lindsay. "I watched a woman fall apart in front of my eyes," she said as she sunk into a chair and asked Nigel for a drink.
Dorian blamed Nora for Lindsay's breakdown, which was the last thing Nora
wanted to hear. Nora intimated that Lindsay might even be faking her
breakdown. Dorian was upset that Nora would even suggest it, and Nora
pointed out that it wouldn't be the first time. Dorian continued to jump all
over Nora for her treatment of Lindsay.

Cristian informed Sarah that Lindsay's arraignment was a disaster. He said
he didn't understand why she pleaded guilty, and seemed genuinely troubled
by her mental breakdown. Sarah listened as Cristian expressed his
appreciation for Lindsay helping him get back to painting again and admitted
he was scared for her. They exchanged an awkward glance when Cristian
realized he'd just poured his heart out to Sarah. She broke the silence with
a beer and got back to packing for her move to Layla's. He asked if she was
sure she wanted to leave, prompting her to ask if he wants her to stay.
Flustered, he said he just wanted to make sure that it's still cool with
Layla if Sarah moves in. She offered him the bed for the night since he'd
had such a rough day and said she was sorry about everything that happened
with Lindsay. Cristian thanked her and retreated to his bedroom.

Meanwhile, Rex and Adriana returned home, and Rex was still reeling from the
courtroom drama. He tried to figure out why Lindsay pleaded guilty, then
admitted that he felt responsible for the turn of events. He proceeded to
beat himself up over it, but Adriana wondered what terrible things might
have taken place if Lindsay hadn't been compelled to kill Spencer. She
assured him that they were as careful as they could be in the cover-up of
Tommy's paternity. Despite the day's events, the couple looked forward to
their impending move-in day.

Langston, Markko, Cole and Starr all did homework together at La Boulaie,
but Cole was distracted by his new MP3 player. Langston and Markko headed
upstairs to check on Jack, while Cole comforted Starr about her conflicted
feelings toward Marcie because of the custody battle. Markko returned to the
living room alone and expressed his concern to Starr and Cole that he'd
never seen Langston's parents. Langston overheard them and interrupted the
conversation by pretending to be on her cell phone with her parents.

Natalie couldn't believe that Jared was threatening to call the Atlantic
City Police Department on Jessica if he didn't get his payback. Jess asked
how Jared found her anyway, and he recalled talking to a fellow inmate
passing out library books and finding an biography of Asa Buchanan. "This
guy is my idol," Jared remarked in the flashback. "I want to be as rich as
him someday." He was floored when he opened up the book to find a sweet
photo of Natalie and Jessica together, then vowed revenge. Nash tried to
convince Jared that Jessica was a different person then, but Jared didn't
care. Jessica explained to him that she has a mental illness that caused her
to break into an alternate personality, which Nash and Natalie backed up.
Jared was in disbelief, but made his demands clear: an executive position at
Buchanan Enterprises.

Back at the cottage, Jessica told Nash that she was ashamed for what she did
as Tess, but that she'd never regret meeting Nash. She also explained that
Tess met Jared long before she fell in love with Nash. They now have to
figure out what to do with Jared in their lives, Nash remarked. Jessica
wondered if Natalie would actually give Jared the job.

At Rodi's, Natalie noted that Jared seemed really sure of himself. He
remarked that she looked pretty good in her underwear the other day. Natalie
decided to make a wager: If he beats her, he can have the job, and if he
loses, he has to leave Jessica alone. Jared wanted to play billiards, even
though the former pool shark suggested darts. Apparently, he hadn't done all
his research. Natalie seemed pretty pleased with the way the game was going,
and Jared realized she'd hustled him with reverse psychology. He mentioned
John's kiss with Marty, causing Natalie to miss a shot. Jared called the
eight-ball pocket and won. "How about that corner office?" he smirked.

Wednesday

Sarah finished packing and commented that all there was left to do was say
good-bye to roommate Cristian. Meanwhile, Layla admitted to Adriana that she
didn't want to see her go. Natalie returned to the Rodi's pool table where
she'd lost the game to Jared the day before. She made a shot, and was
startled to hear congratulations from John, who was standing nearby. At the
cottage, Nash told Jessica that he wasn't mad at her, but he is mad at
Jared. Todd stormed in and informed Jessica that it's time for his wedding!
Over at La Boulaie, Blair flipped through a catalogue looking for something
to send Lindsay at St. Ann's, then casually informed Dorian that Todd was
about to be a married man.

Jared visited the Buchanan mansion and tried to charm his way in to see
Renee, but Nigel wasn't impressed. Renee came down the stairs and saw the
young man at the door. "I can't get over the resemblance to Asa," she told
Jared, referring to her ex-husband's youthful days. Despite Nigel's
protests, Renee allowed Jared to come in and it wasn't long before they were
drinking tea and Renee was sharing stories about Asa. Jared then dropped the
bomb that he was starting a new position at B.E. and said he regretted not
meeting Asa when he was alive. "I think he would have liked you," Renee
noted, and invited the new exec to dinner with her and Clint sometime. Jared
left, and Renee pointed out that he is loaded with charm, while Nigel
remained suspicious.

Todd explained to a disbelieving Jessica that he and Blair were finally
going to get it right this time — for their family's sake. Jessica
asked what he was really up to. He failed to explain and asked Jessica to
serve as his best man, which gave Nash a good chuckle. Todd finally admitted
that he's doing everything he can to get his son back and that this is part
of that. Something Jessica said suddenly gave him food for thought, and he
said to hold off on the wedding for the moment and left.

Dorian asked Blair just how many times she'd have to marry Todd to make it
work, but Blair explained that they weren't marrying for love. "It is
brainwashing?" Dorian surmised. Blair insisted that Todd can be a good
father and this marriage is going to help him win his son back. Dorian put
two and two together and realized that Blair was taking a page from the Ta
Delgado playbook. "Whatever Todd gave Ta Delgado, Todd has to give me,"
Blair gloated. Dorian was pleased, but uncertain as to whether any amount of
money was worth "shackling" herself to Todd. Dorian warned Blair that
whether her children understand this ruse or not, they're still going to
become invested in the marriage.

At Rodi's, Natalie asked John about Lindsay's breakdown and inquired how he
and Michael were handling the custody battle. John offered an apology for
what she saw the other day and said he wanted things to be right between
them. He then admitted that he wouldn't be too thrilled to see her kissing
another guy, either, and that's partly why he was mad at Natalie for kissing
Miles. Natalie asked if John was dating Marty, but he declined to respond,
remarking that he doesn't like talking about "that stuff." Natalie admitted
that she was there playing pool because she'd missed a shot the night before
with someone she didn't trust as far as she could throw. Natalie asked John
if he could do a background check on Jared, then thought better of it. John
noted that since he's been suspended, he can pretty much do whatever he
wants.

Layla and Adriana returned all the belongings they'd borrowed from each
other and "forgot" to return, showing how close the girls had become. "Who
are you going to borrow from now?" Layla tearfully asked. The girls sat on
the couch together looking glum while Rex and Vincent carried out their
boxes. Once alone, Adriana and Layla reminisced about Adriana's initial
misconception about Layla. Adriana explained that she didn't expect to make
such a good friend when she started living with Layla. Meanwhile, Cristian
was impressed with Sarah's ability to live out of one duffle bag, which they
could barely close, but she explained that a person needs to be able to up
and go at the drop of a hat. She then remarked that he was going to find
himself missing her when she's gone, even though they'll be seeing each
other every day at Capricorn. Once Sarah was gone, Cristian thought back to
her touching his hand the night before, then found one of her tank tops and
smiled to himself. Adriana and Rex agreed to come by for dinner that night,
and ran into Sarah on her way in. Dragging her one bag behind her, she
awkwardly greeted her new roommate.

Nash asked Jessica why Tess did what she did to Jared. Jessica explained
that the Tess he fell in love with was different before Nash and that once
she met someone who treated her like a person, she would change. It was the
anger that Jessica should have felt from her molestation that Tess put onto
other people. Tess did these things without thinking about the consequences,
she explained. Jessica apologized, but Nash told her there was nothing for
her to be sorry about. Jessica suggested they try to beat Jared at his own
game.

Todd headed over to La Boulaie and asked Dorian if she'd heard the good
news. Dorian announced that if he wants her support, there's something he
has to do in return: his assurance in writing that Todd would not try to get
full custody of Jack and Starr when this was all over. Todd agreed, as long
as Dorian threw the most lavish wedding Llanview has ever seen.

Thursday

Jessica and Nash showed up at Jared's new corner office and told him to get
out. Nash pointed out that if Jared tells the cops about some alternate
personality putting him in jail, it probably won't go over so well. At
Rodi's, Natalie was back on her game as she finished up a successful round
of billiards with John. Talia and Antonio showed up, and Talia was unsure of
whether to call John "Lieutenant." Antonio told Talia he hopes that John
gets his badge back soon because being a cop means more than anything to
McBain. Miles approached Marty in the park and said he needed to talk about
her kiss with John. Marcie surprised her students by showing up to class.
Todd told Dorian to get to work on hosting the wedding of the year.

Clint picked up on the fact that Nora was genuinely worried about Lindsay.
Nora tore open her mail and found a very exciting letter — her check
from the insurance company. Nora pointed out that Clint can get out the
bubbly — she and Matthew are moving! Clint told Nora he wanted her and
Matthew to make the Buchanan mansion their home for good, because that's
what Asa would want.

Marcie tried teach the day's lesson, but Britney raised her hand and said
she hopes Marcie gets to keep her baby. Marcie said it was inappropriate for
her and Britney to discuss her personal life. The debate prompted Starr to
blurt out in class that Marcie had no right to trash-talk her father in
court. Marcie lost her cool and a never-before-seen authoritarian, Mr.
Fletcher, entered and dismissed the class. Outside, Britney continued to get
Starr riled up, then waltzed off when she was satisfied with her work.
Marcie apologized to Mr. Fletcher, who explained that he was new, then
placed Marcie on indefinite leave until her custody case is resolved. Mr.
Fletcher left her to gather her things, and when she turned around, Todd was
standing in her classroom. He reminded her that he's a kidnapper, a murderer
and a rapist. When asked if that's a threat, Todd answered that he was just
running down his "rap sheet," then tried to kiss Marcie (to scare her,
presumably), and she slapped him square across the jaw. With a really creepy
smile, he told he was looking forward to seeing her in court. Marcie
reluctantly packed up a box and bid farewell to her classroom.

Marty told Miles to buzz off, but he let her know that he wanted the best
for her, even it means being happy with someone else. Miles said he used to
wish that Marty would look at him the way she looks at John, just as John
walked by. In his zip-up hooded sweatshirt (clearly with no shirt on
underneath!), John's really making the rounds in Llanview with all his
newfound free time. After Miles left, John expressed his concern over Marty
associating with Miles. Just as they were about to kiss, a football came
flying over the fence and Cole was behind it. Marty asked why Cole wasn't in
school and he explained that things got weird between Starr and Mrs. McBain
and class was dismissed. Pointing out once again that he's got a lot of time
on his hands, John agreed to toss a football around with Cole.

Dorian told Blair and Todd that she could throw a great wedding, but the
only problem might be rounding up some guests. Dorian also asked the two of
them to figure out how they were going to broach the subject with their
children. Blair admitted that she'd saved her dress from her last wedding,
which surprised Todd (perhaps because Margaret stole Blair's wedding dress).
Dorian suggested that Blair was marrying Todd because she is still in love
with him, just as Starr came home and saw all the crazy wedding stuff
around. Blair explained the truth to Starr, clarifying that her marriage to
Todd would be in name only.

Jared explained to Nash and Jessica that he and Natalie, a.k.a. "Sparky",
have a deal. Natalie demanded that he not call her Sparky, then explained
that she didn't hire Jared because he was blackmailing Jess. Jessica warned
Jared that if he hurts Natalie, what Tess did to Jared will be a happy
memory compared to what she'll do to him next. Natalie received a call from
Miles and happily agreed to meet him for dinner. Jared figured out that
Natalie doesn't know what she's doing at B.E. She basically said she doesn't
have to and that her job is to keep an eye on him.

Talia and Antonio sat down for lunch at Rodi's and Antonio asked what
"George" was up to. She explained that he was working. When Antonio asked
what George does for a living, she answered that he has a job that requires
him to wear a suit. "Do you think you might have met the one?" Antonio
asked. She said she might have, then talked all about "George's" great
qualities, even though she was clearly thinking about Antonio. "He's
probably the most amazing man I've ever met," she said. Antonio wanted to
meet Mr. Wonderful. Talia worked her way into a corner by agreeing to
introduce him to a man who doesn't exist.

Starr agreed to keep her parents' secret and went upstairs to get ready.
Dorian interrupted Clint and Nora's heart-to-heart to tell her cowboy to get
on his tux. Todd got down on his knee and handing Blair a small box. "Oh,
Todd!" she cried, then opened it to find her $5 million check. "Let's get
this show on the road," he said.

Friday

At La Boulaie, Dorian went into full-on party planner mode as she finalized
the arrangements for Blair and Todd's wedding. She attempted to ask a
servant for assistance in Spanish but was then told that that particular
woman spoke a different language.... Cole came by and was surprised when
Starr informed him of the wedding. Dorian took him to change into proper
party attire. Starr liked how her boyfriend looked in a suit.... Jessica
informed Clint and Nash that she heard from Viki and that her mom is in
Paris. Dorian called Paris "her" city and complained that Viki always
imitates whatever Dorian does.

Todd came by to see Blair put on her makeup upstairs at Dorian's home. "Why
are you here?" she asked. He responded by kissing her. She quickly pulled
away, but he reminded her that their wedding needed to look legitimate.
Blair didn't want him to treat their arrangement like a game; he insisted
that he wasn't. Little Jack overheard his parents mention that it was a
"fake" wedding. They insisted that it was very real, but they warned their
son
that they always could get divorced. Todd then called it a "trial
marriage." ... Nash asked Clint if Blair and Todd are marrying so Todd can
get his son back. Clint agreed that it probably was, but said that Dorian
wouldn't share any details.... Starr informed her parents that she invited
someone to the nuptials. But when Cole came upstairs to congratulate them,
Todd told the teen to leave. Cole agreed to leave, but Starr asked her not
to "be a jerk." Blair urged them to stop sparring.... As they waited for the
ceremony to begin, Jessica wondered if Jared was making Natalie's
job hard for her.

Jared approached Natalie at work, but she gave him the cold shoulder. He
offered to help her relax and questioned her about her love life. She
threatened to fire him for sexual harassment. He then began massaging her
shoulders. At first she protested, but ended up liking it. They were
interrupted by their co-worker Jim, who demanded they act like
professionals. After Jim finally left, Natalie punched Jared in the arm and
warned him to never touch her again. She reminded him that the only reason
why he has a job is because he cheated at a game of pool. She became serious
as she stated that she wants to maintain Asa's legacy and make her father
proud. They agreed to work as long as necessary to write up a good
report.

Adriana and Rex enjoyed living together, but she became annoyed when he
suggested that she perform her "wifely" duties. Noting she wasn't yet his
wife, she dragged him out of bed and told him she had a "surprise" for him.
Meanwhile, Roxy demanded that Marcie join her for a mysterious mission.
Marcie protested, but Roxy practically pulled her out of her home. Turns
out, Michael, John, Marty, Rex and Adriana had planned a surprise birthday
party for Marcie. Marcie was thrilled but wished Lindsay could be there.
Michael forbid her to think about Lindsay, Todd or anything else that would
bum her out. Michael then raised a toast to his wife and kissed her.

Before the wedding, Dorian warned Todd that she'll kill him if he hurts
Blair. Dorian thanked Clint for all of his help ... Upstairs, Starr
squealed
over her mom's dress. Blair told Starr that she doesn't want Starr to ever
have a "fake" wedding. The nuptials then began. First Starr walked down the
aisle, and then Blair. The bride and groom shared a genuine secret smile as
they stood at the altar. They then exchanged their vows. Todd mentioned that
they've been down this road before, but this time, they're bringing their
family back together. "You're in my blood and you always will be," he said
to Blair. Blair responded that Todd will always be in her heart and that
she's ready to marry him. Todd told Blair how he's happy to be marrying her
again. They were then pronounced man and wife, and shared a passionate
smooch. Everyone clapped — even Dorian looked happy.

The show ended with a montage of Michael and Marcie sitting together with
Tommy, smiling.... Adriana and Rex snuggling in bed.... Jared and Natalie
actually working well together.... John and Marty kissing.... It then went
to Blair and Todd in separate bedrooms. First, Blair opened her door to see
if Todd was in the foyer and he wasn't. Todd then opened his door to look
into the foyer for Blair, but she wasn't there. They both went back to their
rooms alone.
