OLTL Week of February 28, 2011
Monday
Brody and Langston got to Vegas too late to stop Ford and Tess from getting married. "It's a done deal," Tess smirked. After Ford explained to a stunned and hurt Langston that he married Tess for Ryder, he and Tess were arrested: Ford was accused of kidnapping, while Tess faced charges of assaulting a police officer. They'll never see Jessica again, screamed a furious Tess as she was hauled off.
Natalie walked in on John comforting Kelly. Joey saw them and demanded that John stop sniffing around Kelly, then punched John! Kelly told Joey it was none of his business. Kelly explained to Natalie that she had come over to apologized. "Apology not accepted," Natalie snapped. After John and Kelly left, Natalie read Kelly's apology note out loud. Joey thought Kelly was sincere. Natalie admitted she'd thought maybe she and John had another chance, realized that dream was over.
Kelly walked John home. The sight of one of Liam's toys on the floor made him sad. He started kissing Kelly again, and didn't want her to go.
A paranoid Todd told Blair that Téa was hiding Dani from him. "Everyone is against me," he claimed. He explained that Téa's other brother was in town, adding that he feared Tomas was turning Téa against him. Indeed, Tomas demanded that Téa leave Todd, hinting that he knew more about Todd that she realized. He explained how he had met Blair and how he painted her portrait from a photo he bought in a flea market in Paris. Téa said she has no illusions about Todd but she loves him and he loves her. Blair showed up at Todd/Téa's door and quickly learned that Tomas was Téa's brother. Blair and Tomas said goodbye. Téa suspected something was up between Blair and Tomas. Tomas told his sister he wasn't leaving Llanview until Todd was out of her her life.
Starr told a surprised James that she and Cole broke up, and admitted she hated seeing James with Michelle. James said the still wanted to be with Starr. Starr smiled, and they realized they could now be together. "Am I worth all that trouble for you?" Starr asked. James and Starr kissed and cuddled on the floor.
Tuesday
Rex and Gigi discussed Shane's recent fight at school. Rex didn't want to take their relationship for granted and the two began kissing passionately. A guilty Rex confessed that he knows someone else Clint hurt: David was sent a Moroccan prison the day he was supposed to marry Dorian. "And I've almost known about it since the beginning," Rex admitted. "You have to tell Bo," urged Gigi, and Rex agreed.
Echo visited Dorian at La Boulaie and denied having slept with Charlie. Dorian didn't buy it, but decided not to tell Viki. As Dorian showed Echo the door, Echo made a crack about Dorian's love life. "The loneliness is eating you alive," Echo spat.
Viki told Clint and Joey that Jess/Tess was in Vegas with Robert Ford, and Brody was bringing her home as Tess. Joey told his parents that John had moved on with Kelly. Viki was horrified. "Poor Natalie," Viki sighed. "Natalie was the last thing on Kelly's mind," Joey said. Viki asked Clint to make peace with Joey and Aubrey. After Clint got a call with the Vimal update, he changed his tune and said he wanted to get to know Aubrey. Viki and Joey were suspicious.
Aubrey and Cutter had sex and then began talking about Rama, Vimal and Clint. Cutter thought it was time for Plan B: Kelly Cramer, and instructed Aubrey to get Joey to put his money in joint accounts.
Aubrey and Joey were visiting Clint when Rama called Aubrey. "It's done," Rama reported. "Now it's your turn," Ram added. After Aubrey told them that Vimal had confessed to everything, Joey apologized. Clint said he just wanted to move forward, and invited them to move into the mansion.
At the police station, Nora showed Vimal the immunity agreement and Tea handed him the pen. As Vimal scanned the document, Rama charged into the office and demanded time with her husband. Tea said they could wait a few moments. When Rama told Vimal that he had to go to prison instead of Clint, Vimal's jaw dropped. Rama hinted Vimal that they're expecting and tried to convince him that he had to make this sacrifice for his family. Vimal returned to Bo's office as Rama admitted to herself that she had lied about the pregnancy. Vimal refused to sign the paper. "I can't send Mr. Buchanan to prison," he told a stunned Bo, Nora and Tea. "It was my idea, not Mr. Buchanan's," Vimal lied. Tea asked Vimal why he was lying. "I would rather live in prison an honest man than a free one as a liar," he said. Bo asked the officer to lock Vimal up, wondering wondered how Clint had pulled this off. Rex knocked on Bo's door. "There is something I need to tell you about your son," he said nervously.
Kelly woke up in John's bed again. They agreed they were using each other, which beat having a hangover. Roxy charged into the room and screamed when she found Kelly, not Natalie, in John's bed. Roxy read them both the riot act and said John should be blaming Marty for the baby switch because had Marty not intercepted the letter, then Natalie wouldn't have slept with Brody.
Echo paid Viki a visit. Cutter dropped by LaBoulaie hoping to give Kelly flowers but gave them to Dorian instead.
Wednesday
Phyllis Rose (played by Wendy Williams!) of Access Llanview broadcast an episode dedicated to the current state of the Buchanan family. Nigel listened to the broadcast in horror.
Charlie was stunned to see Echo in Viki’s foyer. Echo was about to tell Viki about his night with her, but instead assured Viki that she has her full support. Charlie was alarmed to learn that Dorian suspects the truth about his affair. Charlie fretted about hurting Viki; Echo said he had to figure out what he wants, and gave him his watch.
Nora found Matthew sitting at Clint’s desk at BE, determined to save BE. Nora said she was certain that Clint got Vimal to take the fall for him — and murdered Eddie Ford. Matthew didn’t think that was possible. “The proof is buried with Eddie Ford,” Nora declared, confident that evidence would turn up soon.
Clint brought Joey and Aubrey to their new home: the Buchanan mansion. Aubrey loved her new room. Clint said he meant it about wanting to make things better with Joey.
Joey told Aubrey that he still thinks Clint was behind the DNA switch. Joey recognized Eddie on the TV screen and remembered seeing him in the Buchanan Mansion talking to Clint.
Cutter insisted that Dorian take the flowers he had intended to give to Kelly. He spotted a wedding photo of David and Dorian that she had cut in half. “This is none of your business,” Dorian sniffed, but admitted that she still loves David.
Rex was about to tell Bo the truth about what was up with David when Bo shared how David had hurt him and Matthew. “We don’t really need David in our lives because he betrayed all of us,” Bo said. “It’s not true, Bo. David didn’t betray you, I did,” Rex confessed, then explained how he had broken into Clint’s office and found evidence that David hadn't abandoned Dorian. “David was kidnapped and thrown into a Moroccan prison. It was Clint,” Rex told a shocked Bo. Bo blew up at the news that Rex had known about it for months, accusing Rex of stabbing him in the back. Rex wanted to make it up to him, but Bo stormed out.
Back at the Llanview airport, Tess told Brody and Langston that she,not Jessica, had had sex with Ford. “It was the best sex of my life,” she purred.
Dr. Levin joined Clint and Viki at the airport. They were horrified by Tess’s announcement that, “Bobby and I just got married. Aren’t you going to congratulate us?” Dr. Levin said only Jessica’s husband can commit her now. Viki begged “Mr. Ford” for his help. “I just want rights to my son,” he explained, saying he wasn’t going to commit Tess. Viki tried to get Jessica to come out. “Jessica has left the building,” Tess announced. Tess and Ford left Brody, Clint and Viki in the airport waiting area. Tess whispered to her new husband that in reality, sex with him was the worst ever and would never happen again.
Viki came home and fell into Charlie’s arms... as Echo was on her way out.
Thursday
Rex told Gigi that Bo hates him and recounted the details of that unfortunate conversation, worried that Bo would never get past this. Meanwhile, Bo explained to Nora that Rex had known all along that David was in a Moroccan prison. Nora jumped to Rex's defense, but Bo would have none of it. When he expressed his concern for David, Nora reminded him that David was resourceful. Go find David and "bring him home to us," she urged.
Todd cornered Inez at Roxy's, demanding to know where Nate and Dani were. His thugs wouldn't let her out of the salon. Inez insisted didn't know where Nate was, and accused Todd of being no better than her ex-husband Eddie. "Nate wouldn't do anything to hurt Dani," she said. Todd grabbed her purse and her cell phone.
Starr informed Dani that everything had changed between her and James, and flashed back to the night before. Nate wondered if Dani might not be ready for sex. Starr worried to James about Dani. "My little sister is losing her virginity to your little brother," she said frantically. Indeed, Dani started to cry when she and Nate were about to make love. "I'm not ready for this. I'm sorry," she wept. Nate came downstairs, interupting Starr and James. Dani and Starr stayed in the bedroom and the brothers slept in the living room. Dani had a meltdown in front of Starr, calling herself a "a baby." "Your first time should be perfect, not like mine," Starr counseled her sister. James, Starr, Dani and Nate panicked at the thought that Todd might find them now that Inez knows where they are. Sure enough, Todd burst into the cabin.
Friday
At the cabin, Starr, James, Nate and Dani were all about to leave, just as a
very angry Todd barged in. He demanded Dani get in the car; Starr tried to
reason, to no avail. Todd pulled out a gun and trained it on Nate. The kids
panicked. An outraged and annoyed Ta arrived, then blasted Todd for his
outrageous behavior. He refused to put down the gun and fired. Turns out it
was a toy cap gun. Todd delighted in scaring the group. After, Dani angered
Todd off even more by lying that she had sex and there was an orgy at the
cabin. He grabbed her and called Starr out on being an unwed teenage mom.
Ta was shocked by Todd's behavior. Todd again threatened to go after Nate
and forbid Dani from seeing him. Todd proceeded to insult and threaten
everyone in the room, including Ta, who he blamed for Dani's behavior. He
went to grab Dani and tangled with Nate. Ta stepped in, warning Todd he'll
have to deal with her before getting to the kids.
Brody and Viki were growing impatient about getting Tess, who was holed up
with Ford at the apartment. Viki left a message for Nat to call her as soon
as possible. Brody worried about how far Tess will go to keep Jessica
dormant, including sleeping with Ford. Viki advised Brody they have to deal
with Tess by enlisting Ford. Meanwhile, Tess was ready to party; Ford was
annoyed and urged his "wife" to hold up her end of the bargain with regard
to getting baby Ryder. She had it under control and let Ford listen to a
voicemail from Nat, who hasn't been told that Tess has returned yet. Tess
dressed up as Jess and set out to trick Nat into giving her Ryder.
Roxy offered to give Natalie a makeover so she can work on winning John
back. Nat had the babies, Ryder and Liam, in tow. Roxy told Nat about Todd's
chat with Inez the day before. Nat was stunned to also hear that Foxy Roxy's
had been trashed and wondered where she'd heard about the Red Russian makeup
line before. Nat was upset when Roxy spilled that she saw John with Kelly
again.
John went to St. Ann's to visit Marty, who was ecstatic about seeing him. He
brought her up to date on the situation with Nat, aware that she already
knew. Marty admitted she broke into the lab and got the DNA results way back
when. She explained that she intended to tell John but each time was
derailed. He surmised she just wanted to see Nat suffer. John said he's done
with Nat and her lies. Marty said there's something else he needs to know
about the baby.
Back at the cabin, Ta ordered the kids to leave and threatened to leave
Todd if he threatened to go after Dani again. Later, Ta had Todd bound and
gagged, demanding that he apologize to the kids.
Tess, acting like Jess, arrived at Roxy's. Nat was eager to make up with her
sis. Roxy let them have some privacy. Jess claimed she's just there for
Ryder and picked up the child. Nat tried to make amends, to no avail. Tess
became nasty and rubbed salt in Nat's wounds by bringing up John's fling.
When Jess put on the Russian Red lipstick, Nat figured out that she's really
Tess.
Viki visited Ford and begged him to tell her where Tess is. Ford was clearly
frazzled by the whole alter issue; Viki explained the best she could about
Tess's manipulative behavior to keep Jessica trapped. Ford explained she's
the only link to Ryder that he has. Viki offered to help him. He turned down
the offer, knowing Viki couldn't reign in Brody. Meanwhile, Roxy went to
tell Brody that Jess is facing off with Nat at the salon..
