OLTL Week of February 14, 2011
Monday
Viki ran into Rodi's, looking frantically for Charlie. Gigi reported that Charlie had ordered a vodka, and Viki realized Charlie's phone had been turned off. After Rex, Gigi and Viki vowed to find Charlie, Viki told about Clint switching the results of Jessica's DNA test.
Charlie showed up at Echo's door looking despondent. In her room, he picked up the photo next to her bed. His phone rang, but he didn't want to deal with Viki. "We don't have a son. I'm not Rex's father. Clint is," he said desperately, explaining that Clint had tampered with Rex's DNA test. He didn't know how he would face Shane and Rex again, Charlie lamented. "This is not your fault," insisted Echo. When Charlie said Viki was never supportive of his having a family, Echo cried, "All I wanted to do was give you a gift." They began to kiss and fell into bed.
Aubrey suggested she and Joey get married "right here, right now." Cutter thought it sounded like a great idea, but Kelly looked horrified. "This is a little bit of a surprise," Joey said cautiously. Kelly asked if Aubrey was afraid of something, and waved the note from Clint for Joey. Joey refused to let anything stop him from marrying Aubrey, and the minister pronounced Joey husband and wife as Kelly watched them with a sick look on her face.
Jessica, Natalie, John and Brody ran into each other in the hallway. John apologized that he couldn't be around them. Natalie was determined to come clean about her baby with everyone. Jessica reminded her that she had told Brody the truth about her night with Ford. "Liam isn't my son. He's Brody's," John said as Jessica wept. "It's true," Natalie confirmed, then admitted to Brody that she had lied to him. Jessica realized Marty had known about it and called Natalie a lying, selfish whore. Jessica wanted to talk to Natalie alone so the guys left. John told Brody he didn't know him at all. John left Brody, saying Brody and Natalie had a son to take care of.
Jessica insisted Natalie should have told the truth from the beginning. "You always wanted my life," Jessica accused, then ripped off her necklace and stormed out past Brody. Natalie apologized to Brody, who left her her alone in the church, weeping. Meanwhile, Jessica broke into Roxy's, looked up in the mirror and saw Tess!
Getting ready for a date with Langston, a towel-clad Ford asked Nate and Dani if anything was up. Nate informed his brother that he was the father of Jessica's baby. Ford began to hyperventilate. "I'm a father," he cried, and ran to Ryder's bedside. Touching his head, he marveled, "My son." As he held the baby, Brody watched.
Tuesday
John told everyone to clear out of the bar, pushed all the Valentine's decorations away and began drinking. When John barked to Kelly that his day was worse than hers, she told him she'd watched Joey and Aubrey get married. Brody is Liam's father, one-upped John. After a lot of drinks, John asked Kelly to leave with him.
Spying Tess in the mirror at Roxy's, Jessica ordered her to go away, insisting she could fix her life without Tess' help. Tess taunted Jess about Brody and Natalie's "drunk, angry sex." Jessica threw something at the mirror and broke it, but Tess reappeared and predicted Brody wouldn't anything to do with "Robert Ford's little bastard."
Viki tried to convince Natalie that things would be okay with Jessica, but Natalie was doubtful.
Brody ordered Ford to get his hands off his son. "I have rights," Ford insisted. Brody accused Ford of practically raping Jessica. Brody began to rough up Ford and told him about how he, not Ford, had been there for Ryder's birth. As he rushed Ford out of the house, Viki and Natalie ran to the hall to see what was going on. Brody said he was looking for Jessica; Viki worried about her daughter's whereabouts. Later, Ford though he saw Jessica, but Tess replied, "What the hell are you looking at?"
Dani told Nate she wanted to have sex with him. Nate wanted to make sure she was ready, but their kissing was interrupted by James. James offered to leave; Dani and Nate went to make love.
Langston urged Starr to tell James she had broken up with Cole. Starr showed up at James' door.... Blair told Cristian that Tomas had arrived in Llanview and was at Angel Square Hotel. Tomas entered Capricorn and locked eyes with Blair.
Wednesday
Brody and Natalie talked about their baby. Natalie explained that she'd prayed every day that she was carrying John's baby, and swore she hadn't wanted to destroy Brody and Jessica's happiness. When Brody said he didn't hate her, she wept with gratitude.
Ford asked Jessica/Tess why she was dressed like that. She admitted she was Tess, explaining she had come out to play — and that she was the one who'd had sex with him, not Jessica. She kept Ford from calling her family by calling him a deadbeat pedophile. "Face it. You need me. Now put your phone away," she ordered Ford. Langston called, and heard Tess's voice, then saw Ford run off with a woman (Tess).
Tomas told Blair he was at Capricorn for her. Blair sang, with Juliard-trained Tomas accompanying her on piano.
At another local bar, Kelly and John did shots and got into a scuffle with some locals. John punched a biker, who left with a lady friend...returned with a bunch of buddies. "Oh no," Kelly said.
Starr arrived at the Fords' apartment looking for Ford. James insisted that Ford didn't stand Langston up, then explained that Bobby was the father of Jessica's father. "I know what it's like to have a controlling dad," Starr said sympathetically. Starr began to leave but James stopped her so he could talk about his relationship with Michelle.
Nate and Dani arrived at the Mannings'. Dani was nervous because they were going to have sex. Nate told her she was beautiful and they kissed. Todd and Tea decided not to stay in New York after all. Todd found Dani and Nate half naked in the living room, picked up the condoms and demanded to speak to Nate alone. Starr got a frantic call from Dani and raced over to Todd's with James by her side, just as Todd started to attack Nate. "Dad, don't make the same mistake you made with Cole," she begged, and blamed Todd for her first night with Cole. "Now I am alone and miserable. Is that what you want for your other daughter?" she asked. James and Nate left, and Todd ordered Dani never to see Nate again. "I'm not going to let him get away with this," Dani seethed.
Thursday
Rama assured her husband that he wouldn't be in jail. Rama told Téa her husband Vimal was innocent. Téa agreed to take the case but it was obvious they didn't have enough money to pay her. Rama had an idea and hurried off. Vimal told Téa about his conversation with Todd about the fact that Téa had kept Dani's paternity a secret. Téa walked off annoyed that Todd would be sharing family secrets with a stranger. Vimal told Téa he should have resigned from BE.
Nora brought Vimal in for his interview. Bo asked Nora what the punishment was for altering DNA records. Nora said there were alternatives to going to prison. Bo said Vimal needed to cooperate with the prosecution of Clint. Vimal wanted to talk it out with his wife. Bo handed him a legal pad of paper to write out everything that happened with Clint and the DNA switch.
Joey carried Aubrey over the threshold and they kissed. Joey couldn't believe that Kelly would put a camera in Aubrey's room. At Aubrey's, Rama promised to keep Aubrey's secrets from Joey if she'd get money to keep Vimal out of jail. Rama and Aubrey put on a scene in front of Joey, tears and all. Joey offered to pay for Vimal's legal expenses.
Téa and Rama charged into Bo's office and demanded full immunity for Vimal in return for information to put Clint away.
Langston told Blair that she saw Ford with another girl. "You were right," Langston told Blair about Ford. Blair vowed to keep Ford away from Langston. Langston said it didn't make sense. Tomas tried to make Langston feel better and reminded her that it was still Valentine's Day.
Natalie asked Brody where he'd looked for Jessica. Natalie said Jessica would never abandon her son or Bree. Ford showed up at Llanfair while Tess snuck around to get something from the living room. Brody lied to Ford and said that Jessica was asleep. Tess kept Ford from taking calls from Langston and they rushed off together.
Kelly hit one of the bikers over the head with a bottle. John was stunned. The bikers grabbed Kelly, began kicking John and put a knife to his face. Kelly got John's gun and started waving it around. Kelly and John checked into the Minute Man because they were both too drunk to drive. Kelly began tending to some of John's cuts. John noticed that she was shaking. "I don't want to be alone tonight," John said as he began kissing Kelly,.
Clint showed up at Llanfair and had a tense conversation with Brody. Clint apologized for what he had done. Brody told Clint that Jessica was gone. Brody went out to look for Jessica. Clint told Natalie to say what she needed to say to him. Natalie said she didn't have the right to judge. Clint added that he had much to make up for. Natalie told Clint that John wasn't Liam's father, Brody was. Clint was shocked to say the least.
"Jessica" told Brody that she wasn't coming home. She said he couldn't come looking for her and that he'd have to take care of Ryder. At the biker bar, Tess showed Ford the papers that showed Ryder's trust fund that "you and me" have control over.
Brody told them Jessica wasn't coming home. It was clear to Natalie that John wasn't returning to Llanfair either. Ford called Langston with news he couldn't meet her tonight. He begged her for a chance. "Happy Valentine's Day Ford," she said sadly.
Friday
As she gloated over an online story detailing Clint's schemes, Dorian vowed to bring down Echo. Cutter informe Dorian that Aubrey and Joey got married. Dorian went to fetch Kelly, unaware she hadn't come home. Aubrey woke up to a note from her new husband, and panicked at the news that Joey had gone to see Clint. After Clint left a frantic message on Kelly's voice mail, Joey paid him a visit with the news that he had married Aubrey. Clint realized there had been a switch in the flash drive Joey had seen. "You don't know what I know about that girl," Clint insisted,but Joey refused to look at the flash drive. He left and Aubrey arrived. "What did you say to him?" a panicked Aubrey demanded to know, and begged Clint not to show Joey the footage. If he didn't, she'd make his legal problems go away, Aubrey bargained, and promised to talk to Rama.
Charlie woke up in bed with Echo. Rex knocked on her door looking for Charlie; Charlie hid as Echo lied that she didn't know where he was. Rex knew that Charlie had ordered a drink, but Echo insisted Charlie was devoted to his sobriety. When Rex told Echo that Clint had switched the DNA results (which Echo already knew), Echo assured Rex that Charlie adores Rex and his family. Charlie listened as Rex said wonderful things about him. After Rex left to try to find Charlie, Charlie emerged from the bathroom and apologized for putting Echo in a position where she had to to lie for him. Echo and Charlie admitted that "last night" meant something. Echo wondered if Charlie was going to tell Viki. "I don't know," was his answer. Later, Dorian showed up at Echo's door, and Viki fell into Charlie's arms.
A tearful Viki frantically tried to locate Charlie and Jessica, furious at Clint for the damage he'd caused his family. Viki tried to assure Natalie that John just needed some time to get over her lies, and urged her to look for him. She was shocked to learn that Joey and Aubrey had gotten married, and sad that no family had been there. Rex returned and Viki left leaving the two new brothers alone. Joey apologized to Rex for what "our father" did.
Kelly woke up stunned to find herself next to John, vaguely remembering the bikers and the bar and the gun. As John drank a beer, Kelly tried to talk to him about Natalie but he told her to shut up. "We're not having sex again," Kelly declared.
Téa told Bo that Clint would be dead to rights once Vimal signed the immunity agreement. Téa was sure that Vimal would testify. Todd interrupted their meeting, much to Bo's displeasure. When Todd told Téa that Dani was missing, Téa thought there was something Todd wasn't telling her. Todd accused Nate of sexually assaulting Dani, and Todd blamed Nora for not keeping Nate in custody. As Todd and Téa headed out, Nora vowed that Vimal would sign that agreement.
Detective Price reported to Natalie that John had closed Rodi's early and trashed the place. His car had been impounded and he'd had a brawl with a biker crowd, and "that girl" fired a gun. "What girl?" Natalie asked. The bartender directed Nat to the Minute Man, and she appeared at John's motel door. "What is it?" he asked coldly, as Kelly walked out of the shower wrapped in a towel.
Cutter asked Aubrey and Joey if they'd planned a honeymoon. Joey said that Clint had mentioned another flash drive. Rex paid Clint a visit. "I'm home," he said smartly.
