Monday

Nora told Bo that Lindsay pled guilty and she had been shipped off to St.
Ann's. Bo couldn't believe it. Nora explained that Lindsay had known about Tommy's paternity. Bo felt guilty about leaving town though Nora assured him that there was nothing he could have done. "I could have been here," he said sadly. Bo remembered what Lindsay had said to him in the past. "I should have seen this breakdown coming," he added. Nora insinuated that Lindsay might be faking the breakdown. Bo wasn't so sure.

Will ran into Addie at St. Ann's. He was waiting to see Lindsay. Will and Addie remembered that they had met in the past, though Addie couldn't recall any details. Will told her that he was visiting his mother. The doctor at St. Ann's warned Will that Lindsay "wouldn't be the woman you know." A vacant Lindsay was escorted into the waiting area, dressed in a white robe. Will tried to get through to her, but she was unresponsive. "It's like she's in a coma," Will observed. Nora and Bo arrived. Bo offered to try to talk to Lindsay.

Michael assured Marcie that the judge would let them keep Tommy. Judy, Michael and Marcie's lawyer, came by to prep them before court. Judy thought there was a chance the judge might make his decision from the bench. Marcie became unhinged at the thought of losing Tommy. Judy reminded her that "we have weapons we haven't used yet." Marcie and Michael reported that Todd had tried to buy back Tommy. Judy was going to put that tidbit "in our hip pocket." In the courtroom, Marcie blurted out that Todd had tried to buy Tommy. "Please explain yourself, Mrs. McBain," the judge requested. Marcie showed him the check. Judy submitted it as evidence. Todd sat down, looking a bit rejected. "I am truly shocked, Mr. Manning. I thought you were a lot of things, but stupid wasn't one of them," the judge remarked. From the witness stand, Todd tried to explain the check. He said it was to compensate the McBains for taking care of his son. Todd added he never stopped loving Blair. The judge asked Blair if love was the only reason she entered the marriage. "Yes, the only reason," she claimed. Blair went on to state that Todd was a good father. Judy immediately brought up the fact that Todd had taken Jack from her at birth and given him away. Todd and Blair knew they were in trouble.

Cole wondered if the judge might be onto Blair and Todd's marriage scam, as he figured it out immediately. Starr was annoyed. Their math teacher told them to hold their chatter until after class. Cole accused her of trying to con him just like her parents conned her, and he wondered if Todd and Blair cared about what this deception was doing to Starr. He pointed out that they only talk about Tommy lately. Cole wondered if Blair and Todd would split up after the custody trial and promptly thought they were screwing up Starr's life.

Blair reminded Todd that she wasn't going to be living with him in the penthouse, but he could move in with them at Dorian's. That solution didn't sit well with Todd, but he couldn't really argue as Blair was about to testify on his behalf. Todd didn't think Dorian would like having him live at her house. He reminded Blair to tell the judge that she loved him and loved "his baby boy as if he was her own." Todd wondered if Blair thought he was stealing Tommy from the McBains. Todd thanked Blair for all her help, "even if it was for $5 million." The newlyweds arrived in court. Todd's attorney warned him to keep his cool. Moments after the judge opened the hearing, Todd introduced his new co-plaintiff — "My wife, Blair Cramer Manning."

Talia panicked when Antonio asked her to bring George to Capricorn for a drink. (Reminder — Talia has no boyfriend, let alone one named George.) Then a drunken lawyer came in to the station. Talia took his statement and found out his name was George. She almost asked him to be her boyfriend but then George blurted out his life story to Antonio.

Tuesday

Judy interrogated Blair and brought up all the details surrounding Jack's
birth and early years. Blair tried unsuccessfully to explain Todd's motives
for kidnapping baby Jack. Judy pointed out that Todd kept up the charade to
keep punishing Blair. Starr sat stone-faced, clearly worried about what was
going on in the courtroom. Blair assured the court that Todd loves his
children but did add that she sued Todd for full custody. Judy recounted the
entire saga of Blair and the kids in Hawaii and how Todd had followed them
there. Judy went after Blair and reminded the courtroom that Blair had spent
some time in St. Ann's and had a rap sheet of her own.

Starr jumped up: "Hey, you lay off my mom. You want to know about my
parents? You ask me!" Todd and Blair refused to let Starr testify. Starr
begged them. "It's win or lose my baby brother," she said. Todd's attorney,
however, thought it was a good idea for Starr to testify. A poised Starr
took the stand and was delighted to see Cole in the back. Starr said she
loved her parents very much. "Being Blair Cramer's daughter makes me feel
very special," she said. She recalled the whole death sentence thing her
father went through. "My parents are super parents," she said. She quickly
added that her mom and dad weren't perfect, but they don't deserve this.
"Please let us take him (Tommy) home," Starr said to the judge. Then it was
Judy's turn. Marcie asked her to go easy on Starr. Judy reminded them she
was there to help them keep their son. Judy asked if Starr thought the
McBains were good parents for Tommy. Starr said yes but "that's all he
knows." Judy then forced Starr to tell everyone how Todd had almost choked
Cole. Blair and Todd protested the interrogation, but the judge reminded them that they shouldn't have let her testify in the first place if they were
going to protest. Judy brought up the slide show that Brittney had arranged
— showing the whole school that Todd had raped someone years ago. Judy
was
done with the questioning. Starr ran out of the courtroom to Cole. Todd went
after them. Starr cried in Todd's arms apologizing. Todd assured her that
she did great. Todd asked Cole to take her home. Blair told Marcie she was
going to take her down. Michael asked Blair, "What would you do" to keep
your son. Then it was Michael's turn to take the stand. Todd's attorney
asked him how many hours he works a week. He went on to ask about his
salary,
etc. The attorney asked Michael for details on the timetable when he found
out Todd was Tommy's real father.

Cole and Markko suggested they have a course "understanding your girlfriend
101." Markko admitted that Langston was very tough to read.
Langston had tea with Dorian who immediately tried to get Langston to open
up. Dorian agreed with Langston's desire to keep her independence. Dorian
made Langston very nervous when she suggested having Langston's parents over
for dinner. Langston claimed her parents are still overseas and admitted to
lying about their timetable. Dorian questioned Langston about her missing
parents. "You need your parents," Dorian told her young guest. Langston
assured her that she was totally fine. Dorian asked for a phone number. "I
can't," a frazzled Langston blurted out. A very uneasy Langston beat a hasty
retreat.

Bo tried to get through to Lindsay at St. Ann's. Bo begged her to say
something. He apologized for not being at her arraignment, but he got no
response from her. He kissed her forehead and left. Bo and Will left, which
allowed Nora a few moments with Lindsay. "Hey you," Nora said. "We
really need you to hurry up and get well." Nora added that if she found out
that she's faking it, "I'm going to cut you down."

Antonio helped Cristian behind the bar at Capricorn. Cris vowed to fire
Sarah when she came in. Sarah told her new roommate Layla that she doesn't
want to mess up this new living situation. Sarah showed up at work and immediately got a call with good news. She had booked Timbaland. Cris had a hard time believing that.

Talia told Layla about the imaginary boyfriend she had created for her boss "and now he wants to meet him." Talia added that she has to be at Capricorn with this boyfriend. Layla figured out that Talia was hot "for your boss."
Talia denied that accusation, though Layla thought they'd make a great couple. Talia explained that she couldn't go after her boss and then said he was still hung up on Jessica. Layla and Talia arrived at Capricorn and Talia began to tell him that she wasn't completely honest about George.

Wednesday

Sarah was able to convince Cris that she had indeed booked Timbaland for Capricorn. Layla introduced Shaun to Antonio as Talia's boyfriend but said his name was George, much to Antonio and Talia's confusion. Layla explained that George was Shaun's middle name. Talia tried to make the most of the charade, as Shaun and Vincent remained mightily confused. Shaun got into it and pulled a stunned Talia into a kiss. Shaun said he just loves having a pet name. Antonio said he was very happy for them and walked away. Once Antonio was out of sight, Talia pushed Shaun away. Layla and Talia both took the blame for the fiasco. "I'm pathetic," Talia whined to Layla. "I just humiliated myself in front of my boss. This whole thing is a mistake." Layla thought Antonio might be jealous, but Talia doubted that.

Dorian greeted Rex with snacks and a job assignment. "I want you to find Langston Wilde's parents." Dorian told Rex that Langston was vague about her parents' whereabouts. "She's a lovely girl but there's never a word about her parents," Dorian continued. Rex wondered if this was Dorian's business, but Dorian felt it was. Rex wasn't sure if he wanted the job, but Dorian got through to him. She told Rex exactly what to do and insisted he get a private telephone number for them. "You cannot leave a teenage girl alone. It's just not right," she insisted, and she shook Rex's hand to seal the deal.

Todd's attorney asked Michael how long he had known that Todd was Tommy's biological parent. Michael squirmed in the witness box before he began to talk. "I found out when everybody else did," he lied. Todd's lawyer asked Michael how he would feel if he was in Todd's shoes. Michael replied he'd think of what was in the best interest of the child. Todd jumped up and asked what did they think his son would feel if he knew his father hadn't fought for him. "DNA doesn't make you a father," Michael noted, as he asked the court to let him and Marcie raise "my boy." Marcie almost began to tear up. She then told the judge she'd die without her son. "I want to see the kind of man he'll grow into. Please let us keep our little boy," she begged. Todd's attorney suggested the McBains adopt again, which enraged Marcie. Unfazed, the lawyer reminded the court that the law is on Todd's side. "He is Tommy McBain's birth parent. It's time to reunite him with his son," he reasoned. "Tommy is a Manning, not a McBain. He belongs with his father." Then it was Judy's turn. She told the court that the McBains had planned a future for young Tommy, and asked the judge to consider what's best for the child. She also reminded the judge that Todd is an unfit parent. Having heard both sides, the judge told the court he'd ponder the case.

Langston had a fight with Markko when he started asking questions about her parents. She started to cry. "My parents aren't here," she wept. Markko told Langston he worries about her. Langston was deeply touched. "That's sweet,"
she said. Langston's cell phone rang and she pretended she was talking to her father when in reality she had sent the call to voicemail.

John dropped by Marty's apartment for some help with Tommy. Marty put Tommy down for a nap and she and John began kissing (which was the reason John had dropped by in the first place). Soon they stopped and then got all coy and shy with each other again.

Thursday

Markko noticed that Langston was paying all of her household bills by forging her parents' signatures. He invited Langston over to his house for dinner. She danced around the invitation. Markko kept asking about her parents and Langston became more and more agitated. The teens were heading out to school when Rex (posing as the cable guy) rang the doorbell. Langston and Markko pushed Rex out of the house. Then Rex got lucky when the mail was delivered and he was able to intercept a letter. The PI arrived at Dorian's with the envelope, which she immediately ripped open.

Dorian visited Lindsay at Saint Ann's. She told Lindsay she didn't have to plead guilty to Spencer's murder. Dorian tried to joke with the heavily-medicated inmate but wasn't getting through at all. She yelled, "Wake up!" about an inch from Lindsay's face, which had no effect. Then Dorian slapped her, which seemed to get Lindsay's attention. "If you ever do this again, I will stick this award where it never needs polishing," an alert Lindsay said. The doctor came in and checked her out. She began talking and wondered if she was sick. She explained that she didn't remember anything. Dorian lied to the doctor and didn't admit she had slapped Lindsay to wake her up. The doctor didn't know if this meant a full recovery. Marcie showed up to visit her friend. The doctor told Marcie not to expect too much. Lindsay said she was sorry she missed Marcie's birthday. "I promise I'll be there next year," Lindsay said. Marcie hugged her. The doctor told Dorian about a new medication that might be good for Addie. As Marcie was showing Lindsay photos, Lindsay started muttering that she had saved Tommy and she had done something bad. "We're not supposed to talk about it," she said in a crazy way. Lindsay then said she had overheard a conversation between Rex and Michael outside Capricorn.

Michael babysat Tommy at the hospital. He assured his son that they would have a fun life together. Todd, Jack and Blair arrived at the hospital to attend to Jack's stomach. (They said he'd been throwing up, though there was some question as to whether he was really sick.) Michael was paged and gave Tommy to one of the nurses to watch. Todd ran into the nurse and Tommy. Todd pretended to be John and offered to take Tommy off her hands. Todd had Tommy in his arms when Michael charged in. "Get your hands off my son," Michael yelled.

Natalie paid Miles a visit. The two talked about Natalie's job problems and she told him about Jared. "It's a long story," Natalie admitted, and she changed the topic to Miles. They reviewed the day they saw John and Marty kiss. Natalie explained that she slept with Jared (sort of) before she hired him. Miles thanked Natalie for always sticking by him. Natalie applauded Miles' efforts to change as a person. "If I'm not willing to change, I have no chance at all," he said. "You are looking at the queen of mistakes," Natalie replied. Miles and Natalie agreed to try to keep each other from messing up.

John and Marty had coffee and donuts on a picnic blanket. They discussed Tommy's custody case. John was worried that Michael and Marcie might lose.
Marty thought the judge might suggest joint custody, but John didn't think Todd would go for that. Shifting gears, the new couple made paper airplanes and started kissing.

Friday

Marty and John were kissing when Marty broke away and asked what they were doing. She wondered where this was going. John admitted that he "wasn't good at this sort of thing." Marty asked what he was thinking. "You first," John muttered. She admitted to being scared. "I haven't been with a man since..." Marty began. "Your husband," John finished her sentence. Marty added she never wanted to kiss anybody else "until you." John wished he was better at conversations "like this." He managed to tell her he likes her. "We're on the same page, I guess," he reasoned. They started kissing again.

Dorian ripped open a letter Rex had stolen from Langston's mailbox. "This is ridiculous," Dorian exclaimed. It was a letter saying that Langston's parents were going to receive an award on Nov. 3. Dorian flipped out and wrote a check to Rex for his services. "I'm taking over here," Dorian announced. She immediately called the World Rescue Fund and demanded that they revoke the award. The phone call took an odd turn. "What?" she asked. "Well, that's impossible."

Lindsay told Marcie about the conversation she overheard between Rex and Michael. Marcie realized that Michael had known about Tommy since January. "I think that you are confused," Marcie said. Lindsay begged Marcie to believe her. "All I wanted to do was help," Lindsay promised. She clearly remembered overhearing the conversation. "Oh, God," Marcie whispered as she began to cry. "All I've ever wanted is for you to be happy," Lindsay continued. "Michael's secret is safe with me."

After seeing Tommy in Todd's arms, Michael accused Todd of trying to steal his son. The nurse took Tommy away. Blair kept Todd and Michael from engaging in a full-blown fight. Todd and Blair left to go see how Jack was.
Todd, Blair and Michael exchanged some nasty unpleasantries until all retired to their separate corners. The next round would take place in the courtroom. Marcie came into the hospital and demanded a private conversation with Michael. She updated Michael on Lindsay. "She's remembering things," Marcie hinted. Marcie told Michael about the January conversation Lindsay overheard. Michael reminded his wife they needed to keep the focus on Tommy. Marcie demanded the truth now. "Have you been lying to me about Tommy all this time?" she blurted. "Yeah," Michael replied, his eyes filling up with tears. Michael recounted the whole scenario to his furious wife. "So that's the big secret, huh?" she said. Michael tried to explain that he didn't tell her to protect her. Marcie told Michael he should have told her the minute he found out. "What difference does that make?" Michael asked his wife. Marcie thought it was now too late for them to do something to change the situation. "If we lose Tommy, this will be your fault, and I will never forgive you," she vowed. Marcie and Todd's phones rang with messages from their respective lawyers: the judge had made his decision.

Markko asked Starr for some details on Langston. Starr couldn't believe that Langston was going to meet Markko's parents. Starr admitted she'd never really met Langston's mom and dad, which Markko thought was quite curious.
Langston overheard the conversation but interrupted them before they could continue speculating about her parents. "Why can't you stop asking me questions about my relationship with my parents?" she barked at the both of them. Starr and Langston talked about keeping secrets, carefully dancing around the big secrets between them.

Cristian finally believed Sarah that she had booked Timbaland at Capricorn and immediately promoted her. Then he called Mrs. Williamson for an Evangeline update and asked her to tell her daughter he loved her.
