Is it me or is the story with DAYS's Chad a little unfocused? The show wisely tethered him to one of Salem's main families by revealing he is Stefano's biological son, but it's taking an awfully long time to get beyond that beat of the story. I get buildup, but come on, already. This nonsense about a job/paid internship/whatever at DiMera Enterprises is getting old. I'm ready for Chad (who is sadly spiraling after losing his mother) to find out about his family ties. I do have to give credit to Casey Jon Deidrick (Chad) for making the most of the brief, (meaningful?) interactions he has with Lauren Koslow (Kate), Joe Mascolo (Stefano) and James Scott (EJ), but it's time for more.
