really dreading watching tomorrow. Even though she has been on only occassionally in the last 25 years Liz represents the true genesis of this show. A decent, hard working, loving woman.

I have not watched yet, and heard from a dear dear friend who did watch.. it was really sad! Hate to see her go like that.... but she hasn't been on in a long time , so what better way to honor her than to do it while she is still alive I guess.

it was very sad. Seemed very realistic except that unfortunately it isn't always that peaceful. Jess Walton was her usual best! hope they do a few flashbacks with Liz, Snapper and Greg. Unfortunately they can't do any with Jill. Today actually made me think of Brenda Dickson. Can't wait to see Jill and Lauren. this should be powerhouse stuff.

Todays showing ( wednesday June 23 2010) in America:(I can have more fun counting piles of poop in my cats litter boxes today, rather than watch this crap)Home from Japan, Tucker and Ashley have gone straight to the club - for a meeting with the Justice Department (so they can tattle on what Victor's up to over there). You sure you want me? At the meeting, Ashley all but blushes. No need for a 'nap', Ashley looks beautiful - and taking her hand. Tucker wishes their trip weren't over. Well - it is, Ashley points out - the walls are mahogany - not shoji. And now, on to Abby - hopefully she kept her word - to stay out of trouble. And there's trouble herself - whining to her adoring crowd about that video being all over the Internet. Thank God it was at night - or folks would be tweeting about her bikini line (or that she doesn't have one). It was an extremely private moment, she blathers on - then excuses herself to meet Daniel (and his accusations) on the CL's patio. Abby's been too busy to return Daniel's calls - trying to find out who 'exploited' them. Kay drops by Lauren's - Mac's in good hands (with JT and Mike). After some talk of Liz's death, Kay gets to it - yes, it COULD be possible that Jill is Lauren's half sister. Liz believed it - she'd never make that up.Still on the stand, Lily quietly and eloquently defends her and Mac's choice - no amnio, please. Leave Mac and the babies alone. She then appeals to the Judge - you have kids? She knows Cane loves her - but a mother's instinct is to die for her children (who'll arrive in a few months) - the risk may be small - but it's too much. Yes - the Naked Heiress plans to find out who leaked that video of them. When Daniel oozes sarcastic skepticism, Abby admits it may have been her camera - but it was an accident - but she could kill whomever hacked into her computer. Install a firewall? Why, Daniel suggests he and Kevin check her computer out - and nail the 'baddies' hard. Abby huffs - busted and out of denials. Back at the club, Tucker and Ashley's meeting is over - why isn't the Department of Justice interested in the Newmans. And what's up with Vikki meeting with a civil servant - not the department store head. It's illogical, both agree. Tucker knows Ashley's not too upset that the DofJ won't investigate Victor - but maybe she can find out what Billy knows - and Neil. By me? Ashley won't exploit her relationship for business - or keep secrets (like that they had sex in Japan). Two separate issues - that's up to Ashley - Tucker will talk business to Neil himself. Since neither lawyer have questions for Lily, the Judge goes off to make her decision. But wait - standing, Cane's got sumthin' to say. Over tea, Lauren reminds that Liz lied about Kay being Jill's mother. Yeah, yeah - but back in the old days, class issues were very real when Neil Fenmore was young. No way - Lauren's grandparents would never make Neil deny his child (to save him from disgrace). Kay knows a bit about a shameful act in one's past - and that repercussions can last a lifetime. Hearing that Neil's at the courthouse, Ashley has to go to him - she'll touch base with Tucker later. Cane's dropping the suit - it was a mistake. Case dismissed then - good luck to you Mrs Ashby, the Judge concludes. Yes, Lily does indeed have many who love and support her. Mike and Mac hug - it's all over. Cane hugs Lily - don't ever go away on me again. Mac thanks Mike (who gives Lily the credit). Lily looks so tired. JT agrees with Lily (about protecting one's child). Mike feels the need to go home and hug his son - and maybe give him some ice cream. After JT goes to call and check up on Reed, Lily explains why she's not upset with Cane (and why Mac shouldn't be either) - the babies need BOTH their love after she diesCane thanks Jill for calling Lily - and Malcolm for his support. Liv then tells the family that the babies' stem cells would have helped Lily. Pointing his finger, Devon wants Neil to change Lily's mind - she'll listen to you. Joining Lily in the hallway, Neil's thanked for supporting Mac - oh, how brave and strong his daughter is (as she now looks for validation of her decision). Neil agrees with protecting one's child - he'd lay down his life for Lily ~hug~ Back on the patio, Daniel (who seems more amused than angry) congratulates Abby on finding her way to fame on fortune - and taking him along for the ride. Oh please - no one could even see your face, Abby snips. Don't look now - but here's some 'jailbait' who recognize Daniel (if they could get a look at his butt). It's not him, Abby says - Jean Pierre is a Prince - and way hotter - his father would freak. The gaggle of 'jailbait' scurry off to Google this mystery prince. Yay - 'jailbait' have forgotten Daniel exists. At the mausoleum, Mac knows enough about death to know that Lily's near it. Not so - JT watched Vikki come out of a coma. But Mac can feel that the babies love Lily - they want HER to hold and sing to them. That's who they're waiting for.At Neil's, Devon's consoled by Roxy - as Ashley comes to greet Neil - and Liv (and hear all about the court case). Lily? Neil sighs - we're supposed to go before our children. I know, Ashley gives him a hug.Cane carries Lily over the threshold of their home - pretending they just got married (and that he's a proper husband). And on the sofa, the Ashby's coo - and can't get close enough. Lily's so lucky to have Cane's love - no apologies needed. I love you. I love you too ~hug~Mike's welcomed home by Lauren and Kay. Jill's there too (at Mike's invitation - to find out about her birth situation). Lauren's gone through old papers - and can't find anything about a hidden pregnancy. Jill's not surprised - and wants answers; the truth. Lauren wasn't able to contact her flaky mother - but is having somebody going through the family archives. Lauren wants to know the truth too - if the father she adored had another child, she won't keep it silent. Abby apologizes to Daniel - but it's not HIM they're interested in. Grabbing the phone, Daniel thinks it pathetic that she's tracking hits on the video. Yeah - well Abby has goals and aspirations - what does HE have? Ha! Daniel hacks up a one note laugh. Exactly, Abby leaves him to mull that one over. The Winter's apartment is a somber place. Yes, Neil would like to be alone if everyone doesn't mind. With hugs and thanks, Liv and Ashley leave (and in the hallway, console one another - on Lily - and Faith). Ashley knows she's lucky - Faith's at least alive. Liv needs to call Nate and her parents (who've already lost Dru). Liv encourages Ashley to rejoin Neil - thank God he has you in his life. Back in the apartment, Devon and Roxy console Neil before leaving him to stare at Malcolm.At the mausoleum, JT hovers as Mac tells Kay that she was sure she was doing the right thing - and now she's afraid she made a horrible mistake. With Lily clearly in pain, Cane scrambles for medication in her purse. Taking the pills, Lily's breath is laboured - managing her pain is all that can be done. No more hospitals - Lily wants to spend what time she has left at home - with Cane (who looks devastated as he holds her).Still at the Baldwin's, Mike suggests a cheek swab. Jill agrees - a simple DNA test will answer everything. Good thing Jill's DNA is already on record at the lab - it'll only take Lauren two seconds. Just like that huh? of course Lauren's willing - she wants answers too.Ashley rejoins Tucker at his table at the club - Neil's daughter's dying. Oh, Tucker removes his glasses - what he must be going through. Ashley can't add to Neil's grief - he can't hear about what happened in Japan. Tucker will keep the secret (even if he won't forget their time together - and suspects she won't either). Ashley doesn't regret it - but it IS over - Neil needs her - she DOES want to be with Neil. Tucker doesn't believe it - and will wait til Ashley sorts it out - but not too long. Ashley's left to wonder what the hell that means.You did the right thing, Kay and JT assure Mac - Lily's made her decision - respect it. Mac wants to tell Lily she made a mistake - the risk IS low - it could save her life! Lily's dying - Mac can't sleep on it - tomorrow could be too late.Lily nods - the pain's better (but it'll get worse - and then - it'll be over). Cane whimpers - please, please. Lily's grateful for every second they share - but when it's time, Cane must let her go. I can't, Cane sobs in her arms. Cue the sad music - At the bar, Liv sips a drink - contemplating her phone (set to dial Mac from her contact list) ... Boxing gloves on, Devon wails away on a punching bag in the basement - and when Roxy shows up, falls apart in her arms ... Malcolm's at church - his eyes closed real tight as he prays real hard ... Neil mopes over a framed photo of Lily - flashing back to first holding her in the hospital ... walking her down the aisle ... The Ashby's hug - so much love - so little time ... As JT walks Mac upstairs, she crumples half way up - shaking her head, she sits and sobs (....the song ends - I know my work is done .....) Next: In another cocktail dress, Skye snaps at a depressed looking Adam - As soon as I win, we'll be able to come and go as we please. No one would dare touch us. At the bar, Ashley gives Neil a hug - then admires photos of the adorable twins; Charlie and Matilda. Using the stem cells, there's now hope for Lily. But that's not why Neil summoned Ashley. He's been taking stock of his life - gonna make some changes. We need to talk. Accosted by Abby at CL's, Daniel's told that Abby just scored a cover on RS. How sweet is that? How about Daniel joins her - to do a spoof on their video? No - absolutely not - and thank God none of Daniel's family and friends have seen it. Yes - he wants to make a name for himself - as an ARTIST. Nose in the air, Abby clip clops off to bigger and better things. She has a proposition for Tucker McCall - how would you like to go into business with me? Strutting into the mausoleum's living room in a very short dress, Chloe tells Billy to put his eyeballs back in their sockets - it's for Chance. Delia in his arms, Billy wastes no time mentioning that Chance is babysitting Heather. Chloe doesn't need the reminder - griping that Chance is only coming to Kay's party because Nina's back in town.Entering with Kay, Jill tells Billy 'we need to talk in private'. The first guest to arrive, Billy wonders who invited him (then is admonished by Kay). Was that Chance at the door? Nina enters enquiring. If it was, Chloe would be 'all over him'. How happy they are divorced - and rich (since the Abbott's can't touch money in Jeff's name). Enough of this crap, Glo wants her big surprise - but seems content with a dance. Behind the counter, Neil's done some reflecting - losing Dru - his brief marriage to Karen - problems with Devon - Lily's health issues. Neil needs to refocus his life - be there for his kids and grand babies. You're breaking up with me, aren't ya? the smiling Ashley doesn't seem overly torn up. At CL's, Abby needs financing - and will give Tucker an exclusive opportunity to cash in - she may start a clothing line - write a book - be an actress. Tucker admires her ambition, but isn't interested. The poor little rich girl's been done. Abby's different - she's an animal activist - with a million ideas. Keeping your clothes on? Tucker hopes - and still takes a pass. I'm gonna be ginormous, Abby assures - you're loss. And when Abby goes to whine to Daniel's, she's told to 'get over' herself.As everyone files outside, Jill again wants to talk to Billy alone and in private. Murphy's at a Lodge meeting. As Nina updates Paul on Kay's book being turned into a movie, Jill comes along to complain. Chloe's the only one not laughing when Heather (who's going for drinks) knows exactly what Chance wants (that's what happens when you spend every waking moment together). Chance then has exciting news for his Mom. No - please - don't tell me, Nina looks heartbroken (as Chloe flashes her ring - and confirms that she and Chance are indeed engaged). Back at Indigo, Neil tells Ashley that she's sexy - an incredible businesswoman and Mom. She's an amazing lady. Ashley likes Neil so much - but guesses he's right - and knew it wouldn't last. Neil assures they'll always be friends (without the benefits). As they hug, Tucker arrives to watch (then leaves). Back at the Bardwell's table, Jeff proposes a toast - he couldn't be divorced from a nicer lady. Chugging back her champagne, Glo starts choking. Jeff rushes around to give her the Heimlich - dammit - you're choking on your surprise! All are astounded (except Kevin and Ester) to hear that Chance and Chloe are engaged. And while Jill offers a weak 'congratulations', Nina runs off (Paul on her heels) - I'm gonna be sick. That went well, Heather quips. Shut up! Chloe runs off too (with Chance on her heels). Mom will come around, Chance assures (while Chloe's sure that no one will get in her way of becoming Chance's wife). Kevin's left to chat with Heather (who also sympathizes with Chloe - but can't talk about Adam being alive - it's too horrible to contemplate). Aside, Jill talks to Billy about missing Liz - and that she found out who her biological family is.While Nina gripes about her son deserving better, Kay tells her to give Chloe a break - you two are so much alike. Nina knows - that's what worries her. And as Chance asks for a word with his Mom, his new partner arrives. Still at CL's, Abby grabs Daniel's sketchpad to plan her RS cover - then calls her Mom (to ask for a few thousand). Daniel's not surprised Ashley hung up (next time try 'hello' first). Abby whines about not having access to her trust fund - never mind her outrageous allowance. She's got one brother back from the dead - the other accused of murder (who's trial she's not 'allowed' to go to). Daniel then gets a call from his landlord - asking for (and getting) a few days extension on his rent. No - he won't ask his Mom for help - he's an adult - try it sometime (he marches off). Chance introduces all to Rogan Malloy (who gives Heather keys to her new apartment). Invited to stay, Rogan explains that his Mom lives in GC - he spent the last 8 years in LA. Nina's an LA girl too - she's in GC for her son. Tired on the insults, Chloe snaps at Nina - figure out a way to deal with it. If Nina can't handle her marrying her son, go back to LA. Aside, Billy's now updated - and hopes he hasn't slept with a Fenmore. Jill talks of the big picture - soon the whole damn town will know where she came from.Tucker approaches Neil and Ashley - offering him time off to support Lily. Leaving to take a convenient call, Ashley appreciates Tucker being nice to Neil (who's been going through a lot). Looks (to Tucker) like Ashley's been going through a lot herself. At their table, Glo's whines about almost being killed - by choking on a key. You're sitting in your present, Jeff grins - Indigo is ours. Glo's eyes widen - as does her smile. Neil's now joined the Bardwell's - to confirm he did indeed sell Indigo to Jeff. Glo's always wanted her own business. OUR own business, Jeff corrects. Neil hopes they have as many good times there as he has (with Dru). Glo smiles - it's in good hands. At the bar, Ashley reports that she and Neil ended things. No - their night together never came out. Yeah - let's get out of here, Ashley agrees. Inside the mausoleum, Billy joins Chloe - he knows she loves Chance (who's good with Delia) - but she shoulda told him. Like HE did before marrying Vikki? True, Billy admits - then points out that he'll soon be her Uncle. Great - marry Ester and you'll be my stepfather too. After Billy leaves, Rogan comes in to use the bathroom - and suggest that if Chloe owes anyone an apology, it's to her future mother in law. Yeah, the bathroom's that way, Chloe's unimpressed. Back outside, Chance loves his Mom - but he loves Chloe too. Nina feels she's wrong for Chance - but wants him to be happy. Hey Chipmunk - another beer? Billy offers. When Kevin's ready for another beer, he doesn't need Willy to get it for him. When did they become enemies? When Billy took Jana out on that one date. How IS Jana? At the GCAC - hooking up with his brother. Even Billy can't comment on that (except to say 'it sucks'). Kay's jaw flaps as Kevin stomps off. As Chance is talking to his Mom, Heather's distracted watching. Beside her, Paul's outrageous story finally gets her attention. Enjoying the view? Paul knows exactly what she's doing - falling for her bodyguard. Without answering, Heather walks off.Still loitering at CL's, Abby waves a green napkin before Daniel - true? Sure - but Daniel knows she leaked their sex video. If she wants to be famous - fine - but he won't be dragged along. Final answer!On the CL's patio, Tucker's stories do little to cheer Ashley up - she's been thrown for a loop (by Neil dumping her) - not to mention that Abby's out of control. No one knows what the future holds, Tucker philosophizes - squeeze every drop out of life you can. Though he doesn't seem convinced, Paul hopes Heather does see Chance as nothing more than a brother. He's gonna marry Chloe, Paul reminds - and he'd hate to see Heather get hurt.As Rogan leaves, all chuckle as Heather talks of Chance rolling off her suite's sofa onto the floor. And where's her new apartment? 190 East Chestnut. That's my building! Kevin informs brightly - 'you guys' will love it there - great building. Not surprisingly, Chloe doesn't seem enthused. Neil hands Jeff the books - and shakes his and Glo's hand. And with one last look around, leaves the Bardwell's to bubble about making it the hottest spot in town - the richest and classiest clientele - we're the new face of Indigo!Inside, Billy seems about to offer Kevin some support, when Rogan announces that he needs to see Chance and Heather at the station - to discuss Ellis. Let's go now, Heather decides. Chloe scowls at Rogan - not appreciating advice from strangers. Rogan's sorry - he wants to get along. That's doable, Chloe agrees. On his way out, Chance pauses to bid Chloe farewell. Delia misses you, Chloe says - and yes, she does too - a little ~kiss~ After the trio of cops exit. Nina's loudly gushing about what a lovely young lady Paul's daughter is. Chloe corners Kevin - 'meet your new roommate'. Where? a puzzled Kevin looks around. Back outside, Ester tells Jill there's a message from her attorney. Learning of Jill's reason for consulting a lawyer, Kay and Billy object to her already trying to claim the Fenmore fortune (and with Lauren only just finding out). Why, it's .... Tacky, Ester supplies. No - it's 'proactive', Jill walks. Oh God - Kay smells trouble.On the patio, Tucker hugs Ashley. Spotting them, Abby races back inside to tell Daniel - Tucker's totally sleeping with my Mom (and that must be why he turned down her business proposal).

Todays SHow Thursday July 01 2010Cross legged on the bed, Adam tries to convince the doctor that he needs to stay in the facility - everyone's out to get him - he's not safe (or able to protect himself). Yes - he 'guesses' he can spend some time in the 'day room'. I need to stay here, Adam reiterates. But, as soon as the doctor leaves, Adam stops picking at his beard - and looks for an escape route. Easily plucking an air vent cover off the wall, Adam hastily puts it back in place (and resumes the act) when an orderly comes to escort him to the day room. Mike and Victor have summoned Owen to Indigo to discuss Adam acting crazy (and being Hightower's killer). Owen feels he IS going after the right Newman - and won't grant Nick bail. What will it take to get Nick out of jail? Proof that someone else killed Hightower. Kevin does see why he'd invite a high maintenance dive (with a toddler) to move into his tiny apartment. And how exactly can Chloe 'keep him company' if he 'hardly knows she's there'? Come ON - it'll be so much fun, Chloe persists. No - watching the World Series - with Kev's guy friends is fun. Chloe's high five hand hangs in the air - she LOVES football. Yeah, well - Kevin will be watching football - ALONE.Chance isn't impressed to find himself waiting for his new partner (who left the mausoleum the same time they did). It's only been ONE day, Heather points out (but has to agree that everyone DID seem 'OK' at the party - compared to his Mom). Chance vows to spend the rest of his life with Chloe - his Mom better get used to it. Arriving whistling, Rogan doesn't need to talk to Chance before interviewing Ellis - watch and learn. I don't think so, Chance blocks his way (much to Rogan's amusement).Oh, how Patty loves the day room - so full of life and people (that she wants to help). His back to her (and wearing a baseball hat), Adam turns around to eyeball Patty. Chance may be a rookie - but he's army (and has interrogated more 'bad guys' than Rogan can dream about). 'No medal' - but he has experience (and patience). Chance will question Ellis (and let Rogan know if he needs any help). When Syd comes along, they exchange pleasantries and introductions. Welcome aboard, Syd shakes Rogan's hand and leaves the trio to meet Ellis. He no longer needs THEIR deal - he's going to the Club Med of prisons. When he won't say who made him the deal, Rogan, spins him around - and plays bad cop. Frank talks - or Rogan will tell all the prisoners that he's a narc. Back in the day room, Patty talks to the woman cradling the doll (as Adam watches). Taking a seat, Patty's given pen and paper - to write down her feelings. Seeing the doll unattended, Adam scoops it under his loose shirt - then the pen that rolls onto the floor. Patty tells the nurse that she's struggling to write down her feelings - how good it feels to help the other patients. 'Dawn' returns to find her 'baby' with a pen stuck in her chest. Patty did it - she killed before - she'll do it again, Adam whispers in the sobbing woman's ear. Over drinks at Indigo, Victor reminds that he used his resources to prove that Adam's alive. Yeah - but he lost his mind - cause Nick was trying to kill him (but killed Hightower instead). Yes - we WILL see if a jury believes that. Owen also knows that Victor bribed Ellis to fake an attack on Nick (and he can prove it).Jana finds Ryder searching online for a job (on her laptop). Bad economy - plus he'll be going to trial soon. Jana doesn't mind moving from the suite they're still in - she's more the backpack/roughing it type anyway. Talking of paying Kevin back, Jana ALMOST regrets the expensive champagne they got last night. Ryder wants to do something - to show he cares about Jana ('giving up' his relationship with his brother just isn't enough). Chloe continues to badger Kevin (who doesn't think them ideal roommates - even if she IS offering to pay 2/3rds of the rent). This isn't about Heather - she misses Chance. Surely Kevin understands what it's like to be separated from a loved one. Oh - alright then - short term. As soon as Chance leaves, so will Chloe. No need for Kevin to clean - Chloe will send her mother over. NO - Kevin won't regret it - Chloe and Delia will be the best roommates ever. Yeah - until Chance figures out you're spying on him, Kevin warns.Yes - you ARE done, Chance interrupts Rogan's interrogation. And when Rogan takes Frank from the chair to the wall, Chance jumps in - I SAID that's enough! After Frank's taken out, Rogan denies he crossed the line - he simply moved it a bit. Sure Frank DOES know something, Chance and Heather suggest searching the cells - whichever prisoner (found holding) 'flips' first will get a deal. Rogan has a more subtle approach - but wants to take care of something first - alone. Chance can put his cape on - protect the pretty ADA. Heather and Chance are both left gaping (and thinking Rogan's seen too many cop movies).As Patty realizes her pen's missing, Dawn's screaming - look what Patty did to my baby! She's killed before and she'll do it again! The nurse and orderly break up the catfight (as Adam watches Patty protest her innocence). Owen admires Victor's loyalty to his family - and he's smart too (but not smart enough). Mike reads the file Owen brought (which details Victor bribing Frank to attack Nick). So hard to find a trustworthy felon, Owen quips. Chloe reassures Ester - stop crying - she'll visit every night. Hanging up, Chloe encounters Nina (and claims the mausoleum's getting too crowded). Nina instantly accuses Chloe of spying - and wonders how funny Chance will find it.Hmmm - did Kevin leave the lights on at home? No - Jana's there creeping about. Adam rocks and stokes his beard - listening as Patty swears she didn't stick the pen in the doll. It's the truth, she sobs - I didn't kill anyone. The doctor calms her down - OK (then allows Patty to be taken to her room). No proof? Ha! Owen got a warrant to check Victor's account - including the Swiss one under Mrs Ellis' name. Nick stays where he is (and Victor will be joining him soon if he keeps breaking the law). After Owen leaves, Mike wishes they could get Adam to talk. Consider it done - Victor's gonna go pay him a visit. As Kev quickly tidies up, Jana apologizes - the landlord let her in (but didn't fix the leaky faucet). Envelope in hand, she's there to repay some of the money she owes Kev. Taking the envelope, Kevin hears it includes the joint credit cares (but isn't happy to hear that Ryder - the stand up guy - agreed). And HOW will Ryder pay the bills? By breaking into other guests suites as soon as they leave - that's how. A frustrated Chance sends papers scattering to the floor. No - his new partner didn't get to him - he doesn't like puzzles he can't solve (or bullies - which he saw plenty of in Iraq). Heather agrees - it's a shame Ellis won't talk. OK - Adam and his Mom have a lot to catch up on. But - as soon as the orderly's gone, Adam's prying the air vent off (and heading for room 413 - which just so happens to house a sobbing Patty). Adam - he's bad - made me do things, Patty's having a panic attack. Hearing Adam's voice in her head (at his most menacing), Patty sobs and shakes her head - crouched on the floor. I didn't do it - I didn't kill anyone, Patty cries in the fetal position. Yeah - I've got the money - it'll be there, Ryder hangs up (and hides money in a drawer as Jana returns). She relays her awkward run in with Kevin (who appreciated the money). Ryder thinks the good karma's paying off - he's got a coupla job leads. Jana crosses her fingers - and will pray to the Goddess. Ryder's finally learned - embrace the truth = solve your problems (paraphrased from the Zen book Jana gave him). Ryder wants the best for them - and will make it happen.Syd joins Rogan (soldier boy doesn't suspect a thing - and won't pose any problems Rogan can't handle).Chloe's pleased to find Kevin's place bigger and cleaner than she expected. Chloe claims she just moved in so they can spend some time together. It IS logical - and perfect. As Heather enters her apartment, Chloe's disturbed to see it's only a studio apartment (which Heather will be sharing with HER 'fiance'). When Sharon visits, Nick's 'glad' to see her safe - not sure what he'd have done if anything happened to her. You're gonna burn, burn, burn in hell, Adam hisses through the air vent - you'll suffer for all eternity. I'm NOT a murderer! Patty snivels. In the hallway, Mike plans to add perjury to Adam's charges (insanity's a hoax). About to unlock Adam's door, the doctor hears Patty screech 'Leave me alone!!!!' (and runs off to tend to her - as Adam scurries back through the air vent. I'm going in, Victor announces. What the hell? he scowls once inside.In her room, Patty's babbling about the devil coming to take her to hell. And who could stick a pen in that poor baby doll!? His expression indicating he believes her responsible, the doctor caves to Patty's pleas to go to the day room- but the orderly must supervise her. Mike joins Victor (who's watching Adam weakly hitting his head against the wall) - then goes to get Dr Fowler. Think you're being clever? Victor grunts - son, I ain't buyin' it - you're not insane - he, Mike and the doctor know it (and soon the whole world will too). Not responding, Adam continues to nod his head.Sharon's hoping Adam being back will result in the charges against Nick being dropped. Nick talks of his reaction to seeing that bastards face - how terrible it must have been for Sharon. She can handle it - and appreciates his concern - but Phyllis is a wreck. SHE'S the one Nick should be worried about. She's upset about more than the trial (and has reason to be). In Heather's new apartment, Chloe notes the one bed - is Heather sleeping in the bathtub. Chance will be in a sleeping bag in the corner. He points out the hooks for the dividing bed sheet. Not placated at all, Chloe's off to unpack. Heather thinks it a good idea that Chloe leave with her new roommate - she and Chance are going to bed. Now? Yes - they have to get up at 04:00. Heather and Kevin exchange an awkward look - as Chance kisses Chloe - I love YOU. Once Chloe and Kevin leave, Heather jokes about the drama (which Chance blames on her pushing Chloe's buttons). Grinning, Heather's sorry - it won't happen again. Back home, Kevin assures Chloe that Chance is crazy about her. HE'S not the one Chloe's worried about. She WILL relax (and read a book about untraceable poisons). G'night. But as Kevin retires for the night, Chloe slips out the front door.Down the hall, Heather watches Chance doing push ups (to let off some steam). Something wrong? Oh - he came out of his trance, Mike quips when he brings the doctor in (to say he sees no signs of psychosis - Adam will be released to police custody - and give Mr Baldwin a copy of the documents). Leaving the orderly to tend to the cut on Adam's head, the doctor announces he's canceling Mr Newman's medication. Now alone with the orderly, Adam asks for construction paper - to make something special.Sharon tells Nick that this goes beyond Phyllis' usual petty jealousy. Nick's stunned - he's committed to his marriage. Yes - but Phyllis feels we have unfinished business, Sharon continues - It goes beyond co parenting - admit it. If Sharon can hear the concern (for her) in Nick's voice, how must Phyllis feel? Everyone thinks they're destined to be together - maybe it's time they deal with that. Look at me, Heather groans - why can't she get past what Adam did to her? She's smart - got a lot going for her. Why did she fall for a sociopath. Chance reminds that he fooled Victor (not many can say that). Never mind Victor, Heather still feels like a fool. Her Mom ended up with a real prince too, she weeps. She's even bitter that 'Paul' wasn't involved in her life. How can Heather trust her instincts ever again? In the hallway, Chloe's hear is to Heather's door. You just couldn't help yourself, could you, Kevin creeps up to startle her. A smug Victor and Mike are at Indigo - showing Owen Dr Fowler's assessment of Adam's mental state. Mike reads an excerpt of the evaluation. He's amoral, deceptive, Victor adds - not psychotic. Score one for the defense, Mike gloats - it's already been entered into evidence. You through? No - but YOU are, Victor snarls. Adam's your killer. And the longer Owen continues this farce, the more foolish he's gonna look. Drop the charges against Nick - save what's left of the DA's pitiful career. Nick sees nothing to figure out - he's made his priorities clear. Sharon knows that - but does the rest of the world? Nick won't apologize for being worried about Sharon's safety. Well - we found Adam - end of story. Nick has to ask what happened in Brazil - what did Adam say to you?Adam hovers behind a magazine in the day room - watching as Patty comes across a mask (flashback to her wearing a similar one at the ball - as Adam threatened to out her). Where did this come from? Patty accosts the fellow patients - then asks to go back to her room - now. Catching sight of Adam in a hand made mask through the door, Patty screams - Noooooooo!Mike and Victor gloat at the bar - Owen sure doesn't look too happy. Victor thanks Mike for all he's done. Heather and Chance have an angry Owen on speakphone. We did our jobs - if Nick didn't kill Hightower, it's obvious who did. Heather thinks it best to admit they made a mistake. Owen will be a hero if he puts Adam away. Owen will call them when he decides what to do. That leaves Heather to gush all over Chance (for 'having her back').Sharon explains that Adam came to her hotel - we talked. She never felt she was in danger. What did she promise Adam - to get him to come back to GC? Sharon used his love for her. The plan didn't backfire - and Sharon's no longer afraid of Adam. Nick thinks that naive - she SHOULD be afraid. The doctor finds Patty sobbing in the day room. They couldn't find anyone wearing a mask in the hallway. He was pointing at me, Patty snivels. And, as she's escorted out, Adam slips out to watch. Back in the visiting cell, Sharon refuses to be afraid of Adam. Nick's sick that she used herself as bait - but it worked. Not exactly - Adam tried to escape. She then talks of the warning shots being fired - but no - she's not hung up on Adam (just didn't want to see him killed) - doesn't mean she loves him. Nick doesn't understand. Adam's gone, Patty tells herself - stay calm, stay calm. Entering the day room with a smile, Patty's horrified to find all the patients wearing masks. It's sick! Patty screams - as she rips the masks off one by one. And as she's once again hauled away screaming, Adam watches.Over wine, Kevin tells Chloe that her fears are all in her head (while Jana actually DID cheat). Chloe swears Kevin to secrecy - then confides that Chance was a virgin. Won't he wonder what it's like to be with other women? Suddenly, Chance is every other guy who cheated on her. And that scares the hell out of you, Kevin concludes.Hanging up the dividing sheet, Chance feels the need to talk to Chloe. Heather tells him not to worry about it - he and Chloe will be just fine in the morning. You're right, Chance agrees. The alarm's set for 04:00 - good night - sleep well. Chance undresses to his boxer briefs - Heather removes her robe. And as the sheet falls, both dive for it (then laugh awkwardly). As Chance staples the sheet up, Heather jokes - can't see each other in our jammies - we'll turn into sex crazed beasts. The sexual tension is apparent as both stammer - then retreat to opposite sides of the sheet. Chance sends Chloe a text - missing you. Neither look sleepy.Across the hall, Chloe and Kevin decide what to watch on TV - NASCAR racing? Coco Channel documentary? As they decide on a movie, Chloe doesn't notice the message on her phone.Mike and Victor hope all Owen's frantic calls mean Nick will be released tonight. The DA's filed a warrant for Adam's arrest - but Nick's trial's still on. BOTH Newman boys are going to jail for a long, long time. Victor sounds like a fortune cookie - a man seeking vengeance digs two graves - one for his enemy, one for himself. No threat - it's a proverb. Owen's left to look much less confident. Nick doesn't want Sharon to go - but thinking they've said enough for one night, she walks out. You'll have more company soon, the guard can't wait to announce his brother, Adam, will be joining him soon. Todays ( july 7th 2010) DramaA confused Paul tries to determine if Patty was really in the basement - or did Adam coach her? Focus - think - PLEASE. Patty's horrified to hear Adam was at the hospital - he's everywhere! she all but hyperventilates - make him leave me alone! Summoned to the county lock up, to visit an inmate, Sharon's floored to find it's Adam - not Nick (who's been released). As she's marching out, Adam implores Sharon to stay - there WAS a time he meant something to her. Dining alone at the club, Billy flashes back to Adam's request (his story - for Rafe). Signing the bill and downing his beer, Billy heads for the door (where he tries to engage Victor in conversation). Victor has no interest in talking to Billy (who's exploited the Newman name enough already). At Jack's, he and the reinstated Dr Peterson are ecstatically happy (thanks to Jamie 'manning up') - and oh, what fun they had celebrating last night. Who knew they'd be 'together' like this again ~kiss~ At the mausoleum, JT carries Mac to a poolside lounge chair (so no one can hover over her). Suck it up - like it or not, JT's gonna take care of her. Mac doesn't regret carrying the Ashby's babies - but letting them go is harder than she thought *sniff*Tube still in her arm, Lily can't wait to get back to her twins. Along with Cane, Neil's also optimistic - today's the day everything changes, he's sure. Moving to the lounger beside Mac, JT listens to more whining. 'Auntie Mac' really DOES want Lily to get better and raise her babies with Cane. Oh, how stupid she feels - everyone who told her it'd be painful - was right. Also - he broke up with the amazing Ashley (who made him realize there is love after Dru - whom they both miss).Following Victor to the bar, Billy accuses him of being so suspicious. Victor thinks the 'narcissistic' SOB' Billy has no more depth than a cardboard cut out. Denying he's sniffing around for a story, Billy reminds that Victor was all too happy to give an exclusive - when it suited him. Writing more about the murder will hurt the case against Adam - again. And if anything published in his 'rag' effects Nick, Billy Boy will have to answer to Victor (who then tells him to have a double Tequila - on him). As Victor strolls off, Billy can't get on the phone quick enough - to Rafe. Granted 5 minutes, Sharon claims she didn't skip court to avoid seeing Adam attacked on the stand - and knows his break down was fake. Not so, Adam claims he had a break down. Sharon can't believe Adam thought he could just skip town - after the disgusting things he did. Yeah, Adam DID do some bad things - but he's no killer. Sharon's saved by the bell. Huh? She did? Hanging up, she's not quite so angry (when updating that Patty confessed to the murder).Paul comes over to update Jack and Emily - Nick's been released (Patty confessed). He prays she didn't do it. But - she did have motive and opportunity. Hearing that Patty was fine - the next 'tormented', Emily's told that Satan told her to confess. All feel that Adam's totally capable of using Patty as the perfect scapegoat. In her room, Patty's a sobbing mess - the devil made me do it - I don't wanna go to hell. Adam tells Sharon that Patty was furious with him - he knew her identity - pushed her too far by knocking her out with drugs. She snapped? Sharon sits to listen. BUT - he still set Nick up (made the recording). I didn't kill anyone - you believe that don't you? Sharon looks torn.At RS, Rafe balks at representing a man they both loathe - for an exclusive story? You've got some nerve Billy. Aw, come on - even if he loses, it'll be good for Rafe's career. You can be a real son of a [censored]. Yeah - Billy gets that a lot - cheers, he sips his coffee. With Victor now at Jack's, Paul's encouraged to get the truth out of Patty. He can't - it's over his head. Could Emily try? Victor thinks that's a great idea - Jack, not so much.Still sitting across from Sharon, Adam only cares what SHE thinks of him. She MUST know that he could never murder a man in cold blood. Getting up to escape, Sharon doesn't know WHAT to think. Leave me alone! she scurries out - past Rafe and Billy (who follows the crying Sharon - to play the role of best supportive friend). I'm dumb, Mac concludes. Didn't she end her relationship with Billy to have the Ashby's babies (which she couldn't even carry to term)? JT says all the right things - the twins were born at the perfect time to save Lily's life. In scrubs, Cane has his cell phone in hand - as he tells the twins of Mommy's important procedure - then, going home a happy family - to live happily ever after. Meanwhile, Lily knows this is her last hope. Neil not wanting to hear the D word doesn't stop Lily from saying that having lived to see the babies, she could die happy - today. When Paul informs that Patty knows things only the killer would know, Victor's still sure Adam's framing her too (and won't allow it to happen). Jack wants the truth as much as anyone - but get another shrink. She almost died, Jack reminds - lost her career. Thinking of Hightower's little boy, Emily agrees to do it (as Jack huffs in frustration). More whining at the pool. Mac can't trust her own judgment - what if she's never happy? Never has her own children. How she hates being this emotional. JT promises an awesome future. Oh - OK, she's right - Brock and Kay will disown her - she'll lose her bar - her friends - he'll hate her. It'll be you, 15 cats - and the Internet. Mac can't believe he made her laugh (and blurts out 'I love you'). Gushing over the latest photos, Neil and Cane leave Lily to have her IV removed. Claiming she feels alright, Lily's about to get out of bed - then faints back onto it. Mrs Ashby! the nurse yelps. Assuming the murder charges against him will be dropped, Adam's sure the 'sharp' Rafe can get him off the other charges (kidnapping - conspiracy). Why rafe? Having someone who hates him defend him will send a message to the jury (that he's innocent). Surely, Rafe wants fame and fortune - everyone has a price, Adam knows. Billy brings Sharon back to her old 'stomping grounds' - which was heaven on earth. Why did she go see Adam? She THOUGHT she was going to visit Nick. Why stay? She wants to think there's a human being inside the man she fell in love with. What does it say about HER if he IS a monster? Billy prods for info - and gets it (as Sharon explains the DA's stance on Patty, Adam and Nick). Jack really resents Victor pressuring Emily (and starting this whole ball rolling). Yeah - but Victor's not the one who pursued patty's shrink (putting both women in this situation). Jack regrets that every day of his life. Victor wants this resolved - before his brother writes about it. Dr P - I never thought I'd see you again, Patty greets Emily (with Paul). She needs to understand what happened. You're safe - tell us anything. Adam can't hurt you. Emily informs that Adam WAS there. Other people saw him? Patty's surprised. Is it possible Adam scared you - threatened you into confessing? Emily wants to know. As JT serves up some food, Mac can't believe she said that - must be the hormones - or the pain killers. Nope - JT won't let her take it back. He'll forget it if she wants him to. No worries - I don't love you either, he smiles (nose to nose). Now back in bed, Lily reassures Neil and Cane - she stood up too fast - people faint all the time. She then tries to explain her weird experience when unconscious - like someone was lifting her up. It's a sign that everything's gonna be OK. There was a doll stabbed through the chest? The other inmates were wearing paper masks? Emily confirms (as Patty nods - like at the ball). Adam was trying to unnerve her. How could he get into her room? Bribe someone. OK - so, maybe Adam DID get her to confess - but she 'still killed him'. He died - right in front of me. Why haven't they called? Jack utters - then gets a call. Hanging up, he updates Victor. Patty understands that Adam coerced her confession - but insists she's the killer. For selfish reasons, both Jack and Victor hopes it isn't Patty. Having lived with her for months, Jack could have saved a man's life. Victor's the one who brought Patty to town. There's blood on his hands too.Rafe wants nothing to do with Adam's case - unless it's to tank him deliberately. Why'd he come? To tell Adam to go to hell. But Rafe already did that - when Adam 'dumped' him (for Heather) - remember that? Rafe returns to snarl down his nose at Adam a bit more - then leaves Adam to mutter 'dammit'.Sharon and Billy discuss whether Adam's telling the truth. Sharon can't live without knowing. Yeah - Sharon DID get caught in the middle - marrying both brothers. Thanking Billy with a quick kiss, Sharon goes home to Faith (leaving Billy to pull out a photo of her - perfect for the story - my damsel in distress).Next: Nick can only blink when Sharon tells him - Why don't you go home to your own wife - your other family ... I'm gonna stay with him until the charges are dropped, Phyllis explains. What about after he's cleared? Daniel wonders ... Victor wants all Nick's charges dropped - tonight. At the tackhouse, Phyllis is back from chaperoning Summer's camp field trip (to the zoo). And when Daniel talks of Nick's release, Phyllis covers - he was released from customs (at the airport). Where's Daddy? Where do you think? Phyllis gripes to Daniel (note in hand). Meanwhile, at the penthouse, Sharon films Faith on Nick's knee. He's happy he'll be around to see her start walking. So are we, Sharon agrees solemnly.Abby calls Billy at RS - with something to add to her article. Too late - it goes to print tonight. As Abby prattles on about manatee's, Billy hangs up - gotta go! Dropping by, Rafe finally gets a word in to correct Billy (who thinks he's getting Adam's exclusive). Alas, Rafe did NOT take the case (and told Adam to go to hell). Chance checks the apartment - then gives Heather the nod to come in. Angered by a phone call, Chance updates Heather that Ellis is being transferred to the Club Med prison - looks like someone doesn't want them interviewing him again (which leads Chance to gripe about Rogan). Whining some more about his new partner, Chance decides to go to the prison - to talk to Frank - without Rogan. Heather will be the only person who knows where he is. Unable to hear anything by pressing her ear to the door, Chloe pulls a glass out of her purse. There's better ways to eavesdrop, Rogan startles Chloe - and how will her fiance feel about her spying? He won't know - you're not gonna tell him, Chloe answers. Stop the kids stuff, Rogan says - wire tap them. I'd hate to be your girlfriend, Chloe states. That'll never happen, Rogan replies. When Chance lets them in, Heather and Rogan are reminded that Chloe is Chance's fiance - as she initiates kisses, talk of Delia - and their wedding (which Chance wants to do free falling from an airplane). We'll talk later, Chloe needs to get to RS. What? Rafe's not taking Adam's case? Billy moans about his problems. Why are you doing this to me? It's not about YOU, Rafe complains that Billy's using him. We WERE friends - you're an [censored]! Rafe marches out. Left to eye the photo of Sharon, Billy has a feeling he'll be hearing a lot of that soon. Having put Faith down for a nap, Sharon assures that Nick just needs time to bond with her - instead of popping in and out of her life. Nick then pries until Sharon confesses she heard of his release from Adam (whom she'd rather not talk about). She's not to see Adam? Is that an order? Sharon will make her own decisions thanks very much - and Nick's to stop undermining her. Is she that weak? That she'd get sucked in (by Adam) again? Told to go home to his OWN wife - his OTHER family, Nick looks hurt - and can only blink. Back at the tackhouse, Daniel avoids discussion on his life - what's up with you Mom? Nick's free - but she doesn't seem happy. Daniel likes Nick 'n all - but why is he at Sharon's? He's spending time with his other daughter. It is what it is - but Phyllis agrees - she and Summer shouldn't come in second. Well, they're always welcome to come and stay with Daniel. You hung up on me, Abby arrives at RS whining. This is important - she doesn't want to come off as frivolous - and must brand herself. You got the cover, Billy's fists are clenched - what more can she want? To see the cover. No? What are you hiding from me?At CL's, Sharon and Rafe discuss visiting Adam. Hearing of Billy's' bid to sell Rafe's services for Adam's exclusive, Sharon's impressed that he refused - good for you. Rafe's sure Billy found another way - hey - she left with Billy .... You don't think he'd 'dare'? Rafe scoffs - how much did you tell him? Sharon puts on her thinking face. Still at the club, Victor shares his plan to bring the Governor and State's Attorney General into 'this mess'. Pomernace is dragging his heels. He'll hold a press conference - publicly accuse the DA regarding his vendetta. We all know Nick didn't kill Hightower - Owen will only respect a display of power - so, let's give him one. Seeing Phyllis check the phone (no messages), Daniel suggests she call Nick. Phyllis declines. She loves Nick (whom she'll stay with until the charges are dropped). And after? Saved from answering, Phyllis welcomes Nick home with a hug/kiss. Both Daniel and Phyllis watch on as Summer launches herself into Daddy's arms. Oh how he missed her. Daniel declines Nick's dinner invite - and leaves. When Summer chides Daddy for not being home, Nick promises no more business trips - he's never leaving her again ~hug~ (as a troubled Phyllis forces a smile). Still at CL's, Rafe informs Sharon that Billy only cares about selling magazines. But - Sharon spoke to him in confidence. Good luck with that. Billy charms people. Sharon's now in agreement- obviously Billy doesn't care who he hurts.Abby continues to follow Billy around RS. What does she want? Final say? No way! Abby forces a flash drive at him - pictures of her coming out of the bubbles at Kay's. No thanks - Billy's seen those online. Nick and Phyllis are off to a press conference - and then, Nick wants to put the pieces back together ~kiss~ But, dashes out to bring the car around, Phyllis isn't smiling.At the club, Nikki tells Victor how proud she is of him. Why? For going after Adam - to save Nick. But did he really have to jump out of airplane? The Newman's are strong - together again, Victor affirms. In the courtroom, Patty doodles - as Owen states the evidence against her (and concludes that she should be permanently committed to the facility for the criminally insane). Paul leans over to complain to Patty's lawyer - then asks the Judge if HE might speak for her. Abby arrives at CL's, babbling excitedly on the phone about her cover shot (which pushes the boundaries) - it's sure to get people's attention. What the hell? He tricked me! Abby's unimpressed when she sees a copy. Uncle Billy - you are SO 'done', she fumes. At RS, Billy's also on the phone - discussing a second printing (expecting sales to be high). Livid, Vikki comes in to slam a copy down on his desk - how could you do this to me Billy? Oh, when will he stop using his magazine to humiliate the Newman's. Addressing the media (at the club), Nick and Phyllis behind him, Victor denounces and disowns Adam (who'll never be part of his family again). He's s sadistic menace - a psychopath. Adam Wilson is evil. Sharon tells Adam that she'd had their marriage annulled - there's no hope. But she has questions - it all seemed so real - she believed him. Adam wanted to tell Sharon that Faith was alive - but was falling in love with her (and knew he'd lose her if he told her the truth - so didn't). How could Adam look her in the eye - say he loved her? Sharon's never been so confused - and he better TRY explain - she needs to make sense of it. Patty clasping his hand, Paul tells the Judge that Adam manipulated her to confess. Owen stands to disagree - the security tapes prove they didn't cross paths. Paul's sure Adam coerced a confession. Look - wasn't Vikki deemed too short to have driven the pen into Adam's chest? Well Mr Pomerance? The forensics match - if Patty stood on a crate. I DID kill Adam, Patty insists (as her lawyer claims she's incompetent - Patty's confessions should be stricken). Patty then gets agitated when Paul pushes her buttons about Jack being with Emily (forcing her to 'confess' that she burned Jack's house down - slashed Emily - yes - her real face - I hate her!). Now calming Patty down, Paul's made his point - his sister JUST confessed to things that didn't happen. Committing her for life would be a grave injustice. Victor now turns the podium over to Nick - who's relieved to be reunited with his family - and thanks Mike (who couldn't be there) - and his father (a determined man). Thanks also to Mom - the glue who keeps them all believing in miracles - his sister - his 3 kids. Last but not least - his amazing wife, Phyllis - no one could have been more steadfast - and he'll spend the rest of his life showing his gratitude). As the camera flashes go off, Phyllis tolerates Nick's hug (while Nikki looks troubled).Adam hates seeing Sharon tied up in knots. Yeah, well Sharon should have realized she'd get no answers from him. As she's about to march out, Adam starts talking - Yes, he went to the club to kill a man. He set up Hightower - but after Sharon threw his Mom's ring at him, he couldn't go through with it. He wanted to be the man Sharon believed he was. He was long gone by the time Patty killed Hightower. I need you. I'm nothing without you. In tears, Sharon leaves - unable to respond. Back at RS, Billy can't sit on any more stories because he's having sex with Vikki. The Newman's are news. Vikki thinks him a pompous jackass. When the Judge and lawyers return, the Judge agrees Patty's not competent to confess - and she should be returned to the psych. facility until she is. Wondering where Victor rushed off to, a light bulb goes off over Vikki's head - Billy! You used me Billy! Abby rants 'n raves some more. Sucks huh? Billy lists how many people SHE'S used. The 'little girl's' lucky HE taught her this lesson. Abby screams about loyalty - and how, wrong she was to trust him. Owen tells the Judge that Adam is the spider in this tangled web. When the Judge wonders where Adam's lawyer is, he stands to say that his lawyer was incompetent - he's defending himself. The Judge strongly suggests Adam get a lawyer - the charges are longer than his arm. Adam understands - and is prepared to take responsibility for his fate. Now, how does Adam plea to the first charge - conspiracy to commit murder? Guilty or not guilty?Nick finds Phyllis at the tackhouse - Mr Ears in her hand. Summer's fine - and at the ranch for the night. Good, Nick wants to talk. Phyllis doesn't. In tears, she's played the good wife for a really long time - stood beside him in front of the cameras tonight - but - she's 'done'. No more. No more what? No more US. At CL's, Abby's reading the RS article when Nikki comes in. So, you're a cover girl - but will her fans recognize her with clothes on? Abby snipes back - YOU'RE lecturing me on nudity? But it's all good - Patty feels she's where she belongs - she gets to draw - see Dr Fowler - it's a relief not to be a threat to anyone - and feels safe. Todays ( Monday July 12, 2010) Exciting Drama OLE "RED" is really gonna rock thehouse today!!Billy's eyes widen in shock (as Vikki insists she's not rebelling - it's not about Victor - she loves Billy). Disgusting, is Victor's one parting word (leaving Billy to wonder if Vikki's kidding). Nick's search for Phyllis takes him to the club (where he updates his Mom - wahhhh - she left me). Meanwhile, Phyllis turns up at Sharon's door with good news (she left Nick) - and bad (she wants her apartment BACK) - and so, marches inside. Chance and Heather race towards Owen at the courthouse - Skye Lockheart is back? Yup - from the dead (and with Vance Abrams - a 'one man dream team' for Adam's defense). Heather better prep fast - she's now lead prosecutor. Chance puts more pressure on Heather - Nick's off the hook - Patty will never stand trial - if Adam gets off, no one pays. Initially nervous, Heather gains sudden confidence - Adam will rot in prison. She's more than OK facing her ex - she's looking forward to it. Adam appreciates Vance coming - and yes, Skye sticking her neck out (coming back to GC). Heather marches in to introduce herself to Vance - stare Adam down - then take her place. When the Judge arrives, Vance pleads Adam not guilty - and wants reasonable bail - he's been through enough and deserves to go home. Back at the penthouse, Phyllis scoops up Faith's toys. Yeah - she left Nick - is Sharon shocked he's not beating down her door yet? Ignoring the insult, Sharon's puzzled - you love each other. Yeah, we do, Phyllis agrees - but there's always YOU. When Victor joins Nikki, he agrees - they DO have much to talk about (like Vikki losing her mind). So? Did Vikki mean what she said? Well - her brother's are jailbirds - her sister is naked. SHE is capable of emotion - but shock huh? Billy's surprised to be the object of her emotion. As Vikki downplays her announcement, Billy asks her out on a dinner date - to the perfect place. Heather has no idea why they're there. Adam? Bail? He faked his own death AND fled the country (to escape justice) and that was BEFORE the murder charges - force him to finally face justice - deny bail. Vance stands - sure, his client ran - out of self preservation (from the powerful father who hates him). Adam's ready to face the charges and clear his name - bail IS in order. Ms Steven's was engaged to his client - AND part of the kangaroo court. She should be removed from the case - or seen for what she is; a woman scorned. Heather's frustrated when the Judge grants bail at $500K (leaving Adam and Skye to smirk triumphantly). In the large cell, Adam thanks Skye for saving his tail - can he leave now? Skye CAN cover the bond alright - but she wants something in return. Still at the club, Victor can't believe it - Vikki loves Billy - you've GOT to talk to her. When Nikki's reluctant to interfere, Victor's sure Vikki will get hurt - he's an ABBOTT. Never mind that they've BOTH been married to Abbott's - the Newman's have no business dealing with the Abbott's - no good will come of it. I'm an Abbott, Abby appears to say - guess that means you hate me too. Coming down the stairs, Nick's leaving a message for Phyllis - then bumps into Sharon. Meanwhile, Phyllis mopes around the penthouse - where photos inspire flashbacks (from start to finish of their relationship/marriageAdam's delighted with Skye (for providing the sharkiest shark lawyer - and posting his bail) - how could he possibly make it even? Oh - it won't cost a dime (to make an 'honest' woman of Skye) - she wants his name. You're no bachelor of the year - and Skye scares the pants off most men. So - is Adam 'in'? Enter Heather - who promptly dismisses Skye (so she and Adam can 'talk'). Oh.... um... an arcade, is where Vikki finds herself with Billy. Yes - he called to have the owner clear it out for the night. Wow, Vikki continues to squirm. And here's the surfer dude owner - need any tokens? No - Billy's good from last week, thanks. So, what'll it be? Skye ball - the crane game? Apparently hungry, Vikki demands tokens for the vending machine - after that Billy should prepare to be 'owned'. Abby now seated, Victor back peddles - he has enormous respect for Ashley (and loves HER very much). Glaring at Nikki, Abby assumes she wasted no time showing Victor the RS cover. Nu uh - surprisingly, Nikki has more important things to discuss with Victor (who saw the magazine himself - and ain't impressed). Abby can't believe her ears - she's establishing her brand. Alan Cook (from Celebrity Weekly) is coming to interview ME - that's HUGE. Victor assures she won't get a penny from her trust fund if she pursues this nonsense. On cue, Alan arrives - to be introduced to Victor and his 'multiple ex' - and he has to ask - what does Victor think about his daughter's stock rising because of a sex tape. What!? If possible Victor looks even more pissed off. Pass the Gravol... Vikki's chasing Billy around the arcade brandishing a cheesy After force feeding him, it's time for some games. As promised, Vikki IS kicking @ss. It's all here, Donkey Kong - Ms Pac Man - pinball - capped off with goofy photos in the photo booth - and fighting over a large stuffed pig. Heather finds Adam's 'moaning' disgusting - he tortured Ashley - stole Sharon's baby. This is about YOU being dumped, Adam interrupts. Heather continues - you were GOING to kill Hightower - somebody did it for you (and she'll make DAMN sure he gets convicted). Adam comments - this isn't a good look for Heather (who's taking it all too personally). If taken off the case, Heather will take the stand - testify against him. To say what? Adam scoffs - she made love to the 'evilest who ever eviled')? Heather falters momentarily (as Adam continues) - but recovers to say he's repulsive and vicious. No one with a heart will EVER make the mistake of caring about him again (which leaves Adam looking less smug). Back at the club, Sharon stammers about Phyllis seeming so certain (that it's over) - but hey, if Nick thinks it's not .... She thinks she has only part of my love, Nick confides - but she DOES have all of it (and by golly he'll make her see that once and for all). Sharon really hopes Nick gets what he wants (but - as Nick marches out - is left looking like she wishes that were HER). Where's this tape? Who's seen it? Victor growls - arms folded. Didn't get around to telling him about that? Abby snipes at Nikki. You knew about this, Victor swivels in his chair. Nikki just found out - and thought it more appropriate to discuss at home. Abby babbles out some damage control (it must be a shock to realize she's all grown up - her privacy has been invaded - she couldn't possibly add to Victor's stress). Victor demands to know who video taped it (and shuts Alan Cook up when he tries helping - the footage was dark). Skye brings in the JOP she's had on call all day - and has scored a marriage license. We're getting married - right now? Adam's not exactly the blushing bridegroom. Unless you can't live up to your end of the deal, Skye replies. Boo-yeah - what's this? Vikki slaps her butt. That's YOU getting spanked, she cackles. Billy's never seen her smile so much - sober. Sugar high, Vikki explains. But when Billy brings up her announcement to her father, Vikki's off to a game she hasn't beaten Billy at yet. Phyllis now mopes over a photo of Nick with Summer - reliving more flashbacks of happier times with Nick. Ding dong. Opening the door, Phyllis stares blankly at Nick. At CL's, Heather admits it wasn't easy not ripping Adam's head off. Why did she pick Adam? He was wounded - smart - angry (Heather could relate). She thought she saw the good in Adam. Phyllis won't keep him from Summer - but she's so tired - can't do it. Nick knows he dropped the ball - but can do this now. No - you can't - it will never just be us, Phyllis knows. There's nothing between Sharon and me. Oh God! Phyllis wails - there will ALWAYS be something between you and Sharon - and she will NOT sit back and watch it anymore. Refusing to get upset, Phyllis calms down - it was amazing, incredible (in the beginning) - we had this thing - nothing could keep us apart. In tears, Phyllis talks of it being chipped away over time. Summer getting sick - the plane crash - him sleeping with Sharon - sleeping with Sharon AGAIN - miraculously Sharon got pregnant. WE didn't get past that. It stares Phyllis in the face every single day. Nick wants to find his way back to Phyllis. You shouldn't have to find your way back - you should have BEEN with me. She describes other divorced couples - but THEY aren't still 'in love'. Now sobbing, Phyllis knows Sharon will always have a hold on Nick - she was kidding herself. This is done. She no longer wants to fight - won't love someone who doesn't love her. More of the same - Nick's declarations of love - Phyllis' evident pain. It can't be fix. What now? Walk away? Yes - Nick's to walk away from her. Clenching his jaw, furrowing his unibrow, sighing, a defeated Nick does just that (leaving Phyllis flapping her gums - looking terrified and devastated). Phone in hand, Abby's excited to see that her website's got tons of hits (thanks to that lame RS cover). Never mind Victor's reaction (which Alan DOES plan to quote). This day's ending so much better than it began, Abby beams.When Sharon joins them, Nikki's the one to finish her explanation on why she's moved back into the club. Why the hell wasn't I told about that? Victor's once again out of the loop. But Phyllis leaving Nick is soon forgotten about. All heads turn at the sight of Adam - with Skye on his arm. They admire a wall mounted photo of the wonderful Neil Fenmore - he seems like a wonderful man. Yes, he does, Lauren all but sighs. Jill and Cane gaze through the nursery window - at the twins. Jill Fenmore - has a nice ring huh? No, Jill's not 'moving a little too quickly' - Lauren can't ignore that Jill's her sister. In her hospital gown, Lily joins them to admire her babies. Still at the arcade, Vikki stammers about Billy's photos - in which he kinda said 'I love you' too. Billy changes the topic - yes, he IS kinda insensitive. As Vikki walks away to answer a call, Billy calls Jill (for an update on Lily - who all are worried about). Requesting the phone be passed on to Cane, Billy just might have an idea to cheer Lily up. Cane informs Lily that they're leaving GCM - for a surprise. The twins will be fine for an hour - Neil's coming. Let's go. Sending Skye to check on their table, Adam approaches Nick - you gonna congratulate me? I got married. Now BOTH of us will have to cheat on our wives to be with Sharon (who then comes between the two to referee - walk away). As Nick does just that, Sharon scolds Adam (who claims he loves her). He and his wife have an 'understanding'. But when Skye comes to announce their table's ready, Sharon notes her attitude (then walks off). As Adam processes Sharon's comment, Nikki approaches Skye - death becomes you. Who was that poor unsuspecting body in the stables anyway? Skye has no idea - she left town - Chow was scum. You two deserve each other, is Nikki's parting comment. Enter Billy and Vikki (who's quickly updated that yes, Adam's free on bail - and married). Gathering at the bar, Billy deflects Nick's insult - and goes to grab a table. Calm down, Sharon again cautions Nick (compete with arm rub). All but dragging Sharon back to the table Nikki knows exactly what she's doing - and it's gotta stop. The arcade sees more traffic. Surprise! Lily opens her eyes to a party in her honour. Devon, Roxy, JT and Mac all babble about pizza and challenge one another to games. Lily's impressed - but what about germs? Cane has hand sterilizer and wipes ~hug~On a floor plan of the boutique, Lauren shows Jeremy where and how his designs will be showcased. Excusing herself, Lauren reluctantly lets Jill in (who's excited to see THE Jeremy Scott). Lauren can barely contain her anger - as Jill introduces herself as Jill Fenmore - Neil's other daughter. Back at the club, Billy accosts Skye Lockheart - or is it Newman? How does she like being back in GC? Small town - small people - and he can print that in his small magazine.Nikki hisses about Nick hoping to reconcile with Phyllis. And Sharon already IS 'standing in his way' - without even realizing it (by involving herself in his life). Calling it a night, Sharon clips clops off to her suite (Adam's eyes on her [censored]). Since Nick refuses to be run out of the club - as does Adam, Victor announces to the room that Adam's a liar - a kidnapper - who killed someone right in this building - because of Pomerance's incompetence he's free. Deny service to this man - in your stores and cafes. Show the DA that we want justice to prevail in this town, Victor campaigns. Sharon wheels Faith's stroller into the club - can Nick watch her for the night? She can't be 'here' (or answer Nick's questions). I'm NOT your friend, she corrects - leaving Vikki to wonder what she's missed (while making eyes at 'Boy Blunder'). Yeah? Well Vikki can't blame Phyllis for leaving Nick (who rolls his eyes and sighs). Back at the arcade, the competition (and game sterilizing) continues. Who knew disinfecting could be so much fun, Lily laughs - and won't they be amazing parents ~kiss~ Aside, JT comforts Mac (who can't hide her depression). Picking up the floor plan, Jill thinks it all wrong. Showcase Jeremy at the front of the store? No, no - that strategy doesn't work. Walking Jeremy to the door, Lauren assures him that her 'sister' won't be a problem. What the hell do you think you're doing!? Lauren returns to bluster.As the gang have a blast playing arcade games, JT finds Mac pouting in the photo booth. She really wanted to be at the party for Lily - but her heart's not in it (which she also feels badly for). JT thinks her entitled to feel sad - angry - confused - no one thought it's be easy to give the twins away. What if it's impossible? Mac insists JT take her to see the twins (so tells the Ashby's that he's taking the tired Mac home). Lily thanks Cane - but where's Jill? Who can believe she and Lauren are sisters? When Lauren blasts Jill for butting into her meeting with a high profile designer, Jill reminds that she used to be CEO of CI. She has years of advertising experience. Lauren doesn't want Jill as a business partner - a friend - and sure as hell not as a sister!At the club's bar, Vikki confronts Nick on his feelings for Sharon (that have nothing to do with sharing history and kids). She just can't stop wanting to be with him - help me decide what's right. Vikki greatly appreciates Billy not being a jackass in front of her family. Billy has a room key - and no restraint. Her parents? Let them get their own room - let's go - bring the pig, Vikki marches out. This is gonna be FUN, Billy chuckles (grabbing the large stuffed animal as he goes). Told he must leave the club, Adam can't possibly imagine which other patrons are complaining about being 'uncomfortable'. It's our wedding night - let's go, Skye concedes. Getting a phone call, Adam bolts - he married Skye - but that's ALL he owes her. JT and Mac stare in at the twins (who represent life - and hope). But why does Mac feel cheated (not grateful). JT blames it on hormones. Mac wants Lily to have a happy life - raise her kids - but what about the hole SHE can't fill. She's seen such suffering - and never fell apart - but why can't she comfort herself? ~sob~Back at the arcade, the Ashby's are ready to go. Lily looks forward to bringing the kids - the girls will beat the boys - girl power all the way. Cane obediently promises it'll be that way (except for the boys losing). C'mon - let's go. Seconds later, the Ashby's are hovering over the twins (still talking of the girls beating the boys at arcade games). Charlie smiled, Cane insists - cause Mommy's getting better. Maybe it IS a smile, Lily beams. Meanwhile, JT and Mac are now on the CL's patio - and as JT goes for tea, a devastated Mac holds her empty belly. Clearly still annoyed, Lauren packs up to leave the boutique. In tears, she eyes the photo of her father. Damn you! she cries (as she throws the crumpled up floor plan at the photo). Having summoned her lawyer to CL's, Jill informs that she's ready to proceed with her lawsuit - to claim her half of the family estate. Good - cause the lawyer's found something in Neil's will that she'll find very interesting. Billy and Vikki are kissing and removing clothes as they come through the suite door (to sax music of course).No, there's nothing Victor can do to fix things between Nick and Phyllis - but thanks Dad. As Nikki's already wheeled Faith out, Nick's left to chide Adam's lonesome bride - why would a groom leave his bride on their honeymoon night? Her confession over, Sharon's now praying in the front pew. Hearing a door close, she turns to find Adam. Next: At CL's, Daniel announces that he's decided to take Abby up on her offer - to paint 'the Naked Heiress' ... Thank you for listening, Phyllis is in Jack's arms (which makes it easier for her to initiate a kiss) ... Nick's now with Sharon and Adam in the church. American Showing for Thursday July 15th 2010With Faith napping, Nick drops by to apologize to Sharon (but can't help but worry for her safety - with Adam out). In another suite, Skye comes back from a breakfast meeting with Vance. Adam better get his [censored] outta bed - they have a plan to transform his image (which starts with him going out in public). Not after Victor's speech last night - Adam wants to lay low. Yeah, but Skye married Adam for his name - we're gonna salvage it 'baby'. At the ranch, Victor notes that Adam's on the front page of the newspaper again. Meggie's asleep - the doctor prescribed rest and fluids (for her 'fatigue'). There must be a good reason Meggie fled to GC - she doesn't scare easy. Nikki points out that if Meggie's in danger - she could bring it into their home - does it have to do with Adam and Skye? Good morning, Victor turns to beam (as Meggie descends the staircase). Why is Jana at CL's? To cover Heidi. Kevin? He's doing payroll (which is now on Thursday). Ryder adds to the tension (bringing Jana the cell phone she left in the car). Over breakfast at the club, Nina and Paul discuss the movie they saw last night. How nice that Chance and Heather are becoming good friends. Too bad it's under such dangerous circumstances. Paul may be relieved that Chance is watching over Heather, but who's watching over Chance? Ring dammit! Chance orders the phone. At the apartment, Heather worries she turned it off. Both reach hands for the cell phone - yup - it's on. It Works for Victor, (Skye persists) - show people you can be good. Adam scoffs. Skye won't back down - yeah, she loves her new name. But what are her 'intentions'? Paul half heartedly grumbles about Nina dragging him to a 'legendary' show sale at Fenmore's (as he'd rather be at the lake). Bribing Paul with a coupla kisses, Nina's permitted to shop - yay. And WHY is Ryder still hanging around CL's? The sign says he gets to refuse service to anyone he wants. And when Jana decides it's time they both leave, Kevin wonders how they'll afford the suite. Ryder's got it covered - let's go. Chloe appears to ask what that was about - Ryder gives her the creeps - must be hard to see them together. She wants him? She can have him, is Kevin's attitude. The warden reluctantly complies with the warrant Chance and Heather have surprised him with. Let's move the prisoners - now, Chance means business.Meggie explains that Shaw Roberts didn't like her helping Victor - and decided to teach her a lesson (by shooting up her bar). Yeah - she reported it - but there were no witnesses. She was gonna open up - but the same goons were hanging around her home. She knows it was presumptuous - but Victor DID say 'if he could ever help ...' No hard feelings if he wants her to take a hike. Nikki eyeballs Victor expectantly. ( more like in her normal condescending manner)Nick's delighted to be in the restaurant - having breakfast with Sharon and their daughter. Sharon wants Nick in Faith's life - hers, not so much. Nick's cool with her boundaries - but will look after his children.( hello? Where is Noah? and why did he fall through the ice when you were "looking after him) Enter Adam and Skye (who exchange glares with Sharon and then Nick). The newlyweds saunter over - what a happy family - perhaps he'll send a picture to Phyllis.( rock on Adam! Good SHOT) Nick stands - threatening to personally throw him out. Let's go, Skye grabs Adam's arm. In parting, Adam comments on which one of them will be convicted first. Now at the bar, Skye orders Adam to hold his head up - the jury will be sympathetic - and she's got his back - wait til he hears the plan. Sharon doesn't care if Adam wins - she doesn't want to be in the same room as Adam (so she marches upstairs). Nikki's smile vanishes - as Victor invites Meggie to stay as long as she needs (until the authorities have dealt with Shaw). There's plenty of room, Nikki reluctantly adds. You'll be safe here, Victor assures. At the jailhouse, Chance didn't find anything in the cells he checked - and that never happens. He's determined to get the name of every dirty cop. If we come up empty, Owen will be all over us, Heather whines (not as optimistic as Chance that they'll find the drugs). Nina and Paul lug shopping bags ( empty im sure) into Paul's place. But the date's not over just yet - Paul has more in store. Does it involve clothing? It involves LESS clothing ~kiss~ ( nasty boy)Back at the suite, Ryder and Jana decide to 'do something' - a picnic - movie? Ryder DOES have a job lined up - but would rather spend the day with Jana. OK - it's a date. As Jana goes to freshen up, Ryder's smile evaporates. Back at CL's, Chloe's trying to cheer Kevin up with stories of Delia. They fall flat, but Allison's arrival puts a smile on Kevin's face. Chloe grins at their flirting. And after Allison goes to sit down, Chloe's told about their date. Dude, she's cute. ( could HEATHER BE the leak? hmmmm?)Nikki's smile is still pasted on - as Meggie talks of the ranch being a palace - a stable with AC. Nikki offers horseback riding - and no, silly, Meggie doesn't sound like 'such a yokel'. She felt the same when she first came to the ranch - it's magical. Looking at Nikki, Victor thinks it good to be reminded of what one has. Breakfasting at the bar, -Skye tells Adam that she's started a hedge fund - success breeds success. Using the system they came up with at Harvard, she's invested the money from brazil - and is outperforming everyone out there. People are noticing and she's already got some calls (from potential investors). Once the SCC approves it, the Newman name and her skills ... The "Skye's" the limit? Adam quips. Funny, Skye acknowledges - but she's playing with the big boys (and plans to be twice as rich). Back in her suite, Sharon thanks Nick for walking them. No need for him to talk to the manager (about Adam) - she can't stay there. Grabbing a suitcase, Sharon declines staying at the ranch. She's not just leaving the club, she's leaving GC.( can I help her freaking pack already?)Chance pouts to Heather - I blew it. I'm a failure. He's gonna give up the case - time to cut his losses. Heather insists he did what he had to do - took a risk. Your job's in jeopardy - don't let Rogan get to you - he's jealous. Heather points out that they've spent a lot of time together - he's honest, trustworthy etc etc. And when he's got her back, she has nothing to worry about. Caressing his cheek, Heather declares him the best man she's ever known. Heather thinks he's coming in for a kiss - but gets a hug instead. Oh wait - now it's a kiss (one that takes them to the sofa). Oh look - the place IS wired tapped after all. Chloe will put Allison's business card up at RS - see you around. She then tells Kevin that Allison has a home business - spray tans. She made an appointment - for HIM. Kevin doesn't want a spray tan. What have you got to lose? Chloe persists. Jana and Ryder descend the staircase - discussing what movie to see. Spotting some officer's speaking to the manager, a nervous Ryder remember the cell phone he left upstairs. The officer then asks Jana where Ryder is - we have a warrant for his arrest. Nope - it's no mistake. Nick will help Sharon find a high security building. No - Sharon doubts that'd do it - she needs space - between her and ... a few things. She needs perspective. She'd never keep Nick from Faith - and of course, she'll stay in touch. Nick promises his sleeping daughter that he'll see her soon. If she walks ... Sharon will send pictures - maybe she won't be gone that long. Nick gives her a kiss - be safe. I will, Sharon stammers - she'll call when she gets settled. In the hallway, Nick gets a call - and is tipped off that a Newman hedge fund has been registered. He has no idea what it is, but WILL find out. Adam and Skye toast with champagne - to the Newman Fund, both drink. Meggie recognizes a photo of Adam in the newspaper - then looks faint. The Newman's offer bed rest - food - don't overdo it. Yes, she will go lie down. Now alone, Nikki wastes no time; about Meggie ... Victor needs to call Mike first - to see if there's a police report of Meggie's ordeal. Victor then tells Nikki that Meggie seemed s straight shooter - but not everyone's what they claim to be. So, he plans to find out. Paul and Nina are naked - making out in bed when Chris comes knocking. Paul? You home? she looks anxious and excited to see him. Vikki's with Billy Abbott; a loser who's clouding her judgment. Vikki arriving on cue, Nikki invites her to dinner - then leaves her to wonder what's going on. Later - right now, Victor wants to know why he wasn't told of Vikki's trip to Japan. Daniel's at RS for his check - and hey man - how come he lied to Abby. Oh, here we go - Billy gave her the cover didn't she? HOW is it a raw deal - and what's it to Daniel? Does he make steamy videos with all his 'friends'? (cause Billy knows he does that). Yes, Jack's sure that Abby can use her stock as leverage (she may very well be second only to Victor - a fact he likely doesn't want her to know). So - there's no need for Abby to sell her house. Playing things 'right' should be no problem. Alas, Abby guesses that Uncle Jack wants to use her - the way he did Colleen. Thanks, but Abby won't be anyone's pawn. In a suite at the club, Sophia and Malcolm are in bed - chatting about her meeting with Neil (who's proposals she turned down). Just wait til he finds out she's Malcolm's fiance. Not sure of how long Sophia will be in town, Malcolm suggests they don't waste time ~kiss~ Tucker's call interrupts - Sophia's needed at the office - Malcolm too (but first, there's more kissing to be done). Another suite is acting as Newman Fund headquarters - where Mr and Mrs Newman are taking call after call from interested investors. Seems their trading system is garnering a buzz. Nick comes a knocking - so, Adam and Skye are the Newman Fund. What kind of scam are they running now? Stewing, hands on his hip, Nick's unibrow is in full furrow - and after Adam and Skye take more calls, he growls that 'playtime's over sport'. Nick will see to it that Adam's going back to jail. Sophia's ready to go meet 'the boss' - still in bed, Malcolm's not. He doesn't work for Tucker anymore (and didn't much like spying on his brother). Sophia will never put him in that position again. Yeah - well if she does everything Tucker wants, Malcolm worries she won't have a choice. Back at the Abbott mansion, Jack continues to campaign for forming an alliance with Abby (who wants to confirm Jack's his assumptions are right before she makes a deal). OK - Jack will discreetly check on her holdings - and Abby's to think about 'doing business with Uncle Jack'. Abby's unimpressed that the money will take time (especially if they go to court) - I need it right NOW (which starts the wheels turning in Jack's head). Billy plays the heavy handed Uncle for Daniel (who claims he's not serious about Abby). Billy's just kidding anyway - here's your check - don't spend it on the Princess. As Daniel leaves, Nikki arrives for a variation of the ole 'what are your intentions'? (towards my family) spiel. Next, she'd like to know about his relationship with Vikki (and where it's heading). Vikki explains she took the antique pistol to Mr Yonioshi - as instructed (the deal will continue as is - everything went as planned). Victor relays Tucker and Ashley's visit (and bribery accusation) - they watched it all. Why did Vikki meet at the hotel? Tucker and Ashley could bring the Feds into it. he expected better of her. Vikki's indignant - if Daddy doesn't like the way she does business, he can do his own dirty work. Tucker welcomes Sophia and Malcolm in - how nice to see them together again. Shaking Malcolm's hand, Tucker knows he quit for the right reasons - and respects that. No hard feelings. Tucker then announces that Sophia's to relocate to GC. He's making a deal with Jack Abbott - and she's the perfect person to handle him.Jack insists they must be smart - anticipate Victor's reaction - it'll take time. Abby needs to launch her show NOW - while she's fresh in people's mind. How about she pressure Victor releasing her trust fund. Not overly optimistic, Jack tells her to go ahead - and when Victor turns her down - gimme a buzz- and they'll get working. Billy understands Nikki's confusion (how he can care about Vikki - but still run articles on her family). Billy's conflicted - Nikki once edited RS - she knows the name of the game is to sell magazines. Billy can't do anything about Victor's opinion - but since Nikki's being straight, he will too - Vikki's amazing. In love with her? Billy has sincere intentions towards Nikki's daughter. Nikki's impressed - you did just fine Billy. Vikki's not doing so fine (as Victor continues to lecture her on taking risks). Vikki didn't 'take Billy along' to Japan. He's trouble, Victor warns - he took notes and could print it. Who Vikki dates his HER business. Victor does NOT respect her choice - she WILL calm down - and she WILL come to dinner. Oh really? That an order? Yes, it is - if Vikki doesn't come, she'll live to regret it. In parting, Vikki mutters that she regrets a lot of things. This whole set up's a hoax (including the name), Nick sneers. Adam points out that both he and Skye are legally Newman's. Why can't the Newman name open doors for HIM too? (like it did Nick). The hedge fund is legit. Nick warns that one decimal out of place and he'll bring the Feds down on them. Bring it - their books are open for anyone to see. Without further word, Nick marches out. Nikki and Vikki bump into one another at CL's (where Vikki whines about disappointing Daddy). Funny, Vikki doesn't feel 'treasured' - she feels inadequate. Perhaps Vikki should find a new job (like JT always suggested). Vikki's feelings of inadequacy increase (as does her frustration) - upon hearing that Nikki went to see Billy. Not letting Nikki explain, Vikki decides to leave - before she says something she shouldn't.Meanwhile, Abby tells Victor that she'll work for him - on her own terms (and with her own division - TV production - the first project? The Naked Heiress). You can't be serious, Victor scoffs. Abby will work without salary - it's win/win - they'll work out a bonus based on ratings. If Victor won't let her 'waste' her trust fund, what makes Abby think he'd 'waste' his company's money? It's OUR company, Abby plays her ace - as the second largest NE shareholder, she has the power. Really? Is that what you think? Huh - Victor looks amused.The stand off continues. Victor doesn't know where Abby got her info - but HE'S the largest shareholder - he calls the shots - you got it? Abby will work her way up - like Nick and Vikki did. He won't invest a dime in her reality show (or tell her where her trust fund is). She'll get it once she grows up - and now, it's time for family dinner. If she's a nice girl, Daddy WILL indeed cut her food up for her. Victor's left to huff as Abby marches out. At Tucker's, Sophia and Malcolm discuss settling down in GC (something Sophia hadn't planned on). Can they handle that much domestic bliss? Sophia hopes Malcolm will be content to 'stay put'. Tucker approaches them to hear the verdict. Will Sophia stay and help him deal with Jack? Oh look - with barely a knock, Jack barges in - to discuss their proposal (and gape in astonishment at Malcolm and Sophia). Vikki's now at RS - and in a much better mood (thanks to Billy). She whines about her control freak father - and isn't too happy with Mom either. Yes, Vikki knows her Mom was there (and could kill her) - oh no - what did she say? Anything that will make Vikki wanna go and 'finish the job'?Animal lover that she is, Abby's in the stables admiring the horses (when Daniel arrives as summoned). Abby's show isn't just to get attention - it's about freedom - her way of expressing herself. When she's naked, Abby's making a statement on vulnerability - and being unafraid. Her goal is to touch people's hearts. HOW does that make her immature and misguided? Daniel thinks her dream admirable (but is then caught scoping the place out for hidden microphones and cameras). And soon, they're all ears (and not much else). And now Abby's in Daniel's shirt - and Daniel's in a blanket. Lounging on hay bales, they admire the beautiful horse Abby loves so much. A million? Wow - that's a lot of cash. A light bulb goes off - yeah, it is, Abby agrees. Jack apparently doesn't know it's rude to point. So - the woman Malcolm's engaged to works for Tucker? Yup - small world huh? Tucker's got a call to return - so leaves Jack in Sophia's good hands. But when Jack makes it obvious that he'd rather deal with Tucker, Sophia steps up to recite the entire deal. Jack's jaw again hangs open - his smile forced. Billy assures Vikki that he and Nikki got along just fine. Vikki SHOULD go to the family pow wow. Come with me, Vikki invites. So what if Victor will have a fit? OK - Billy HAS been craving Gina's lasagne. First at the table, Nikki and Victor hope their announcement will ease the tension in the family. Nick arrives - and sits to tell all about the Newman Fund. Victor and Nikki are stunned (and sickened that Adam's running free). Nick's sure he'll end up in jail for a long time. Sure this is a scam too, Nick will stay on it - hoping for another charge to slap on Adam. Malcolm wants to stay in GC - IF Sophia will live with me. It's radical change, Sophia hesitates. Is that a 'yes'? Malcolm hopes. Meanwhile, across the room, Jack's sure he can pull off this coup (telling the curious Tucker to watch and learn). Jack looks forward to working with both Tucker and Sophia (who announces she's decided to stay in town). It's one happy room - looks like we all have a lot to celebrate. Adam and Skye are delighted to have doubled their money - and will make even more once they're investing other's people's money. The look on Nick's face - when he realized THEY were the Newman Fund - was worth the investment. Accompanying Vikki as far as the club's foyer, Billy won't go any further. And when Victor, Nikki and Nick all glare over, Vikki admits he may be right - but let's give them something to look at - like a passionate good bye kiss - then joins them. After a few moments of Billy bashing, it doesn't look like Abby's coming - so Nikki and Victor will make their announcement anyway. Don't laugh, Victor wags his finger - then shows off the ring on Nikki's. On cue, Abby rides her horse (for sale sign around it's neck) into the club. The Naked Heiress rides again, she disrobes - and throws her arms wide in triumph (now clad only in cowboy boots). As a grinning Daniel films Abby's latest stunt, the Newman family looks horrified. Next: Chloe's in the mood - Chance not so much. You put me off at the house - what's going on with you? is something wrong? she wonders ... It's been nice having Cricket in town - but both look forward to some 'Nina & paul time'. Chris walks in like she owns the place - and what's Nina doing there? At the club, Victor and Nikki's announcement are upstaged by Abby's arrival on her horse - The Naked heiress rides again! Now standing, Vikki and Nick shield their eyes - while Abby brightly tells Victor that her horse is for sale. As Victor wraps a table cloth around Abby, he barks at Daniel to turn the damn camera off. Chloe's brought all her stuff back to the mausoleum - happy that she and Chance will be living together again. At the mention of 'making up for lost time', Chance flashes back to sleeping with Heather - announcing he's gotta get back to the station. Um - OK - it'll wait tile later. I love you, Chance blurts out (looking troubled as she exits the room). Reluctantly at the station (so Ronan can work), Heather's not impressed with the new bodyguard she doesn't trust (or feel safe with). Yeah, well fighting for Chance's reinstatement would be a big mistake. Kevin brings over the rest of Chloe's boxes - unbelievably, he'll miss having her and Delia around. No, he hasn't heard from Jana again (and will be tracking Ryder via his 'provider' tonight). If Loverboy's skipped town for good, Kevin can kiss his coffee house good bye for good. Chris buys the first pitcher - but is she there by herself? No, Nina's waiting for Paul - but puh-lease - stay, Nina invites. Evasive on her work, Chris welcomes the distraction of Chance's arrival. After pleasantries, Chance joins a table of jailhouse guards - to ask who tipped them off to the warrant? And when they prove uncooperative, Chance leaves with a sad shake of his head. Heather clearly doesn't feel like hanging around the station while Ronan types his report - SHE calls the shots. And when Ronan gets a call - alerting him to Chance's questioning, she wonders if it's about the case. Not everything's about YOU sweetheart. Um - actually, it kinda is now. Ronan stands to 'get this straight'. He's not Heather's house boy - her lackey - or her Play Thing. Finish. Your. Paperwork, Heather glares. Chance will NEVER stop investigating - and finds it quite 'telling' that Ronan wants him to. Wow - Chloe's never seen anyone hack into a corporate server before. Kevin squints at the GPS info - looks like Ryder left his cell phone at the club. Yes - as a cop and a friend - Heather understands he's all about Chloe. No, Chance hasn't told Chloe - but can't wait much longer. Kevin and Chloe bang on Jana's door - then get an update (from the manager) that Jana checked out - WITH Mr Callahan (without paying their bill). After calling Ashley, Victor tells his family that it's almost a relief to have Abby behind bars (where she can't pull any more stunts). No, Victor will NOT be going to the station - Abby's been asking for punishment.Lead into the station (Daniel in tow), Abby wants to change and touch up her make up - for her mug shot (which'll look so hot on TMZ). Daniel sits to tell Abby that jail's no joke. Oh, don't be so dramatic (that's Abby's job) - she's a Newman - not a criminal. What? Abby's smile finally fades - hearing she won't be able to post bail with her new credit cards. The club's manager hands over still shots of footage from the security cameras (which show numerous shots of Jana and Ryder kissing) - proving she went willingly. That sure leaves Kevin left holding the bag - IF the cops don't find him). Well - Nikki and Victor's announcement sure seems anti climatic now huh? And what do Nick and Vikki think? It's great, both mutter (though Vikki's concerned her Mom will get hurt). Nick has to agree - Mom was crushed in Mexico. Is Dad in it for the long haul? Victor sure is - and Nikki feels it the right thing to do. There's no other man she'd love more (and Victor's happy). Abby's stunned to hear that her arraignment won't be until Monday - court's closed on Friday's due to cut backs. Oh boy, Abby finally seems to get it. You have to help me, Abby begs Daniel (who's left to chuckle). And Abby's NOT smiling in her mug shots.Damn ink won't come off, Abby frets - then panics over being in a cell for 3 days. Ronan and Heather share some more tension at CL's - as Chloe approaches (to talk about how happy she is to have her fiance back). Chance arrives - but not because he knew Chloe was there. She leads him to a table - perches in his lap. Sure, Chance will go see Bumpy the Camel (with Chloe and Delia) - but he doesn't seem all that interested in returning Chloe's kiss. Hmm - this is the second time she's been put off - something wrong? Chance is silent - as Heather and a cocky looking Ronan file out. Back at Jimmy's, Nina talks of Rose also conning her out of 20K - but no leads ever lead to her baby. While Chris isn't sure it's wise to dig it up, Nina would LOVE Paul's help. After Chris makes a 'sudden' exit, Nina muses that she's been acting a bit strange since she came to town (perhaps more than their relationship is bothering Chris?)Sharing a dessert, Vikki and Nick are cynical about their parents re-marriage (and their kids hopes that they'll reconcile). Nick can only hope to have faith in 'forever' again. Returning with Nikki, Victor proposes a toast - to Nikki - and their love for one another - may this be the last time they say I do.Abby turns her nose up at her jail cell - dissolving into tears as she sits on her bunk. Back at CL's, Kevin leaves a rambling message for Allison. An amused Daniel joins him - a date? Yes, things with Jana are bad. Ryder's in violation - if he's not found, Kevin may lose the coffee house. Ronan steps outside CL's to answer a call from Chris. We have a problem, she announces - Paul just offered to help Nina locate you. You've gotta stop him, Ronan says. But it's killing Chris - not telling her best friend what she knows. Find a way, Ronan barks. She can never find out who I am. Rejoining Heather, Ronan watches as a coupla cops arrive with a warrant for Chance's arrest - for drugs found in his car. I've been set up again. They're arresting him? Heather looks stunned. Chance instructs Chloe to call his Mom - get him a lawyer. And as Chance is lead out, Heather watches in horror - then glares suspiciously at a smug looking Ronan. Next: At the station, as Chris watches on, Nina confronts Ronan - You crossed the line going after my son - you're gonna pay for it! ... Help me, Patty bleats. We will sort through this together, Paul assures ... Squinting into the monitor, Adam taps on the keyboard (telling Skye that Patty Williams is waffling on her confession) - if Adam doesn't do something to stop her, Adam is screwed.

And so they REDEEM Ronan AND Chris.... Apparently there is more trauma towards heather and Chance... So BIG brother RONAN is brought in to PROTECT them BOTH.. GOOD job Y & R!!!

At home, Jack and Emily briefly discuss Abby ('hell bent on humiliating herself) spending the weekend in jail - then Patty's diary (found in the poolhouse). Jack thinks it gibberish - Emily 'insight' - into what she was going through'. Jack's amazed she still cares enough to return it - but a bit of compassion could go a long way (after Patty confessing to Hightower's murder).

At Newman Fund headquarters, Adam's watching the market online - declaring Skye a genius. He's off to meet Vance (and is sleeping better since Patty confessed).

In her cell, Patty's nightmare takes her into the air vent (which is transformed into a tree) after her cat. Now in the club's basement, Patty stands on a crate, lashing out at a masked Adam with the pen. There can't be two of you! she shrieks. Awakening, Patty eyes the vent - muttering 'you didn't do it'.

At the station, Nina and Chloe finally agree on something - Chance is being set up again. Heather marches in to agree. With Ronan obviously not onboard, Heather warns that he can't be counted on to help. Chris joins the party - I'm here, she assures Nina (then hugs Heather). Where's Paul? With Patty. As Heather heads off to find Chance, Chloe introduces herself to Chris - this case has been a nightmare.

Meanwhile, Chance is pleading his innocence (to Syd and Owen) when Heather arrives. I'm being set up, Chance insists - by Detective Malloy (who shows up, on cue, to glare).

Visiting a distressed and confused Patty, Paul quickly realizes something's wrong. Patty fell in a hole (following the cat) - and found herself in the basement. I didn't do it - why did I tell them I did? I guess I did? Paul pounces - you're not sure? No - don't get Dr Fowler - he doesn't care. Am I a murderer? Patty weeps - I don't remember. Of course Paul will help - we'll sort it out together. In the hallway, Paul calls to update and summon Emily (if she can find it in her heart). Tell him no, Jack hisses (then tells Emily it's a mistake to get involved). This will be the last time, Emily assures - but how can she turn her back on Patty (possibly another victim of Adam).

Back at the station, a worried Nina assures Chris that Chance is honorable. Prodded for confirmation, Chloe agrees - he IS trustworthy (but HAS been acting strange - and he WAS struggling to tell her something before he was arrested). Are you KIDDING me?! He was set up - and we'll prove it! Nina stands firm. Chloe doesn't believe Chance is on drugs either - but it's quite a coincidence.

Chance and Heather continue to try and convince Syd and Owen that Ronan's somehow involved. Ronan feels that Chance is a naive rookie - responsible for ruining his career all on his own. They then argue over who tipped off the prison guards - and could Chance have been behind the bomb in Heather's car? Ever think Chance slept with you to gain trust? (all look stunned by the revelation).

At the psych ward, Paul makes it clear that he appreciates Emily coming. Patty's delighted to see Emily - and her diary. Perhaps if she jots down her thoughts, they'll make sense. There's TWO Adam's, she yet again asserts. Shhh - Adam could be listening. Patty then confides a secret - Adam can walk through walls - be invisible. He comes to whisper bad things when Patty's sleeping. Bottom lines - Patty's not sure whether she killed Richard Hightower. Emily offers her full support - because she cares (but now she and Paul must talk). In the hallway, Emily now doubts Patty's confession - they better alert the DA - cause it could change everything.

Back at the club, nuVance (Eric Roberts), is assuring the Newman's that thanks to Patty's confession, the DA has nothing on Adam. The charges WILL be dropped. The RS article proves that Adam was victimized (by his father). Adam should send Jill roses. And with a handshake, Vance leaves Adam to gloat. Don't get ahead of yourself 'sport', Jack arrives to rain on Adam's parade - he'd partner with Victor to put Adam behind bars (and so would half the town).

Heather and Chance are pissed at the sick bastard who listened in on their sexual escapades - but Owen's MORE pissed that THEY broke protocol. Chance takes full responsibility - but it's irrelevant. Not really - internal affairs will be investigating (and Chance is once again relieved of his badge and gun - suspended without pay). Heather better keep quiet - she's on thin ice. So, as Chance storms out, she can only glare and shake her head.

In the station's main area, Heather updates the anxious Nina (and Chris) - as Chloe chases after Chance. Arms folded, Ronan's accused of throwing Chance under the bus (by Heather). We welcomed you into our home, Nina whines - and Chance bent over backwards to accommodate you. Ronan's merely doing his job. By framing an innocent man? Heather seethes. If true, Nina hopes he rots in hell. Stop it, Chris steps in.

While Nina's further angered that Chris seems to be defending Ronan, Paul races in (to be updated that Chance is being framed - by his partner). Not true, Ronan objects. Paul doesn't want Ronan anywhere near his daughter. Well, Ronan is - until his superiors tell him otherwise. Heather doesn't trust a man who turns on his partner. Neither does Paul - and that's why he's gonna watch BOTH of them (until he's taken off the case - or the force if Nina has her way). You'll pay for going after my son, Nina glares at Ronan (as Chris squirms).

At the mausoleum, Chance rants about Ronan - who's now assigned to protect Heather. How can he prove his allegations? He has no badge - no gun - no access to his files. There's other ways, Chloe calms - your life doesn't suck - you have me ~hug~

Adam hold out a steady hand - see? I'm shivering with fear. When WILL Jack tire of making empty threats? No wonder no one in GC takes him seriously. Adam has two words for Jack - Vance Abrams. Life is good - a new bride - a new business. Enjoy it while you can, Jack warns in parting - your time's coming. He's an [censored], Skye concludes (then heads back to the suite to check on their investments). Through his tunnel vision, Adam's left to duck out of site - to eyeball Owen and Emily (who chat in front of the revolving door).

Adam continues to lurk as Emily tells Owen that Patty's very confused about her confession - meet with her. Owen's unimpressed - If she recants, it changes his whole investigation.

Fetching Chance a beer, Chloe assures that Paul will get to the bottom of this. And in the meantime? They can plan their wedding - or not. You'll get though this - the truth always wins out. Chance isn't convinced - and what if he can't clear his name? Chloe then hints that he may not be innocent - he HAS been acting kinda strange lately. What was he trying to tell her? Chance insists it has nothing to do with drugs. We'll get through this together, Chloe reassures. Nina interrupts - to echo the same support ~hug~

On the CL's patio, Heather thinks it sketchy (that Ronan doesn't approve of Paul investigating). And when Paul arrives to find Heather ordering Ronan to let go of her arm, he sends him sprawling with a right hook. Arriving in time to see Ronan chuckling up at Paul, Chris' eyes bug in alarm.

Returning to the suite. Adam announces a major problem. Tapping away at the computer keys, he adds that Patty's waffling on her confession - if he doesn't do something, he's screwed.

Jack welcomes Emily home - pours her a drink. So? How'd it go? Emily hates to see Patty struggle - unable to separate fantasy from fiction. Yes - it could effect her confession. Jack wants Patty to get better - but objects to Emily treating her again.

In their suite, Adam's found blueprints to the mental hospital. Of course he'd be suspected (if anything happens to Patty) - that's why they're going to the Indian Gaming casino (and Skye will be his alibi).

At the mausoleum, Nina doesn't get why Ronan's being allowed to take over Chance's case. You need help - the truth will come out, she continues. Chance is relieved to have both Nina and Chloe on his side. And much to Nina and Chloe's surprise, they aren't at one another's throats. Asking Nina for some privacy, Chance then asks Chloe to sit down.

Back on the patio, Paul tells Chris that Ronan was manhandling Heather (who then loudly verbalizes her distrust and dislike for him). Chris steps in to announce that she's making a big mistake (which causes Paul and Heather to exchange stunned expressions).

Jack continues to dissuade Emily from treating Patty (who just may belong behind bars for the rest of her life). It MAY be a mistake - but it's Emily's to make. Meanwhile, in her room, Patty's writing instrument of choice is a crayon. 'I did not kill Adam', she presses down extra hard.

Once inside the hospital, Adam will ensure that Patty doesn't recant her confession. Baseball hat on and bag in hand, Adam leaves (Skye tagging along).

Oh so in love, Chance showers Chloe with adjectives (starting with 'smart' and 'funny'). He isn't canceling the wedding, BUT - Chloe may not be so in love with him (after hearing what he has to say). I love you, Chance repeats yet again - but he made a mistake (which he regrets). I cheated on you - I slept with Heather.

Over Ronan's protests, Chris decides that Paul and Heather need to know what she does - before it blows up even more. She then claims Ronan's not a dirty cop - he's there to protect Heather. He's working under cover. Chris is involved (through the Justice Department). The reason she returned to GC, is to protect Paul's daughter.

Next: You wanted Chance - and you sure as hell got him - and now you get to deal with me, Chloe barges into Heather's apartment ... Adam stares intently into Patty's eyes - You will die here - if you don't do exactly what I say ... Heather's unimpressed - So, you're saying that Chance is still in danger - and we can't tell him. Yes, Ronan confirms.

MONDAY JULY 26American ShowingAt the mausoleum, Chance wishes he could take back his 'one time' with Heather. He hates himself for hurting Chloe (who hates herself too - for being so stupid - allowing herself to be happy - only to have her heart ripped out of her chest). At Heather's apartment, Chris and Ronan explain to she and Paul. She and Ronan are there to help. Whomever tried to blow Heather up is NOT the same person framing Chance (for drugs). How can they be so sure? Ronan planted the drugs - and Chris helped him. At the Abbott mansion, Jack's outraged that Emily's being sucked back into Patty's problems - get her OUT of our lives. When Emily wonders what it's REALLY about, Jack feels she's choosing Patty over him (and if that's her choice - how can they move forward?). Yeah - he IS giving Emily an ultimatum. Reading her diary, Patty whispers - I didn't kill anybody. Why did the devil make me say it? she falls asleep wondering. Outside, armed with a flashlight, tools, and his blueprints to the hospital (on his phone), Adam manages to sneak in through the air conditioning. 'Can't wait to see you again Patty'. Ronan clearly doesn't agree with Chris' idea of a 'covert operation'. Chance was putting himself in danger - she had to stop it. Chance being arrested for drugs will keep him off the force, away from Heather (and the police drug ring). Ronan takes a jab at Chris for blabbing - and agrees that Chance and Nina can't know. Back at the mausoleum, Chance implores Chloe to look at him - this will never, ever happen again. In tears, Chloe admits she was paranoid - didn't trust Chance (who she never thought too honest to cheat on her). Chance talks of waiting to lose his virginity to her - he fell in love instantly. How can he prove how much Chloe means to him? Chloe concludes he's just another guy who makes love sound so pretty - while he gets some on the side. Guess she's not that special after all - and neither is Chance. following the blueprints, Adam crawls his way through the maze of vents - dammit, wrong way. In bed, Patty replays her nightmare. I didn't do it, she murmurs repeatedly in her sleep. Paul and Heather point out that neither Chance not Nina will just let this go. They MUST, Chris and Ronan are in agreement. When Heather confides that Chance is shadowing her, Paul offers to get him to back off. For his sake - and the investigation, Chance can't know that he's in danger - Ronan also warns that if it gets out that Heather knows, she'll be killed. Nina and Chance too if they're told. Oh, skip the scare tactics, Heather's an ADA (and Paul's been doing this since before Ronan ate solid food) - if this case goes wrong, it won't be because of them. Chance encourages Chloe to get it out - he deserves it. He wants Chloe - always has. They can start from scratch - go as slow as she wants. Chloe is his first and only love. Stop - stop talking! Slamming out for some 'air' Chloe doesn't even want to LOOK at Chance anymore. Jack and Emily continues to butt heads over her treating Patty (a woman who kidnapped Jack's niece - and took over Emily's life). She won't get over her obsession, Jack insists - she's capable of murder (and Jack can't understand why Emily has no interest in protecting what THEY have). Having made his way to Patty's room, Adam crouches at the foot of her bed to flip through her diary (removing the pages where she's doodled 'I didn't kill anybody') As Patty sleeps, Adam grabs a crayon - to make some doodles of his own. Over frosty beers at Jimmy's, Paul appreciates Chris taking the risk (confiding in them). To put Chris' mind at ease, Paul calls Chance to say there's no need for him to tail Heather. Hanging up, Paul doesn't like lying to Chance - but lying to Nina is even worse. She trusts him enough to let him look for her son. Nina's being lied to by the people she trusts the most. We're protecting her, Chris corrects. Paul can only hope that by the time they're able to tell Nina the truth - she's willing to listen. Nina brings home some food from the club - for Chance and Chloe. Chance isn't hungry - and Chloe's not here. Nina snaps - you had the day from hell and she's off shopping!? Back off Mom - Chloe didn't screw up, I did. Now alone at the apartment, Heather and Ronan share a tension filled take out dinner. Ronan HAD to tattle their affair to Chance's boss (to get him booted off the case). He's sorry. Ya know, Heather totally bought Ronan's act as the cocky detective only out for himself - nice to know he's on their side. Good - Ronan hopes she'll do exactly what he says (to keep herself alive). This isn't about Patty - it's about Jack and Emily. CAN she walk away? Tearing up, Emily knows Jack's worried about her safety. And Jack knows how seriously she takes her work. Emily can see what this is doing to Jack - and won't put him through any more pain. She won't sacrifice their relationship for anyone - and WILL walk away from Patty. THIS is what matters - I love you ~kiss~Having drawn a crude map in her diary, Adam now tells the groggy Patty that she's not dreaming - it really IS me - the ghost of Richard Hightower. You wanted Adam dead - but killed ME instead. Adam was mean to Patty - but she didn't kill him (or Mr Hightower). You DID kill me - and will die for your sins unless you do exactly what I say. Now in synch, Emily and Jack have only sports to debate ~kiss ~hug~ It feels so good to hold one another ~kiss~As Paul devours his burger, Chris credits him for handling all he does - and can see how much he loves Heather and Patty. Paul appreciates Chris helping his daughter - just like when she was a kid. Heather IS awesome - everyone can see it.
