Soap Opera Weekly got a preview of some of the Starr X’d Lovers musical numbers, which just finished airing on ONE LIFE TO LIVE. After the preview, we visited with some actors behind the scenes.
•Kelley Missal‘s (Danielle) peace sign dress was originally floor-length: “They made it a cocktail dress so I could dance in it and have fun in it, but it was definitely head-turning. It looked great on camera.”
•Shenell Edmonds (Destiny) is a major Michael Jackson fan. “I love Michael Jackson, so when I was told that I was doing ‘The Way You Make Me Feel,’ I was jumping up and down and screaming. I was like, ‘Yes! Yes! Yes!’ And then when [I learned the number] was literally all about me, I was like, ‘Oh, okay.'” 
•Broadway vet Ilene Kristen (Roxy) was pretty darn impressed with the musical and its cast members. “They were amazing, just amazing. [For Broadway], you have much more rehearsal. You rehearse for four weeks, and then you do three weeks of your previews. [For this], there’s no rehearsal.”
