Y&R fan favorite Michelle Stafford (Phyllis) is leaving the show, according to E! Online. The actress, who has won two Outstanding Lead Actress Emmys for playing the popular role and is nominated again this year, debuted in 1994, left in 1997, then came back in 2000.
