I am tired of people saying Todd raped Marty again. No he didn't. He did lie to her and make her believe he was something he wasn't and lets face it, in reality that happens, half the time just so the guy can sleep with the girl. He didn't want to sleep with her but she really did want to sleep with who she thought he was.

I would strongly disagree with you. Due to her amnesia, Marty did not have informed consent and Todd KNEW she did not have informed consent. Had she known he was her rapist, she never would have willingly slept with him.That's closer to cases of someone being roofied or taken advantage of while drunk than it is some player lying to a girl just to get her in the sack.
