Mariah Carey To Guest On EMPIRE

Superstar Mariah Carey will appear and perform on FOX’s EMPIRE in season three. Carey will play Kitty, a mega-superstar who comes to Empire to collaborate with Jamal (Jussie Smollett) on a new song and during their process, Kitty helps Jamal overcome some personal difficulties. Carey will air on Wednesday, October 5. Additional guest stars on EMPIRE next season include Taye Diggs (ex-Sugar Hill, GL), Sierra McClain, rapper French Montana and music mogul Birdman, who will play himself. EMPIRE returns to the air on Wednesday, September 21 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on FOX.
