Okay kids this is the full and complete histiry of this story, thAT AIRED 1989-1991ISH, THIS IS LONG DETAILED AND WILL BE IN MORE THAN 1 PART. be patient I had to do more than 1 post because it involves people who are no longer on the canvas, and I have to go into their backstory as well. On top of the fact it's almost a 20 yr old story. As always feel free to ask questions Atfer you've read all of the posts. The characters on the canvas were Rex Sterling--father of both Danny Romalotiti (daniels dad) and Gina Roma(lotti) owner of Gina's1&2. Rex was then the hubby of Kather(Kay) Jill hired Rex, an ex con to seduce Kay and distract her Jill and Kay weren't friends or had the cozy mother/daughter relationship that they have now Nina mother of Lil Phillip had just married Phillip, grandson of Kay and son of Jill. Nina had just made Esther( yes that 1) an offer she couldn't refuse- to work for her, have time off, a social life, and for her, Esther to get out of that damn maid uniform. Kay was treating Esther like a maidthat she was, and Esther was sick of it. So when Nina made her the offer to watch Lil Phillip and have a life Esther jumped at the chance.Gina got involved with Clint a former cell mate of Rex's in thebig house. Rex was pleased and offered Clint Roberson Any amount of money to stay away from his daughter. Clint tho had his eyes on the prize and wanted a chance to be involved with a Chancellor, to get at her $$$$. Clint opted to marry Gina instead much to Rex's dismay, b4 he had the chance to tell her that Clint was a criminal like Rex. Kay found out about Rex's shady past but opted to stay with him because she and Rex had fallen in love, much to Jill dismay--ok she was ticked off to say the least. Gina reminded Rex that Kay had given him a 2nd chance and thought that Clint deservered the same. Since Esther was gone Kay had to hire a new maid. That's when Clint sent 2 of his co horts Robert & shirley Haskell to interview 4 the job. About this time Eshter figured out that Nina had played her, and gone back on all the promises she'd made to get Esther to come work for her. The only joy that Esther got was the fact that Kay had to hire 2 ppl to replace her.Well Clint tho married to the faithful and in love Gina began to hang out in a dive bar where he met this fiesty red haired waitress named Marge that was a dead ringer for Kay. She could've been Kay's twin but wasn't. Clint hatched a plan to replace Marge with Kay and steal the Chancellor forture, but 1st he had to make ove Marge a bozzy ,swearing ,ciggy loving fire ball. After a major makeover that involved a My Fair Ladyish tranformation, the evil plot was put in motion. The 1st attempt to kidnap Kay by chloroforming Kay resulting in Kay having an appendicitus attack, that ended up with Kay having her appendix removed, so Marge had to have hers removed as well. The 2nd attempt was successful, and Esther was kidnapped in the process. Gina, Rex and Jill were concerned because it seemed that Kay had reverted to her old ways, even tho she'd supposedly stopped drinkin. For awhle Marge didn't want to go on with
the plan til she saw "SEXY Rexy" and fell head over heels in love with him.
