Can someone please explain to me the reason why there are so many weird living arangements for the residents of Pine Valley?

Ok, Madison was supposed to be in her new apartment, after the painters finished painting, yet she's still living with Frankie.

I missed the reasoning as to why Caleb is now the owner of Wildwind. That was owned by Dimitri Merrick, back in the day, so I'm not understanding how it became David & Greenlee's and then now suddenly it's Caleb's home.....oh, and of course, now Bianca is staying there?

Annie is still living at the Chandler mansion, even though Adam is divorcing her? I realize they are trying to keep Annie is JR's orbit, but this whole living arrangement with Annie, Marissa, JR & Scott is just plain stupid....not to mention if you throw in the annoying Colby.

Erica was supposed to be having her place remodeled, but we have yet to see her in her own home.

David & Greenlee are living in a hotel.....

And well, Ryan....he is never at home....he spends his whole day walking around Pine Valley. Going from Fusion, to Confusion, to Krystal's and now the ever so famous park that everyone seems to visit now.

I just find it a little odd that AMC packed up and moved to LA with the supposed "much-bigger sets" and now it feels as if all the residents are living on top of each other....and a lot of the living arrangements don't make any sense. Why on earth would Bianca be living with Caleb? What planet are these writers from? They are completely desimating this show!!! It's ridiculous!!
