I hope that they write Genie Francis in for at least one episode for the funeral of Jake. Even if they show her on the phone talking to Elizabeth or Lucky saying why she can't be there but send her love. If it was my child ( God Forbid ) that this happened to I would move heaven and earth to be with them...Who else thinks they should bring her back ?

I haven't seen today's show yet. But do we really expect a funeral for Jake??? Not w the 3 Idiots in Charge! They would actually have to bring out Bobbie, Monica & Audrey to make it believable as well as address the Laura issue. I think they will just bypass it.
Genie Francis was smart enough not to come back to this crapfest she's on contract now at Y/R.
Heck why come home, we didn't see a service or Lucky.
I've never watched Y&R but I'm fixing to start now that a lot of my GH fav's are on there. I hope I can catch on fast

all I have to say girlfriend is get ready to get real pizzed off at Y&R once you catch on to the happenings and get to know the characters. There's lots of ff for me. Just a little FYI.

I was just thinking the same thing. You would expect an appearance. Also - where the heck is Jason's BFF Sonny? If this had been one of Sonny's kids, Jason would have been here.
