It was better before when all the story lines were new, now they are rehashing all the garbage. They need to bring in new blood and prove there are more men in L. A. than this worn out troupe. And the women need to give their heads a shake, are they that insecure that they have to depend on only these guys for happiness. Really!!!!!!!!Time for a major shake up in characters and story lines. This show is good just not to up-to-date I guess.

Welcome to the show! Don't worry about not knowing the history, the writers ignore it whenever they want. That's what drives me the most crazy, no one EVER learns from history. No one pays for what they've done for more than a month or so, then the storyline is forgotten, and never mentioned again. Don't be surprised if a character who just got off from a murder rap they weren't completely innocent of suddenly starts judging everyone else about their lack of morals ("Hi Ridge and Taylor!!"), that kind of thing. Plus, (as the others have stated) the eldest three Forester men (Eric, Ridge, and Thorne) are the only males that actually live in LA, (although one or two guys will pop in for a few years) so pickin's are slim. Don't worry, your (daughter, niece, sister, mom) will forgive you if you sleep with the love of her life, because they always do.I don't mean to sound too negative. I love B&B even when I hate it. Yes, TPTB will tell the same story over and over and over, but it was a good story the first few times. Plus, sometimes it's fun to see how Katie (and Heather Tom) plays out the exact story Brooke (and Katherine Kelly Lang) did a few years ago. This is just the latest example - after Brooke broke up Bridget's marriage to Nick by sleeping with him, Bridget repaid her by breaking up Brooke's marriage to Nick by sleeping with him. Stuff like that.

They need a new Sally or someone like her to spice up the show.

I thought that was where TPTB were going with Jackie (making her the next Sally), but then we haven't seen her since her big "Bubble bath press conference." And while we're on the subject of the Spectra gang, what happened to Clarke?

And I thought Jackie bought it out or something. They need to get that story going before they lose most of their audience.

Thorne has worked at Spectra in many positions over many years (he helped bail out Sally several times - when he was married to Macy, when he trying to get Macy back, when he was married to Darla). The point of the "bubble bath press confrence" was to announce that Jackie bought Spectra (I thought), and she and Clarke would be running it. Then they just vanished (-except the occasional Jackie as Grandma scene). What a waste of two long time characters!
