Disclaimer to all the women out there: Sorry about this post up front.I am Kinda hoping that Stars baby isn't born. I think that her losing the baby would send this story into the stratosphere. It could go a very long way on many levels to grow Star, Todd, Blair, and Cole. It would be a way to redeem Todd, especially with this whole Marty Debacle.

Sorry people but in away I agree but not quite for the same reasons. I don't think it would redeem Todd in anyway, to me Todd in unredeemable. If anything it just might teach him you can't always get what you want. Todd has a habit of trampling on everyone's feeling and in general everyone to get what he wants and be dammed who it hurts along the way. Well I Star loses this baby I am sure he is partially to blame for the stress he has put her under during the pregnancy. As well Todd is withholding information about Marty, which would settle Cole down about the baby and the baby being his only family. If Cole knew about his mother still being alive he would stop and realize that Star is right they are not old enough to handle this responsability and now take the time to grow up and enjoy live as a teen and make this a learning experience to be more careful in the future. As for Blair, I think she has done a lot of growing up in the most recent years so I don't know how much more she needs, she doesn't seem to be all about her self as much anymore.Anyway that is my take on this situation I don't get to watch this show as much as I like but when I do I catch up.

I agree....Todd is on a line that once crossed, there is no uncrossing it. It is like the writers are putting him in a corner. The fact that the character still resounds after raping Marty all those years ago is a miracle. But I think viewers are more protective of Star than they were of Marty back then, because Marty was a party girl, and they watched Star grow up, so they will not accept the pain he intends to inflict on Star.If there was ever a need for an emergency re-write, this story is it.

I couldn't agree more, I don't feel that this is an appropriate story line at all. Now don't get me wrong, the teen pregnancy thing is a touchy but somewhat ok story line, it is what Todd is doing to Star and everyone involved that I have issue with.So somehow they need to rewrite this part of the story in another direction. I mean I can see why Marnie (I think her name is) can't adopt the baby, she was really good with Todd's son until Todd got involve and manipulated everything. I don't think Todd should have got Sam back. I don't think Todd is fit to be a father. Yes he loves his kids and would protect them at all cost, but he does it to a fault. And if what he is planning to do to Star is being a good father, then I think we should re-examine his fittness as a parent. Cause no good parent would do what he is planning to do to his child what he is planning to do. He is being selfish and self-centered and only thinking of what he wants and to heck with anyone or everyone else.Again that is my take on this whole situation.
