Are you liking it so far?
It seems to me that she forgave him a little too quickly. I wonder when he will figure out who's after him.
Does anyone else think the necklace is an uncut diamond?
I too feel that it was rushed. I used to love them, but with all of the other garbage that's on, I'm not invested in them. I wish I could be more excited about them, but the current writing on AMC doesn't give me any confidence and having Kwak as part of it doesn't appeal to me.
Thanks for responding. I'm hoping it gets better. Okay, I'm praying.
I'm just glad to see them. Think they look great.
I am so happy to see Jesse back. I love him, but this storyline is very flat. It doesn't make a lot of sense, like most of AMC lately. But I LOVE Jesse. I smile every time he says Thaddeus! Hopefully it will get better. I'm tired of Angie crying every 5 minutes. And is her daughter, Cassandra coming on the show soon? Did we know Angie had another baby on The City? I can't remember!!
Not being from the original Angie/Jesse era I am finding it hard to swallow Angie's crying/screaming/irrational behavior for a world renouned infection specialist...I will only catch up thru web recaps til this phase is over..
I am liking Jesse and Angie, maybe the ratings will help the fiasco the show has been recently as viewers were dropping like flies.
The story is less than fabulous, but I forgive that because of the actors. DW and DM take my breath away.
I guess I haven't been paying enough attention. I'm just as lost as Jesse. I still don't know why he was "shot" or even tortured and then wanted dead. What info does he have that they want?

I thought it was me. I have NO idea what the story is about..and sadly, even though I love Jesse and Angie, I find I don't really care.
I don't know why that stuffed happened to Jesse either but I don't mind watching AMC as long as the vets get some air. I want more Jesse/Angie a lot less Kendall/Zach/Greenlee.
There are three reasons I've started watching AMC again. 1) Jesse and Angie. After all these years they still keep me riveted to the screen.2) More vets; Tad and Adam fighting, Tad and Jesse bonding, Jack and Erica doing that dance that they do so well. Keep it up AMC, I just might become a regular again.3) Aiden Turner on the front burner.
I liked seeing Angie at the hospital today. She seems right that home there. More so than anywhere else on the show so far.Jesse, I'm not sure. I'm still confused at to why he was wanted dead in the first place.
They do look great together. I actually like Angie in the hospital better than I like her at home. And since he is a Hubbard, I like Frankie too. I like him and Colby as friends. Not sure how I feel about them as a potential couple though.
Didn't Frankie date Simone?
*sigh* LOVED them in Friday's show. The flashbacks were great

I LOVE them and always have. That said, I don't get what the show is trying to prove with them right now. Yes I know they love each other and have always loved each other..but IMO they have raced to the ending without giving us the story.
Love is great..but after 20 years apart, you don't just pick up where you left off. I am sure there should be some adjustments made by both characters and it would be quite the smooth sailing trip they are making it to be. Did either of them get involved with anyone else? Is someone holding on to any anger, fears, etc? Where is the drama?
I am all for being in love and having wonderul flashbacks and moments of pure joy at being together again. But I think (as usual) the show is missing a lot of great dramatic opportunities along the way.
It's like being a Zen fan...I am happy to have fun and love in the afternoon with my favorite couple..but I am really looking forward to the upcoming angst they will face. And REAL angst..internal angst, not just plot driven mumbo jumbo. I am really looking forward to the performances of AM and TK and watching them hit it out of the ballpark.
For a couple as great as Jesse and Angie, I would expect no less but the only trouble they have faced are extermal problems. To not look deeper into these two characters is a waste of the talents of the actors and is short changing the possible depth of both characters.
When Jesse and Angie first reunited I loved them, but then they got boring for me. There trying to recapture their past and erase the 20 years that they've been apart. But that's impossible to do. Angie had a life and moved on after Jesse's death. I can't wait till her daughter Cassandra comes to town because she's not gonna like Jesse and she won't be treating him like a "hero". I would like to know exactly how many women Jesse was with in these 20 years. I think Cassie's arrival will make this story more interesting.
I was just wondering if everyone was looking forward to the wedding?

I think they rushed their reunion a bit too much, and now they're storyline is boring IMO
