Well I would prefer he warm up re: his son This isn't the first time 'he's warmed up'for me. As he's said he's brain damaged so it not that much warming up he can do. I just find it odd that his character is being reinvented for this relationship.

I wouldn't call his character "reinvented". He is definitely still Stone Cold when NECESSARY. Just not Stone Cold 24/7 which I find refreshing. jmo

Reinvented is a good word for it. Jason is not playfull & cutesy. He is pretty much always dour. That's what makes him uniquely Jason. Yes, he's grown. But, there are just certain trademarks that shouldn't be rearranged. Tweaked a little? Sure. But, they really should remember what characters they're writing for. I guess they were nervous about getting Sam & Jason back together & about how fans would react & thought this was the way to win back those of us who had given up on them as a couple. It didn't work. They should've simply left Jason & Sam who they are. That's the way to win us back. Not to make them act like they're teenagers. Him, especially. It just doesn't work.

As a long time Jason fan I would use the word re-invented. It works for me playful he's been playful before many times this isn't the first him taking her back in the first place is an reinvention he took her back once but twice? Nope not Jason Morgan.

For someone that was supposed to be a "vegetable" the character has come a long way. Personally, I like Jason & Sam together and yesterday just solidified that position. The talk they had about Sam staying involved in the search to bring Claudia down only proves how much these two are made for each other.Alexis made good points about involving her daughter in murder and Jason respected Sam enough to tell her about it. She is the only one that would have come up with the answer that she did and accept who he is and what Jason does.

I've always loved Jason, even before the accident.I like Sam too, but I prefer her on her own. I have to admit I did like her with Lucky... I don't know why, but I just don't like those 2 together. She seems to lose some of her strength. I know I'm alone on this one but I like Liz & Jason. She just needs to stop pretending to be a goody to shoes. Good grief if I had that at home in my bed I would ignore his business...

I really love Sam and Jason together. I did like Sam and Lucky together only on the sexual aspect though. They were really hot together. But that was as far as it went for me. Sam and Jason are a perfect fit in all aspects. jmo

Seeing them this week, I've got to say I'm coming back around. But, the Sam & Jason of this past week has been more like the Sam & Jason of old. Much more true to the characters. When they dropped the gooey fluff & went back to writing for 2 mature adult characters, it worked. I hope they continue to remember who they're writing for. If they do, their magic will continue to bring fans back & create new fans.

I think I started watching GH right after Jason woke up from the accident with amnesia. The Qs were trying to get Jason Quartermaine back and he didn't want that. I remember him asking Lila if it was okay to use her maiden name of Morgan. I've only known Jason as Jason Morgan.If I had JM in my bed, I'd adopt a "Don't ask, don't tell." policy as well.

Agreed! This is so much better than that Veracruz crap. Yea writers. Don't let us down.
