Victor keeps blaming Nikki "for bringing David Chow into their lives", when in fact, it was he who first hired him to be Jack's campaign manager. So really, Victor needs to blame himself!
EXACTLY!!!! Chow first came into the scene with Jack, not Nikki. She may have kept him in their lives, but she was not the one that introduced him to the scene.
