NOT to pan the writers...but in their mind, it didn't happen.....LOL it was OUR imagination.

Sonny seems to have forgotten HIS own history: Lily and their unborn child being blown up; his bathroom riddled with bullets while Brenda was taking a shower; shooting Carly in the head while giving birth to Morgan. Since violence always affects the women in his life you would think that Sonny could handle it better. I would have liked to have seen Sonny this passionate about getting revenge for Michael instead of wanting to marry the woman who paid off his shooter.

Perhaps, like some of us viewers, Sonny and Jason are confused as to what is cannon anymore?

We get no flashbacks because it's not "important" to the writers. Head writer #1 "What history?"Head writer #2 "We don't need no stinkin history."

I never really did understand how one shoots up just the bathroom without one bullet hitting the rest of the house. That was the beginning of the craziness that has spiraled into what we see today!

Wasn't Robin shot in Jason's arms too at one point at the train station or something when she was going to Paris??

I think Jason was shot in Mac's living room while Robin and Jason were dancing...I don't think Robin was ever shot, but I might be forgetting something.It's amazing what the writers can forget. It's one thing for viewers to get fuzzy on history, but the writers are PAID to maintain throughlines in stories. How long ago was it that Sam was shot while Jason was holding her? A lot of time may have passed, but I remember it - why can't TPTB?
