We've had rain here for the past 3 days. Its supposed to be sunny and bright tomorrow though. No big plans for me. I'll be home alone and looking forward to it. I'll have my ribs and potato salad close by though! Thats all I need.

Spending the day with my son and grandkids and looking forward to taking them to see the fireworks....More excited for my son to be able to spend this time with his kids especially beings he will be deployed to Afghanstain in a few months.

I'm sure you are excited about that. I'll be checking out the fireworks with the grandkids also. Looking forward to that.

It's been hotter than a firecracker here in California - so I'll be under the air conditioning doing my homework all day. Then I'll go visit my grand kids for the fireworks.Happy 4th everyone!

What a change a year makes. Old friends "lost and then found", how things used to be so happening and hopping in here, and the fun it used to be. Here is to independance day and history, may it all not repeat itself, may we learn from the past, and treasure our future. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.
