Why is Stephanie always the one catching folks in the act; let's see there was Brooke and some of everybody a few years ago, there was Donna and Owen making out in Eric's bed in Eric's house while Eric was in a semi-coma; and now Rick and Steffy. All I got to say 
is GET HIM STEPHANIE, GET HIM 
It would be so so great if Stephanie had her own love life instead of pining after Eric or tormenting everyone else. Of course, that would mean they'd have to hire someone else to be on the show as she's pretty much related to everyone. Wait! I just had an ephiphany! She could start a torrid affair with....wait for it....Owen! If Eric can have a young hottie, why can't Stephanie? She could be the reigning cougar for the show.
Sounds like a plan to me. But hey... another thought...it really wouldn't matter if she is related to everyone cause it certainly don't matter to anybody else on that show!!

Because she has no life so she can go around peaking on people. She needs to get laid and maybe she will leave people alone
