I thought the other day Max had enough of the boy toy stuff?I hope they don't kill him off. I like Max.

Max started to feel like all he is to Diane is a sex object & that she doesn't really care about him. It started with her having to go to the party & not wanting to bring him. He thought she was embarassed by him so he went to the carnival alone & met that woman. He was initially flirting with her because he was still ticked at Diane, but then they hit it off. Now that he's injured, who knows what'll happen? I guess he'll find out one way or the other whether or not he is just a sex object to Diane.

I'd like to see Max is a love triangle! Bumping up his role on the show a bit more! I hope she turns out to be a nurse - I miss the little group of nurses they had going in the hospital. But she'll probably turn out to be another undercover cop or something - Dante's partner or boss.

I still can't believe noone has contacted Diane yet or she hadn't heard about what happend and rushed over there since everyone she knows was at the carnival.

She was probably busy taping scenes for "Cougar Town" that day & wasn't available. But, these things always make me laugh on soaps. A major calamity unfolds in a town like that, & something like an out of control car driven by the patriarch of a fortune 500 company would make news on both radio & TV & certainly would have gotten back to the party being held in conjunction with the carnival, yet we'll see scenes next week of Diane only finding out the next day. They do these spectacular events & yet no one outside of the residents of the town know. Edward Quartermaine is the CEO of his company & Jax is the big international tycoon. One of them sneezes & it's in the tabloids. A horrific accident at a carnival anywhere in the US makes news. It certainly would if either of these two men were in the midst of it. There's no excuse for Diane not knowing what happened.Did anyone else notice that it was mentioned that Tracy & Monica were called, but there was no mention of anyone calling Ned or Dillon? They had no way of knowing if Edward would survive when he first came in & neither of those two men were mentioned & BrookLynn's long been forgotten.

The girl with Max is Louise and I think she is a babysitter for baby Emma ( I've heard Robin say her name in conjunction with Emma before); however, not to have had Diane rush into Max's room, I was disappointed. I love the character of Diane; here is hoping we see her in Max's room this week. Also Spinelli and Johnny were left out of the last two episodes of the week; I have no idea what happened to those two, I don't know, maybe I was preempted or missed a scene in which what happened to them was explained. Claudia is going down fast it looks like. Kristina saw her shoes and knows Claudia left her in the wreckage and Michael remembers what she said to him; the spoilers show Michael confronting Claudia at home with Sonny present. Can't wait to see how this unfolds.I wish Sonny was able to smile more as it becomes him very well.

After Kristina matched Claudia' shoes, I went back to the beginning of the episode and while Claudia was walking around the carnival and calling Kristina's name, I don't remember Kristina answering her or Claudia actually seeing her in the wreckage. Did I miss something?

I think Claudia saw Kristina's feet in the wreckage.

yeah I didn't get the impression that Claudia was ignoring Chrissie in the wreakage, she was calling her name and she was out there when none of her family were out there...and also why didn't anyone call Jason for Edward he is his grandson ..fake Emily has known Edward for a few months and she was suddenly next of kin...so this brings me to the point when there is a disaster where is everyones cellphones??? All of the sudden nobody can get ahold of anyone ...

If I recall, the reason they gave for not contacting Jason was that no one there at the time (Bec, Nic, Shiny new son, & Eppif) had his number. HA!You know, I was thinking at the time that Claudia really didn't see Kristina in the wreakage. That she wasn't being typical Claudia, she was actually worried. She did stay out there calling Krissy (when did that happen? And does Alexis know about it.) seemed like all day. But Claudia is evil, so I'm not trying to humanize her.BTW, I thought the girl with Max was the ADA that Diane smacked down when Domte' was in custody for the drug bust. Which was why she was not real concerned about somebody calling her. Maybe I'm wrong.

The girl with Max is not the ADA. They look very similar & it's easy to confuse them. I do think maybe she is the friend of Robin's that has Emma when Mercedes is unavailable.As everyone here knows, I despise Claudia, but she did seem genuinely concerned for Kristina. The shoes Claudia saw & thought was Kristina turned out to be the body of someone who was killed. Right after she called her, the fireman was seen sifting & turning the body & Claudia was relieved that it wasn't Kristina. She did walk past Kristina, but didn't see her. Kristina was conscious & at the time, I wondered why she didn't call out to Claudia. I thought maybe she injured her throat. Then, when they found her, she was talking fine. Could Kristina be deliberately trying to cause trouble for Claudia? If so, why? For Sonny's attention? Or is she just stupid?

I think the PTB want us and Claudia to think that Michael is confronting her about the shooting, but really it's just about leaving Kristina. So Claudia is going to sweat some more!
