Monday

Robin panicked as she felt contractions. As they waited for news, Mac told Anna that he thinks Patrick is "a disaster waiting to happen." Anna replied that Patrick's the best thing that could happen to Robin. As Patrick tried to calm her, Robin fretted about whether the baby might be born with HIV. Kelly entered and told her it was a false alarm: No labor yet. Patrick told Robin he loved her. She said she loved him, too.

Carly pleaded with Jax, arguing that though she had limo sex with Sonny back in May, their marriage should not end. Jax said he didn't want to hear the details. She told Jax that she was in pain and it "just happened." Jax was crushed when he recalled they'd had sex that same night. "How could you do that?" he questioned. He then asked if she'd gotten pregnant, would she have ever told
him. Jax told Carly they have nothing left. "Forgive me!" she pleaded. "Love me enough to get past this."

At the clinic, Sam and Lucky met in secret but their rendezvous was interrupted by a wave of patients, complaining that they were in pain. Matt handed over one woman's medication to Lucky, then rushed the patients over to G.H., believing they were poisoned. Afterward, Sam told Lucky that she believes this was Jerry's
doing. Just then, Lucky got call that two of Karpov's men had been beaten up in an alley.

At the penthouse, Maxie threatened Sasha and said she's history if anything else happens to Spinelli. Sasha assured Jason that Karpov was not behind Spinelli's hit and run. After she left, Jason chastised Spinelli and Maxie and told them that if they were not careful, they may get themselves killed. Jason ordered Spinelli to bed and Maxie accompanied him. There, they discussed "The Slavic seductress." As Spinelli slept, Maxie watched the news
and heard about the attack on the Russians and wondered if Jason was responsible.

Ric and Claudia discussed her testimony. Claudia feared the worst for her brother. Claudia then went to visit Johnny and begged him to admit the truth or else he'll die for Lulu's crime. Johnny remained adamant in his position, frustrating Claudia to no end.

Sonny admitted the truth to Kate when she confronted him about the limo sex with Carly. He stated it was a mistake and recounted the events of the evening. When Sonny told her that that's when Carly pulled out the papers to sign over his rights to his kids, Kate replied that she didn't think she could like Carly any less. She added that everyone who warned her was right: Sonny and Carly will never be over. Sonny said that Carly brings out the worst in him while Kate brings out the best. When Kate said she didn't want to hear it, Sonny left in a huff and got into a car accident. Sonny got out of his car and saw that Claudia was driving the other car.

In jail, Nikolas was curious how Nadine ended up there. She stated that she was there for acting up in court and let it slip that Scott accused her of being in love with Nik. She was adamant that she wasn't and Nik said he believed her. When they were eventually released, Scott told Nikolas that he was planning to get Lulu on the stand. After repeated baiting, Nik let loose and punched Scott. The pair ended up back in jail.

Jerry told Sasha to advise Karpov to stay away from Carly. Jerry then high-tailed it to the clinic, where Sam caught him planting something.

Tuesday

Sam caught Jerry at the clinic right after he planted an incendiary device.
Jerry lied and said he was there to tip off Nikolas on an upcoming
counterfeit drug shipment, hoping that would get him in Alexis's good
graces. Sam was skeptical but when she didn't want to leave with him, Jerry
insisted. Sam eventually complied. Jerry escorted Sam back to her apartment,
where he claimed to have real feelings for her mother.

Jason caught Maxie sneaking around the penthouse in the dark. She tried to
cover saying she was retrieving a blanket but Jason knew she was lying. She
admitted she was curious whether he was behind the attack on Karpov's men.
She apologized for her nosy nature but assured him she'd never give up any
info to Mac. Jason told Maxie that she's making things worse for Spinelli.
Maxie suggested that Jason should teach Spinelli martial arts to better take
care of himself. Maxie then opened up about how special Spinelli has become
to her, unaware that The Jackal was listing from the staircase. Maxie
thanked Jason for not kicking her out and returned to Spinelli. He faked being asleep and she climbed into bed with him, fully clothed. He smiled.

A tearful Carly begged Jax for forgiveness and vowed to be faithful to him
for the rest of their lives. Jax says that he believes that she regrets her
actions but their marriage was over. Jax said he knew this day would come.
"You hurt me more than I ever thought possible." he sighed. "Loving you has
been the happiest time of my life," she replied. Jax walked out. Shortly
after, Mercedes returned with Morgan. Seeing his mother in tears, Morgan
told Carly he loved her. "I really needed to hear that," she said. After
getting Morgan settled, Carly filled in Mercedes about Jax leaving. The
nanny tried in vain to comfort Carly.

After his car accident, Sonny rushed to the other car to discover the driver
was Claudia. Sonny was unable to get through to 9-1-1 so he said he'd to
call Max. Claudia was panicked when she realized she couldn't feel her legs.
Meanwhile, both were unaware that Claudia's gas tank was leaking. Sonny
finally got through to an operator but then smelled gas and tried to get
Claudia out of the car but her seat belt was jammed. Sonny managed to cut
through the seat belt just before the car exploded. Afterward, Claudia
thanked Sonny for saving her life. "Michael did," he replied. It was
Michael's penknife that Sonny had used. Sirens could then be heard in the
background. When help arrived, Claudia claimed Sonny caused the accident but
vowed to return the favor of saving her life one day.

At the PCPD, Johnny asked to see Nikolas but got a visit from Lucky instead.
Lucky accused Johnny of being the reason that Lulu lost her mind. Johnny
shot back that he gave up his freedom for Lulu and remained adamant about
seeing Nikolas.

At Shadybrook, Lulu visited Laura, who was just waking up from a nap. Laura
told her daughter that she's being way too hard on herself. Laura told Lulu
a story of about when she was held captive in Greece by Stavros, shortly
after Nikolas was born. She reminded Lulu that Nik was the only match when
she needed a bone marrow transplant and Laura had to go through that earlier
misery in order to eventually save her daughter's life, and that made it all
worth it. Lulu told Laura she was so grateful to have her mother back.

After Jerry left Sam's place, Lucky showed up and mentioned that Johnny
wanted to see Nikolas. Lucky wondered if he could trust his brother not to
make a secret deal that would endanger their sis. He admitted his fear that
Lulu was turning into their mother, and he and Sam made love.

Nikolas was released and spoke with Johnny, who begged him for help whisking
Lulu out of the country before she could testify. Johnny's insistence made
Nikolas realize that Lulu, not Johnny, actually killed Logan. Nik chastised
Johnny for his bad decisions and pondered what to do.

Jax bumped into Jerry and shared that his marriage was over but turned down
his brother's offer to talk about it. Afterward, Karpov met with Jerry and
informed him that he's now in the U.S. illegally since Jax had his visa
revoked. Karpov demanded results, which Jerry assured him he'd get.
Meanwhile, Jax returned home, where Mercedes said Carly took Morgan and left
without saying where they were headed.

Wednesday

At the courthouse, Anthony tried to blackmail Scott by threatening Serena's safety. Scott refused to cave but looked concerned as Anthony wheeled away.

At G.H., Claudia was surprised to wake up and find Ric watching her sleep. She asked Ric to put her on the stand so she could get Johnny acquitted but
Ric said she needed to concentrate on her recovery. Jason examined her and told Claudia that he wants to keep her for further observation but she didn't want to hear it, stating her brother needed her. Shortly after, Patrick returned to catch Claudia getting dressed to leave and she tried coming on to him.

At the penthouse, Maxie asked Spinelli to get her off the witness list for Johnny's trial but Jason pointed out that would be impossible. Spinelli stuck up for his Maximista, prompting Maxie to kiss him. Jason coached her on how to handle Baldwin and Maxie headed out to court.

At Shadybrook, Lulu visited with Laura and tried to give her advice about Johnny, based on all her years of experience with Luke. As Lulu absorbed the food for thought, Laura ran back inside the building, just as Nikolas showed up. Nik told his sister to back a bag, as she's leaving the country tonight. Nikolas admitted he wanted her to flee the country in order to avoid her testifying. Lulu said she didn't want to go but Nik wouldn't listen. After Nik left, Laura returned and told Lulu that she liked Nikolas's plan. She added if Johnny was trying to protect her, "Let him!"

Lucky called Sam and said he had a lead that could tie Karpov to the counterfeit drug ring. She hightailed it down to the docks to meet him.
After Lucky filled her in, Sam planned to rummage around Karpov's ship to find evidence. Lucky kissed her, just as Jerry approached and saw them. He
asked why they'd pretended to break up but Sam slapped Lucky and berated him for stalking, covering in front of Jerry. Lucky stormed off and Jerry bought
the ruse. Jerry summoned Sasha and warned her that someone from the clinic was snooping around. She advised him to take immediate action.

Nikolas went to Jason to ask for his help in getting Lulu out of the country. Jason admitted that he knew the truth about Lulu. Nikolas demanded to know why Jason didn't spill but Jason replied it wasn't possible. Jason agreed to help Nik, though.

In the courtroom, Trevor advised Anthony not to glare as the witnesses testified. In the jury box, Edward griped about the juror's conditions and Epiphany told him to stop complaining. Alan warned Tracy that Scott was planning to have Lulu testify.

Scott called Maxie to the stand, as Spinelli snuck in the back to watch. Scott grilled Maxie about the bet she and Logan had: That if Logan could seduce Lulu, she'd have sex with him. Maxie squirmed as she truthfully answered all of Scott's questions, glancing to see how Spinelli reacted to her responses. Ric cross-examined Maxie about Logan's violent behavior. After she dismissed, a visibly upset Maxie ran out of the courtroom before Spinelli could talk to her.

At G.H., Robin filled in Elizabeth that Patrick rescinded the proposal and went back to business, just like she'd asked. Robin then confessed that even
though that's what she asked for, it's not what she wanted. As they chatted, Liz was surprised by how much Robin's dilemma mirrored her own with Jason.
Later, Robin walked in on Claudia flirting with Patrick.

At the clinic, Nik finally showed up and informed Nadine of his plans to save Lulu. There, he met with lawyers who supplied all the appropriate papers to get him and Lulu out of the country. Nadine told Nik that this should be Lulu's decision, not his.

Lucky and Sam regrouped at her apartment. Lucky expressed his concern for Sam's safety, now that Jerry's gotten so close. Sam vowed to get to the bottom of all this, even if it came to faking a romance with Jerry.

Jason went to Shadybrook to retrieve Lulu but she was gone. An attendant said that Lulu was escorted out by the police. Back in court, Scott shocked the courtroom by calling Lulu to the stand to testify.

Thursday

At Crimson, Kate told Clarice to cancel the photographer, the flowers and the caterers. Sonny showed up and said he wasn't going to give up that easily but Kate insisted they were over. Sonny called it "one bad night" but Kate was furious that Sonny lied to her all those months. Sonny pointed out that Kate didn't take off his ring and Sonny pledged to wait as long as it takes for her to change his mind. After Sonny left, Clarice informed Kate that their printers went on strike.

At the clinic, Matt told Jerry that his presence was not wanted there.

At Shadybrook, Jason ran into Elizabeth, then called Nikolas and informed him that Lulu had been taken into court.

At G.H., Robin said she knew Claudia was only hitting on Patrick so she'd get discharged from the hospital. Against Patrick's recommendations, Claudia insisted on checking herself out.

A dejected Spinelli went to the coffeehouse and filled in Jason about Maxie's testimony. He said that Maxie was courageous and that she didn't flinch during the humiliating testimony but she wouldn't talk to him afterward. Jason offered The Jackal counsel.

In court, Tracy erupted when Lulu was called to testify and caused a scene. Edward even threatened to walk off the jury. Despite Ric's objections, the judge allowed Lulu to testify. As Scott began, Johnny stood up and told her not to say another word. Ric settled Johnny down and Scott resumed questioning. Just as Nikolas showed up, Lulu confessed to killing Logan. Ironically, Scott didn't believe her. Ric then asked Lulu if she brought the gun that Johnny used to escape from the PCPD. She said yes and broke down recounting how she killed Logan. Nikolas intervened and asked the judge that Lulu be taken back to the hospital. The judge agreed but dismissed Ric's motion to strike her testimony from the record. After Lulu was escorted to Shadybrook, Claudia arrived and Nikolas told her Lulu confessed but nobody
believed her.

Sonny arrived home to find Mike, who questioned him about the wedding being off. When Sonny told Mike what happened, Mike said Sonny validated what everyone had warned Kate about. Mike said Sonny is addicted to Carly like he's addicted to gambling. Just then, Kate burst in and accused Sonny of creating the labor dispute. She told him to stay out of her life and stormed out. By the time Kate got back to the office, Clarice informed her the strike was over. Kate was thrilled, until she realized that Sonny must have been behind the settlement. Afterward, Sonny showed up and he admitted that he helped end the strike. Kate took off her ring and gave it back to Sonny, saying she wasn't going to marry him no matter what he did.

Sam told Lucky that she wants Jerry away from Alexis and would do whatever possible to ensure that. Jerry stopped by and Lucky hid. Jerry asked Sam out for a boat ride but she said she had plans. Despite Lucky's objections, Sam was determined to find out what Jerry was up to and invited him over for dinner.

Maxie went to G.H. and lamented to Robin about her humiliating experience in court. Robin assured her that Spinelli would still be her friend. Spinelli returned to the penthouse with flowers for Maxie and found her packing. She said since he's feeling better, it was time for her to go home.

Liz went to see Jason to say that she wants to be with him but their
conversation was cut short when Karpov arrived. Liz hid and heard Jason admit to Karpov that he was responsible for the attack on Karpov's men and that it was retaliation for Spinelli's hit and run.

A frustrated Lulu returned to Shadybrook and told Laura she confessed but no one believed her. Laura was relieved and comforted Lulu by saying that at least she told the truth.

Friday

Claudia took the stand and told the court that she saw Johnny kill Logan. As
a stunned Ric continued questioning, Claudia stated that she'd had sex with
Logan and was pumping him for inside information about her father. Even
juror Edward objected! Claudia spun a sympathetic story of how Logan was
attacking her, planning to rape her, and Johnny leapt to his sister's
defense and killed Logan. Claudia even supplied the list of people she'd
contacted the day after the murder to cover the crime scene (the carpenter
to fix the door, the handyman who replaced the carpet, etc.). Her story
stunned the courtroom.

At Crimson, Sonny refused to accept Kate's decision that they were over.
Kate replied that Sonny couldn't fix this. She said didn't believe that
Sonny was truly over Carly, despite his protestations. Sonny recited their
past history together, as Kate pondered his sincerity.

At the coffeehouse, a hiding Elizabeth was shocked as Jason recounted his
violent activities against Karpov. After the Russian kingpin left, Liz came
out and Jason said she should leave, too. Liz told Jason that she wasn't
about to run away like a scared teenager. She knows what he does for a
living and loves him in spite of it.

Karpov met Jerry at the clinic and demanded that Jerry start earning his
keep. Jerry barked that he'd do things in his own time. Later, Jason and
Cody showed up outside the clinic. Jason had Karpov followed, and the men
wondered why Karpov would go to the clinic.

At the penthouse, Maxie was still ashamed of her testimony in court. Even
though Spinelli said her past didn't bother him, Maxie refused to believe
it, fearing that she'd just let him down eventually. Spinelli took her by
the hand and said, "I have never seen you more beautiful than you are
today," prompting a tearful Maxie to smile. She thanked him for his
friendship and they hugged.

Inside the clinic, Jerry hit Matt over the head and knocked him out, leaving
the doc for dead in the supply closet. Jerry then closed up the clinic,
walked outside and detonated the incendiary device, which set a trash can
ablaze.

At Shadybrook, Laura comforted a distraught Lulu with the sage advice of,
"Love will see you through." Lulu thanked her mom for being there for her. A
tired Laura went to her room to lie down. Afterward, Nikolas showed up and
Lulu asked him for the latest trial news. Lulu was stunned to hear about
Claudia's testimony.

Nadine arrived at the clinic and, seeing smoke, located an unconscious Matt
in the supply closet. Nadine became trapped when the ceiling collapsed and
blocked the door.

During jury deliberation, Johnny thanked Claudia for her testimony and
brother and sister reaffirmed their love for each other. Meanwhile, the
juror began to deliberate but first needed to pick a foreperson.

Maxie and Spinelli showed up at Crimson and The Jackal inadvertently added
to the tension between Sonny and Kate by discussing his tryst with Carly.
Maxie shuffled him out but Kate showed signs of weakening her position. She
asked Sonny, "What would happen if I forgave you?"

Liz caught up with Jason to reiterate that while they may not have a future,
they do have right now. Even though Jason reminded her again of his violent
lifestyle, Liz replied that love wasn't logical and pulled him into a kiss.
