Monday

Robin complained that Lisa could have killed her and Emma in the fire. Patrick noted that while he believes Robin, he was skeptical about Lisa burning down Mac's house. Robin admitted she didn't see Lisa start the fire, but "there's no doubt in my mind." Meanwhile, Lisa insisted to Nikolas that she is a good samaritan, not an arsonist. He said he believes Robin. Lisa suggested Nikolas should understand what it's like to lose one's head over someone and be publically humiliated for it. Nik copped to empathy, but he's friends with Robin. However, he promised to apologize if the arson investigation clears her. At the Hub, Elizabeth told Steve and Matt that Robin accused Lisa of torching the house. Steve told her to keep the accusation quiet for now. Later, Mac told Robin that Emma is fine, but the house is "a total loss." She was devastated, but he pointed out it's just a house, while their family is safe and alive. They reminisced about the breakfasts and holidays and smells and sensations in that house. Meanwhile, Maxie told Matt how upset she is, and he told her it's okay to grieve the loss of her home. Maxie recounted the good and bad memories, and noted it's like losing Georgie all over again, because her room and mementos are gone. Matt gave Maxie a little stuffed animal, and she was impressed that he wasn't being an egotistical jerk. Matt worried that Patrick might go down the same path as Noah if he loses Robin. Alexis offered condolences to Mac. He took the chance to recount how he went from carefree bachelor to father figure for Robin, and then later Maxie and Georgie. But "nothing lasts forever," he sighed. Robin admitted to Maxie that she was worried the scar from her burn will turn off Patrick. Maxie pointed out the wonders of plastic surgery. Later, Patrick told Robin that she caught an infection — which means big trouble with her compromised immune system.

Claire assured Sonny she was only doing her job by pointing out that Ronnie's wiretap was illegal, but Sonny was worried about the repercussions for her. He vowed not to forget her putting her career on the line for him. She scoffed that her actions were unrelated to him, and there is no "us." However, she admitted to being glad that he's not going to prison. Diane burst in and scolded Sonny for consorting with Claire, but he countered that Claire just saved him. After Claire left, Diane scolded him for letting Claire tank her career, and wondered if he will make the relationship worthy of her sacrifice, as Claire now faces an internal investigation.

Lulu ran into Spinelli at the Metro Court. Carly took the occasion to needle Lulu about Dante spending so much time with "that maneater" Brenda. After Lulu left, Spinelli refused to share Brenda intel with Carly, who urged him to disregard Jason's orders. When Jax interrupted, Carly told him she pumps Spinelli for info on Brenda since Jason cut her off. They bantered about her hatred for Brenda and his friendship with her. Then Carly went to the penthouse and got Spinelli to reveal that Dante guarded Brenda in April of 2007, working mostly nights — and even double-shifts toward the end. When Lulu showed up, Carly asked her what Dante told her about the time he guarded Brenda in 2007. Lulu was absolutely stunned.

The Balkan's man insisted that Lucky bring Brenda to the warehouse or Siobhan will die a "slow, painful death." A furious Lucky moved the site of the exchange to near the bluffs. Jason explained the plan to Brenda: Lucky will take her to the exchange point, while Jason and Lucky take sniper positions in the bluffs, aiming to kill the Balkan. Lucky warned the guys he was going to protect Siobhan — no matter what.

Later, Lucky delivered Brenda to the site, while Jason and Dante waited with sniper rifles. When the Balkan's men brought Siobhan, angry words were exchanged with Brenda — and Dante opened fire!

Tuesday

Robin assured Patrick that she is "totally focused on my recovery." He promised to stick by her side. "I can't lean on you," Robin demurred, because she wasn't sure if he felt love or guilt. She complained that she doesn't recognize her life anymore. He suggested she picture herself forgiving him. She said she has to concentrate on getting better, so fixing their marriage will have to wait. He revealed he has started therapy, and suggested they join couples therapy, but she declined. "I love you," he said, and left. They both somberly flashed back on the history of their relationship. Maxie scolded Patrick for leaving, but he countered that Robin doesn't want him around. "I have to let her go," he sighed. Maxie rushed to warn Robin that she might be pushing Patrick away forever.

Claire admitted to Sonny she's under internal review, but insisted she breached no ethics by exposing Ronnie's illegal search. Sonny insisted it wasn't fair that she get a "raw deal." After Claire left, Diane warned him to avoid Claire, who could face criminal charges. Claire went to Metro Court and told Alexis she got the evidence against Sonny thrown out. Alexis told her to go back to Washington before Sonny wipes her out, leaving her with nothing.

Maya was trying to keep Luke from drinking when Tracy came in. He tried to play on her sympathies, and begged her to marry him. But Ethan burst in and told Tracy that Luke faked the heart attack to con her. Luke immediately gave up the charade. Ethan didn't want to lie anymore, because what happened with Kristina and the car bomb proved that the truth always comes out. "You're an idiot, and you ruined all my fun," Tracy sighed. She knew Luke was faking; she just wanted to watch him squirm. Tracy agreed to marry him — provided he signs a prenup. He asked her to elope to Las Vegas — with Maya and Ethan as chaperones. Tracy agreed.

At the captive exchange, Brenda lunged at the thugs, and Dante opened fire. The Balkan's men fired blindly in all directions. Lucky leaped out from behind a rock, shooting. Dante, Lucky and Jason took down all the baddies, leaving Brenda and Siobhan alive. The guys decided to send Jason, Brenda and Siobhan away while the cops take the heat. Lucky wondered why Brenda ran toward the Balkan's men. Later, Mac was furious that he had four corpses in his town. He ordered the guys to get the Balkan out of his city. At the penthouse, Siobhan told Jason the thugs spoke Croatian and had orders to take Brenda alive. She also heard the name "Alexander." When Jason asked Brenda about it, she said she couldn't talk about it. Brenda flashed back meeting Alexander in an alley. He got into a fight with Dante, and she shot him. "Bitch!" Alexander snarled, "I loved you." Then he died. Brenda freaked, but Dante promised to "make this okay."

Lucky returned home to find Siobhan waiting. She wanted to know more about him. He called her "a wonderful adventure that I wouldn't have missed for the world." They kissed. Earlier, Carly and Spinelli had showed Lulu proof that Dante guarded Brenda in 2007: a photo of them together. Lulu was aghast. Later, at the loft, Lulu stressed until Dante got home. She told him about the photo, and he recounted guarding her. He thought Brenda didn't recognize him when he came to PC. "There's nothing to hide about me and Brenda," he insisted.

Jason pressed Brenda, who said talking about Alexander would break a promise to herself. She told him about going for a walk with Dante and getting jumped by Alexander, whom she shot. Dante hid the body. "What makes this Alexander so special?" Jason asked. It turned out that Brenda dated Alexander. After they broke up, he stalked her throughout Europe, and followed her to New York, where Dante was assigned to protect her. Oh, and Alexander was the Balkan's son!

Wednesday

Luke, Tracy, Ethan and Maya awakened from a drunken stupor in a Las Vegas suite. Tracy recalled that she was trying to keep pace with Luke drinking last night. Luke searched the room and produced a marriage license — naming Ethan and Maya! No one could remember them marrying. "There's no way I would willingly marry you" Maya insisted. Ethan said he might do it for a green card. Later, after everyone got cleaned up, Ethan was happy to be married, because that gets his visa straightened out. Maya became thrilled when informed of the tax break for being married. Luke summoned Reverend Grace to finish what was started last night. Grace recounted being summoned to the room to perform a ceremony for Luke and Tracy, but he ended up marrying Ethan and Maya. So the license was real.

Siobhan packed to return to Ireland, but Lucky insisted she stay until the Balkan is caught. She didn't want to be an obligation. He said he feels like he can be himself (or Ronan?) around her and not be judged. She agreed to stay, and set out in search of a job and place to live. Nikolas showed up and told Lucky that their mother called and he told her about the Scorpio house — where she grew up — burning down. Nikolas suggested that Siobhan and Lucky complement each other, but it's a "wartime romance," and he's latching on to her because she's new, and won't betray him like he and Elizabeth did. Lucky insisted he wasn't on the rebound. Siobhan went to Jake's, where she told Coleman she has international bartending experience. "I'll take you on," Coleman agreed. Later, Maxie came in, and chatted up Siobhan, who said she's in town because of a guy: Lucky Spencer. Maxie was stunned. Lucky was flashing back to his first time with Siobhan when Maxie burst in, claiming "some bimbo" at Jake's was dropping his name. When Lucky said he really likes Siobhan, Maxie was upset — after all he had been flirting with her all this time! "We've been flirting?" Lucky asked, truly astonished. Then Lucky went to Jake's and flirted with Siobhan.

At Metro Court, Jax asked Olivia to ask Dante about Brenda. Liv was reluctant to come between him and Carly. Jax admitted having Brenda around brings up old memories. Meanwhile, Carly asked a shirtless Johnny to set up a meeting with one of his employees, Mr. Norman, who was one of the cops on Brenda's security detail. Johnny was reluctant, but Carly insisted Jason's life could be in danger due to lack of all available information about Brenda. Johnny agreed to set up a meet. Later, Olivia dropped by Johnny's to cook dinner, but he ducked out for an errand. Carly met with Jax at the hotel to tell him about Brenda, then went to meet Johnny. Olivia eavesdropped as Johnny insisted on going to the meet with Carly.

Dante went to the penthouse, where Jason told him, "Brenda told me the truth" about Alexander. Jason asked why he made himself an accessory to murder. Dante staid he was just trying to protect Brenda. Jason wondered how Dante could cover up a murder for Brenda but turn in Michael? Dante insisted he genuinely wanted to spare Michael the guilt that comes with covering up a murder. Later, Sam visited Dante at the loft with questions about what happened at the bluffs — and how it relates to what Brenda won't tell anyone. Dante managed to deflect her questions. Dante flashed back to his partner asking, "What's it like to nail a supermodel?" Meanwhile, Suzanne visited Jason, who said Brenda admitted a connection to the Balkan. Suzanne related how she met Brenda while speaking at an ASEC event. Brenda immediately wanted to help, so Suzanne took Brenda to Africa, where the supermodel got sick, but recovered. Jason wondered if Brenda has been running from someone this whole time? Suzanne wondered what else Brenda is hiding. Jason went to Sam and told her he uncovered new information about Brenda — but he can't tell her.

Thursday

Ronnie and Sonny traded barbs at PCPD, with Sonny champing at the bit to get his release papers. Sonny asked Claire to wait with him, but she had a meeting. After she left, Ronnie returned to tell Sonny that it was an Internal Affairs meeting. "Dead woman walking," he intoned, noting that Claire would likely lose her career. Later, Ronnie accused Dante and Claire of helping Sonny. Release papers in hand, Sonny asked Dante if he can help Claire with IA. Dante pointed out he’s as compromised as Claire, noting, “She’s done as a prosecutor.” Dante called it the first rule of law-enforcement: stay detached. Claire returned, and was surprised to find Sonny. Claire assured him there was no way he could change her fate. He promised to stay away from her for good.

At Jason's, Sam asked Brenda to tell her what secret Jason is keeping for her. Brenda said it was none of her business. Elsewhere, Michael came home to the loft, where Dante admitted he'd lied to Lulu about Brenda. Michael was happy to be his sounding board. "You've got a family now," he told his big bro. Dante opened up about getting "pretty close" to Brenda, and why he lied. Back at the penthouse, Sam and Brenda continued to hash out her big secret as Jason looked on. Sam noted it wasn't "fair" for Brenda to act the way she does when Jason is in the line of fire. When she left, Brenda told Jason to reassure his girlfriend. She urged him to write a poem. Or a letter. Jason wanted to talk about Alexander. Then Brenda wanted to take up Spinelli’s cause. He explained about Maxie sleeping with Franco, and that Brenda’s presence has brightened his life. She told him not to waste his devotion on her; he deserves Maxie. Spin asked Jason, who told him to reconcile -- but only if it’s what he really wants. Brenda was stunned that Jason told Dante they had talked, and left to check on Dante.Lulu returned to the loft to find Michael packing to spend weekend at mom’s. She asked if Dante mentioned knowing Brenda from before. “Not until today,” Michael said. Dante flashed back to Brenda thanking him for helping her. They exchanged a Meaningful Glance, and she left. In the present, Brenda showed up at the loft, looking for Dante. Lulu invited her in, and pointedly asked about 2007 -- to Brenda’s shock.

In Las Vegas, Luke, Tracy, Ethan and Maya learned that Rev. Grace wed Ethan and Maya. Flashbacks sketched out the wacky shenanigans: Luke and Tracy were too drunk to stand, so their counterparts propped them up. Maya paid Grace in casino chips (don’t ask where she stored them), and the ceremony began. Grace got he names confused, citing “Ethan” and “Maya,” and the youngsters “translating” for the mumbling drunk pair meant they recited the vows! “Your wedding is official,” Grace insisted. Ethan asked if Grace does annulments? He’s not licensed, but knows a guy. Alone, Ethan wanted to make the best of the situation, but she refused to consummate the marriage.

Jax dropped by to see Johnny, probing him about what Carly was up to, asking Johnny to "turn it down a few notches with my wife." At the Metro Court, Olivia got into it with Carly about Johnny. Later, Carly and Johnny traded notes about being scolded by their respective partners. Liv strolled up and warned Johnny that Carly is using him.

At GH, Patrick updated Robin on Emma, saying he'd told the tot that Mom was "at the hospital with an ‘owie.’” Robin noted she was fighting her infection but she'd still be hospitalized for a while. The duo shared a sweet moment over some of Emma's syrup-laced artwork, and then Mac came in with news about the fire. At the Hub, Maxie needled Lisa, promising she would be sent to Shady Brook. Mac told Robin the arson results were inconclusive, so they cannot charge Lisa. A candle was found near a curtain -- and Maxie admitted lighting candles for the kids to blow out. One could have been knocked over. When Lisa came in, Mac told her the fire looks like an accident, and her alibi checked out. Lisa urged the family to get Robin “the help that she needs.” Later, Robin had a lurid nightmare about being committed to Shady Brook by Patrick. She awoke, screaming, to find Lisa standing over her with a huge hypodermic needle.

Friday

From her hospital bed, Robin screamed that Lisa was trying to kill her. Lisa claimed she was carrying a hypodermic needle that contained prescription medicine for another patient when she responded to Robin’s cries. Patrick and Steve insisted on analyzing the syringe. The results proved Lisa was telling the truth. Later, Lisa complained to Steve about being persecuted, and resolved to go to the hospital board to demand either Robin goes, or Lisa does. Meanwhile, Patrick wanted Robin to concentrate on her infection. Later, Brenda dropped by to support her friend, urging her not to engage Lisa. Steve told Patrick about Lisa’s ultimatum -- which was bolstered by a meticulous paper trail, whereas Robin relied on unfounded (and unproven) accusations. Steve confessed that he has only seen Robin acting erratic. Patrick promised Robin they will find a way to stop Lisa.

Sonny insisted on breaking up with Claire immediately, because it’s best for her career. While she protested her innocence, Sonny warned the Justice Department will make an example of her. “I’m a selfish man,” he declared, but he won’t let her throw away her career to be with him. He ordered her to think of him as “a bad memory.” Later, Jason congratulated Sonny on getting released. Sonny credited Claire, and said he broke up with her. “I’m gonna miss the hell out of her,” he admitted. Then he talked about he hold Brenda had on him, acknowledging that he used to feel addicted to her, and “would have died in Brenda’s arms any night of the week.” But he doesn't want such extremes anymore. Jason revealed that Brenda told him why the Balkan wants her, but he cannot share the information, because he promised Brenda. Jax ran into Claire at Metro Court and offered to use his connections to help her. She said Sonny dumped her like “inconvenient baggage.” Jax said Sonny wasn’t being noble and trying to salvage her career; he dumped her in order to concentrate on Brenda!

Brenda told Lulu she’s had a lot of bodyguards, and was confused when Sonny introduced Dante as his son, so she didn’t recognize him. Lulu said she would have been cool with Dante guarding her if he had owned up to it. Lulu warned Brenda that any relationship with Sonny would be unhealthy. Brenda called him “far from perfect,” but claimed that most of the pain she went through “was self-inflicted,” because she knows what kind of man he is. She said she used to need the drama, but now she realizes that love “can be quiet and simple.” Later, Dante returned to find Lulu packing up the stuff she normally leaves at the loft, lamenting that she feels jealous of his father’s ex. She noted she doesn’t want to smother him. He joked that he’s just too charming and irresistible to supermodels. They laughed and kissed.

Olivia warned Johnny that Carly is using him to make her husband jealous. Jax opined to Olivia that a Brenda vs Carly clash may now be inevitable. Later, Johnny summoned Brad, a former NYPD officer, to answer Carly’s questions about Dante and Brenda. Brad said Dante took double shifts guarding Brenda and entered her suite. Also, he did not deny sleeping with her!

Nikolas brought Spencer by the Hub after he fell off his pony. Brenda saw the child and told him a story about falling off her own horse as a kid, too. Meanwhile, Jason told Dante the story of his marriage Brenda when she feared she was going crazy as a warning about the extremes to which she is willing to go. Jason urged him to coordinate stories with Brenda. Which he did. Brenda lamented that Carly is already on their trail. Dante reminded her that so is the Balkan, meaning, “neither of us is safe.” He pointed out that they are connected by more than just Alexander, but she cut him off, declaring, “I don’t want to talk about the baby.”
