GH Week of November 1, 2010
Monday
At Kelly's, when Robin wasn't looking, someone in a witch's costume sneaked off with Emma. Johnny and Ethan ran outside, where the trio found Michael and Abby with Emma. Abby, a.k.a. Candy the stripper, said she saw someone in a witch's costume run off. Robin was relieved that Emma was fine.
At the penthouse, Brenda hit Dante over the head with a vase and ran to stop Sam from risking her life in the plan to lure out The Balkan. Dante came to and chased after her. Spinelli arrived home, saw the signs of a scuffle and alerted Jason. An angry Jason told Lucky and Sam that their operation was off. Meanwhile, Brenda was grabbed by a Balkan thug on her way to the warehouse. Dante showed up and freed her. As he struggled with the goon, Brenda spotted a gun. She picked it up, and flashed back to shooting Aleksander years earlier. Jason and the others arrived just in time to see Brenda kill the thug. Brenda was extremely shaken up. Dante phoned in the incident while Lucky and Sam disappeared.
Jax, Carly and Josslyn came home from trick-or-treating and compared notes with Morgan. The family discussed Halloween memories. Carly then sent Jax on a mission to snag her some peanut clusters. Afterward, she made a sleepover date for Morgan, who was onto her "trick." He knew Carly wanted some alone time with Jax. After Morgan left, Carly slipped into lingerie and buried
herself in candy — unaware that while he was out, Jax went to check on Brenda.
At G.H., as Elizabeth and the boys arrived in costume, Lisa quietly rushed back to work. Robin arrived and informed Patrick that Lisa snatched Emma again at Kelly's. Robin told Patrick the story; he noted that everything Robin relayed was circumstantial. Robin was furious that Patrick didn't seem to believe her and left the hospital. Patrick went to the locker room and confronted Lisa. There, Lisa stated the only mistake she made was falling in love with Patrick all over again. Lisa added that she's making a fresh start and Robin is being the troublemaker here. Patrick agreed that he may have overreacted. Then, he spotted a witch's hat in the corner.
Back at Kelly's, Abby warned Michael about being too trusting when it came to her. Michael countered that he's not a nice, sweet kid, either. At the counter, Johnny and Ethan wondered how Kristina would take the news about Sonny being responsible for the car bomb blast.... Lulu arrived at the penthouse. She and Spinelli got into an argument over Brenda and Dante, and Lulu stormed out. Sam returned home, furious that Brenda's interference cost them their chance to nail The Balkan.
While sitting alone at Wyndemere, Siobhan was grabbed by The Balkan's thugs. Later, Nikolas and Spencer arrived home and Nik learned from a maid that Siobhan was gone. Lucky arrived shortly after and reported that his plan fell through. Lucky interrogated the maid and was convinced Siobhan didn't leave on her own. Meanwhile, Siobhan was tied up in a warehouse and spit at her kidnapper. The thug demanded answers from her about Ronan. Siobhan played dumb and her kidnapper called her ''bait.'' ... Agent Bates arrived at the PCPD, just as Jason asked Dante what Brenda kept referring regarding the past.
Tuesday
In the G.H. locker room, Patrick saw a witch hat in the corner and accused Lisa of kidnapping Emma from Kelly's. Lisa claimed innocence but Patrick still laid into her. Just then, a nurse entered and announced that the hat was hers. Lisa warned Patrick to watch out for Robin's escalating paranoia. Patrick told Matt about the incident, and he feared that Robin was becoming her own worst enemy. Matt advised his brother to support his wife. Afterward, Patrick confided in Steven, as well. Patrick blamed his cheating for the entire situation but Steven warned that Patrick's personal woes could affect his ability as a doctor. Steven was also troubled that Robin wasn't trying to repair her marriage but Patrick was determined not to lose his family.
At Wyndemere, Lucky was concerned about Siobhan's disappearance and vowed to save her. Nikolas checked with the servants and no one saw Siobhan leave the island. Lucky deduced she was kidnapped by The Balkan's men.
At their home, Carly ate through most of the Halloween candy as she waited for Jax to return. Jax arrived and explained he stopped by Jason's to check on Brenda, also mentioning that Brenda shot one of The Balkan's men. Carly was not thrilled to hear about Jax checking up on Brenda. Jax reminded his wife that he came home to her and they began to snack and kiss.
At Sonny's, he and Claire were flirting when she got a call about the shooting.... At the PCPD, Diane showed up to defend Brenda. Jason asked Diane to get Brenda released ASAP. Outside, Agent Bates grilled Dante for details of the shooting. Bates knew Dante protected Brenda in the past. He then went to see Brenda to interrogate her. Diane stepped in but Bates made Jason leave the room. Jason left and went to Dante for answers, while Bates called Lucky and ordered him down to the station. Just then, Claire arrived. The distraction allowed Sonny to sneak into the interrogation room and see Brenda. A distraught Brenda saw Sonny and gave him a big hug. Bates saw Sonny with Brenda and was furious. Dante asked Sonny to leave. Diane managed to convince Bates to let Brenda go home and rest and they would question her in the morning.
Sam spilled to Spinelli about Brenda's strange behavior after the shooting, which hinted to a past with Dante. Spinelli said he'd monitor the situation. Sam felt bad for Brenda but was concerned about the hold she had over Jason. Afterward, Carly called Spinelli and wanted details of Brenda's incident. Later, Spinelli showed up at Carly's, where she claimed her interest was only for Jason, not Brenda, and convinced him to look into the matter. Carly was curious by Spinelli's revelation that Brenda seemed comfortable with Dante. Carly wondered if Brenda and Dante were previously acquainted.
Ronnie saw Claire at the PCPD and asked if she listened to the tape which incriminated Sonny in the car bomb incident. Claire picked up the phone and called her superiors about the evidence. She later returned to Sonny and kissed him passionately.... Bates quizzed Dante about his connection to Brenda when Lucky arrived. Lucky informed Bates that The Balkan kidnapped another woman. Lucky later received an email of a photo of a bound Siobhan. Dante pointed out that Lucky's true identity as a cop must now be known by The Balkan.... Jason was awakened by Brenda's screams, who was having a nightmare. He rushed into her room and she hugged him tightly for comfort. Sam walked in to see Jason and Brenda in their intimate embrace.
Wednesday
At G.H., Tracy caught Ethan sneaking Luke a smoothie. Ethan apologized. Maya entered and said Luke was ready to be released, but Luke lamented that he had no home to go to. Luke asked Tracy if he could stay at The Haunted Star. She said no, as the rooms were all cold and drafty. Tracy insisted that Luke stay at the Q mansion. Luke turned down her offer to prove that he wasn’t conning her. Tracy refused to take no for an answer. Luke replied he’d go only if she’d marry him. Tracy said they could discuss marriage tomorrow.
At the loft, Dante told Lulu about Brenda and the shooting. He also added that Siobhan had been kidnapped. Dante believed The Balkan wanted to exchange Siobhan for Brenda. Lulu was concerned for Lucky but Dante quickly changed the subject. Then, Carly stopped by. When Carly dissed Brenda, Dante defended her, prompting Carly to ask, “When did you become so close with Brenda?”
At Sonny’s house, Claire descended the stairs and gave Sonny a kiss. He said he was glad that she dropped by last night. Sonny noticed Claire had something on her mind. They discussed Brenda, then Diane stopped in. Diane spilled that Claire submitted evidence again Sonny in the car bomb case. Claire excused herself to get dressed.
At the Scorpio house, Robin filled in Maxie about Lisa’s latest antic as they decorated for Emma’s birthday party. Maxie told Mac that he needed to be nice to Patrick. Elizabeth and the boys showed up, and Robin mentioned that Patrick hadn’t arrived yet. Matt came and told Robin that Patrick got pulled into surgery. At G.H., Patrick decided to work rather than make Emma’s party, “an emotional battleground.” Epiphany and Steven suggested that Patrick attend but he said he’d stop by after everyone left.
At Kelly’s, Michael met with Abby a.k.a. Candy the stripper. They talked about school, and she noted that Michael was uncomfortable with her occupation. They agreed not to feel sorry for each other due to their troubled pasts.
At the penthouse, Spinelli returned and Jason chastised him for giving Brenda the location of The Balkan drop. He was going to banish Spinelli to a hotel but relented. After Jason and Sam went out, Carly stopped by and implored Spinelli to aid in her quest to determine the connection between Brenda and Dante. Spinelli initially refused but Carly sweet-talked him into helping her.
Sonny and Diane showed up at the PCPD to see what the new evidence was. Claire entered and began to question Sonny. He denied having any knowledge of the car bomb attack. Claire then pulled out the recording of Sonny’s conversation with Max about planting the car bomb. Later, Dante saw Sonny in the interrogation room. Sonny broke the news about the proof against him in the car bomb case. After, Claire returned and Sonny wondered if she would have turned over the evidence had he not comforted Brenda the night before.
Jason and Sam went to the scene of the shooting and Jason recalled the words Brenda used with Dante. He returned home to find Carly with Spinelli, just as they discovered the connection between Brenda and Dante from 2007.
Patrick was ready to head out to see Emma but was called to treat a trauma mpatient. At the Scorpio house, the partygoers left, and Robin was unaware that a lit candle fell over.
Thursday
At the Quartermaine mansion, the Qs squabbled as the servants prepared for Luke's return. Just then, the doorbell rang. Edward was thrilled when he opened the door to see Brenda. He and Brenda enjoyed a nice visit and chatted about Jason and Lila. After Brenda left, Luke came home, where Edward accused Luke of being a freeloader. As Alice wheeled Luke in, Maya asked Monica if she was still in on the plan. In the drawing room, Tracy took great glee in denying Luke of cocktails and canapés. Monica cleared out the room to “examine” Luke and gave him an ultimatum: marry Tracy in a month or else she'd expose his trickery.
At the PCPD, Sonny was angry that Claire chose between him and her job — and he lost. Claire said she didn't dig up the evidence, she merely passed it along. “You could have warned me,” he replied. Claire told Sonny she still had feelings for him, then left.
At the Scorpio house, Robin was putting Emma to bed, but the baby was wide awake from her party. Robin was unaware that downstairs, a candle had toppled over and the room began to fill with smoke. As Robin told Emma a story, the drapes downstairs caught fire. Later, Robin emerged from Emma's room, saw the smoke and tripped down the stairs, knocking herself out.
At G.H., Patrick got called into surgery. He was happy to help out but still planned to see Emma on his way home. During surgery, Steven mentioned that Patrick wasn't the only surgeon who had to get out of his father's shadow. Steven opened up about his past, how he didn't plan to go into medicine and how he stumbled upon a fateful car wreck one night that changed his life. At the hub, Lisa asked Elizabeth about Emma's birthday party. Liz stressed that Lisa's out of luck because Patrick still loves his wife. Liz also stuck up for Robin. After their heated talk, Lisa rushed out of the hospital.
At the penthouse, Jason chastised Carly for digging into Brenda's background. She then demanded to know who Jason would save if he had to: her or Brenda. Jason didn't answer but Carly claimed Jason would save her. After Carly left, Jason asked Spinelli if it was true that Dante once guarded Brenda. Spinelli admitted it was true. Just then, Brenda returned. She and Jason argued about the shooting and the Quartermaines. Jason then asked about the other guy she shot. Brenda stayed mum.
Dante was disappointed to hear Sonny was responsible for the car bomb that nearly killed Kristina. Sonny asked Dante to speak kindly about him when Kristina was told about Sonny's arrest. Dante then went to the penthouse and broke the news about Sonny's arrest. Jason made arrangements for Brenda to go to the PCPD to see Sonny. He then asked Dante about his past with Brenda. Just then, Dante got a call regarding The Balkan.... Carly saw Sonny at the PCPD and he spilled the beans about his predicament. Carly was sympathetic to his plight. Upon leaving, Carly bumped into Brenda. Carly advised her not to see Sonny. Brenda ignored the advice.
Lisa arrived at the Scorpio house to find the house ablaze, Robin passed out and Emma crying upstairs. Lisa rescued Emma from the house, then looked back at the structure. Lisa ran back in and Robin woke up to find Lisa standing over her.
Friday
At the PCPD, Sonny and Brenda recalled their bumpy past. Sonny voiced his regrets but Brenda was supportive. Sonny apologized for hurting Brenda.
At the penthouse, Jason and Dante told Lucky about The Balkan's order to swap Brenda for Siobhan. Jason didn't want to risk harm to Brenda but Lucky insisted they had no choice — or else an innocent woman would die. Jason was still reluctant but Lucky vowed to protect Siobhan no matter what.
At G.H., Patrick's surgery with Steven took longer than he expected. Shortly after, Patrick got word that that the paramedics had been called to Mac's house. Meanwhile, Robin woke up at the Scorpio house, which was ablaze, to see Lisa standing over her. Robin resisted Lisa's attempts to help. Firefighters arrived and Robin was relieved that Emma was safe. A bystander told Robin that Lisa saved them both.
Ethan and Johnny heard the news that Sonny was arrested for the car bombing. They worried what Kristina's reaction would be. Olivia came by and they discussed Sonny's arrest. Johnny told Olivia that he still wasn't getting out of the mob. She pulled him into a kiss.
Brook Lynn returned to Wyndemere after a gig and informed him she met a producer and was working on a demo, thanks to him giving her the confidence she needed. Alexis burst in and said she needed a drink. She was furious about Sonny's involvement in the car bombing. Nik advised Alexis to put her anger aside and do what was best for her daughter.
At the loft, Michael broke the news to Krissy about Sonny's culpability. She said she wasn't surprised and asked if Michael knew. Michael confessed he did. Kristina was furious. Michael tried to explain Sonny's side but she didn't want to hear it. Kristina stormed off to confront her father. Later, Kristina arrived at the PCPD and told Sonny she was going to look him in the eye and tell him how she felt about what he did. Kristina forgave Sonny, and apologized for using Johnny to make him angry in the first place. Sonny told Kristina he loved her and they hugged. Alexis entered and Krissy told her mother that her and her dad were finally okay. Afterward, Claire told Sonny there could be a way out of the charges. Sonny questioned why she would want to help him now.
Dante took Lucky back to the loft and warned him to keep his emotions at bay or else someone could wind up dead. Dante got a text from The Balkan setting a time and place for the exchange. Meanwhile, Siobhan tried to escape but failed. Back at the penthouse, Brenda agreed to participate in the exchange but Jason pressed for full disclosure on her ties to The Balkan.
Robin was rushed into the ER with burns as Lisa examined Emma. Patrick was finally out of surgery and rushed downstairs, where Epiphany told him that Lisa saved his wife and daughter's lives. A detective wanted to question Lisa after Robin claimed that Lisa set the fire. Later, Patrick warned Robin that her burns could result in a serious infection, as her immune system is compromised due to her HIV status. At the police station, Lisa saw Nikolas and demanded the hospital do something about Robin.
