At the Quartermaine boathouse, Jason confronted Lucky about whisking Michael away. Lucky said that Michael confessed and he couldn't just let the teen leave with Jason. Lucky then took Michael downtown, but did not arrest him. Jason called Diane and asked her to meet Michael at the station and keep him quiet.
Claire was furious that Jax knew Michael, not Sonny, was Claudia's killer. She vowed that if her career goes down in flames, she's taking him with her. Claire then told Jax that if Michael confesses, all bets were off and his fate would rest with the judge.
Carly and Lulu had it out over Dante's admission. Carly was furious with her cousin for choosing a man over her family and called Lulu, "a selfish bitch." Lulu claimed that she was doing what was best for Michael. Carly called Lulu a hypocrite and walked off, as Lulu held back her tears.
Sonny and Dante argued over Dante's act in court. Dante swore he did it to protect his brother from ending up like Sonny, but Sonny argued that Dante turned in Michael to get back at him.
Morgan compared notes with Molly and Kristina about Michael's fate. Morgan was crushed that Dante would give up Michael. Morgan said he needed to speak from Dante.
Johnny vented to Olivia that Dante's actions will keep Sonny out of jail. "Sonny didn't kill your sister," Liv countered. Johnny said he hopes he's wrong but he predicted that Jason would kill Dante for turning in Michael.
At the PCPD, Mac read Michael his rights. Diane accused Mac of not allowing Michael his due process. Lucky took Michael in to be booked. Jason arrived, fearful that Michael would be going to prison. Sam showed up and offered to help. Jason said there was nothing she could do.
Judge Carroll called Lucky into a meeting. The judge reviewed Lucky's behavior and accused Lucky of not arresting Michael so he wouldn't have to incriminate the boy. Lucky spoke from the heart when it came to his troubled cousin and said if anyone deserves mercy from the court, it's Michael.
Jax met up with Carly, who did not want to speak with him. Jax vowed to do something to fix the situation. Carly burst into tears and blamed herself for allowing Michael to grow up in a world surrounded by violence. She then thanked Jax for being such a great father to Morgan. She stated that if they can't find their way back to each other, she still wanted him to be a part of Morgan's life. Just then, Carly got the call about Michael's arrest.
Dante and Lulu compared notes. Dante insisted that he was doing the right thing. Morgan entered with the girls and confronted Dante on his betrayal. Dante tried to assure his sibs that Michael would not be going to Jail, but the kids weren't sold. Dante asked Morgan to trust him one more time. Molly remained skeptical. Lulu insisted that Dante was doing the right thing.
At home, Olivia spoke to Sonny in Dante's defense. Sonny replied that what Dante did was unforgivable. Liv pointed out that Sonny tried to kill his own son, and asked if he was preparing to finish the job.
In the courthouse, Carly ordered Morgan home and laid into Dante, accusing him of lying to Morgan's face. Sonny chastised Lulu for not acting in Michael's best interests. Sonny insisted that Dante was wrong and said to Lulu, "You're not the person I thought you were." Meanwhile, Olivia warned Dante to watch his back. Diane sadly reported back to Sonny that whatever happened to Michael next was out of her hands.
Judge Carroll reconvened the court and ordered those in the courtroom not to try and coach Michael in any way. Michael was then brought into court and placed on the witness stand. Michael was sworn in by the judge.

Tuesday
In court, Michael confessed to killing Claudia. He slowly, deliberately and carefully explained how he killed his monstrous stepmother while trying to save his mother and newborn sister. Carly, Sonny, Jason and Jax all listened
intently. The judge accepted Michael's confession and remanded him to jail
until sentencing on Friday. Noting that he was a flight risk, there was no
bail set. Judge Carroll then reprimanded the entire court for their
attempted cover up and stated that Sonny and Carly may be charged with
perjury. The judge then ordered everyone out.
As everyone filed out, Olivia warned Jason to stay away from Dante. Sonny
tried to assure Carly that Michael would be fine. Carly then asked Sonny
what he just saw and she replied, “I saw my son being handcuffed by your
bastard!” In the hall, Carly laid into Lulu for Dante’s actions. Tracy
arrived and pointed out to Carly that she stole Michael from the Qs and gave
him to Sonny, so she had no one to blame but herself.
At the PCPD, Dante booked Michael and assured his brother that he was acting
in Michael’s best interests. Michael was fingerprinted, photographed and put
into a cell.
Judge Carroll called the jury back to officially drop the charges against
Sonny and they were dismissed. The jurors, especially Alice and Coleman,
left disgruntled. Afterward, Sonny told Olivia that he’d make sure Jason
didn’t retaliate against Dante. Sonny blamed Liv for Dante hating him, but
she pointed out that only Sonny was responsible for the life he lives.
Jason went back to the penthouse and ordered Michael to be looked after
while in lock-up. When Jason gave Spinelli an out-of-town task, Spinelli
realized that Jason was planning to take care of Dante. Spinelli begged
Jason not to perpetuate the cycle of violence, and pointed out that Sonny
would never forgive Jason for killing his firstborn.
Carly went to the PCPD to see Michael. Dante met her and tried to explain
his actions were to help Michael but Carly wasn’t hearing any of it. Michael
was brought in and Carly embraced her son. Michael apologized and said that
he couldn’t see his dad go to prison for something he did. She assured
Michael she was not angry with him. She also warned him not to trust Dante.
Michael told his mom to tell his sibs that he loves them. A devastated Carly
went home and told Morgan what happened with Michael. Morgan started to cry.
She assured Morgan that Michael would be out of jail on Friday, once the
judge delivers his punishment.
Over a glass of wine, Johnny assured Olivia that he wasn’t through with
Sonny.... Dante went home to find Lulu waiting for him. She reassured her
man that he did the right thing. Dante was convinced that the judge would go
easy on Michael.... Sonny went to see Michael in his cell. Michael
apologized but Sonny told him not to. “I have a lot of respect for you,
son,” Sonny noted. Michael promised to be strong and to make Sonny proud.
Jason eavesdropped on the conversation.
Wednesday
At Dante's loft, Dante and Lulu held each other on the couch, and realized they hadn't eaten all day. Lulu suggested they order take out but Dante said he had a better idea. He pulled out a hunk of cheese from his fridge and suggested they make a pasta dish. Dante asked Lulu to dice a tomato; she had no idea how to use a knife. Dante gave Lulu a lesson in the kitchen, and she caught him using sauce from a jar. Lulu cut her finger with the knife when Dante mentioned Jason in conversation. Dante bandaged her, poured some wine and the two shared a delicious meal. After doing the dishes, Lulu smiled that she liked playing house with Dante. Lulu made a move to go home and Dante asked her to spend the night with him. Lulu walked over and kissed him, saying, "I thought you'd never ask." Lulu was afraid they'd get another interruption but Dante assured her that nothing would keep them from being together. Dante carried Lulu to bed and they finally had sex.
Skye ran into Jax, who was drowning his sorrows alone at The Metro Court bar. Jax lamented the cover up story, and admitted that he thought he would finally be through with Sonny. Skye assured Jax that he was still a good man.
At the PCPD, Jason found Michael crying alone in his cell. "What do I do now?" Michael asked his mentor. Michael admitted that he didn't give much thought to what would happen to him after the truth came out. Jason assured Michael that he'd only be in jail for a few days. Jason offered Michael some tips for sleeping at night.
At his home, Johnny couldn't stop thinking about Claudia, and recalled a childhood story for Olivia. Johnny vowed to make Sonny pay for all the grief he caused Claudia. Johnny asked Olivia to spend the night, and not try and change him. Olivia said she gave up on changing him long ago. Johnny continued to seductively badge Olivia to move in with him.
Robin planned for some alone time with Patrick when a troubled Jason stopped by. "What's wrong?" Robin asked. Jason gave Robin a long overdue apology for when she went against him and told AJ that he was Michael's biological father. "Michael killed someone," he sighed, blaming himself. "I never wanted that for him." Jason left and later, Patrick came home. Robin told her husband about the visit and discussed her past with Jason. Patrick pointed out that Jason is to her what she is to him, and he'll never understand the loss she dealt with when Stone passed away. They cuddled on the couch.
Jax visited Michael in jail. Michael told his stepdad that he was thinking about the beauty of Mexico. Jax apologized to Michael for his role in what happened. Michael insisted that he'd be able to take care of himself, no matter what happened next.
Jason went back to the penthouse and shared his frustration with Sam. Sam tried to comfort Jason, who remained inconsolable.
Thursday
At G.H., Helena got into a row with Epiphany about Elizabeth's pre-natal care. Elizabeth was shocked that Helena expected her to leave her job; Lucky intervened. Lucky sneered to Helena that she should be put out of her misery. Helena told Lucky to, "Bring it on."
Mike met Conan at the restaurant, and caught Sonny napping and wanted to talk. "I've seen you look better," Mike noted. Sonny was upset that Michael was turned in by his own brother.
At the PCPD, Carly and Morgan met with Michael in jail. Carly tried to tell Morgan that Dante was not the good guy he believed him to be. During the talk, Michael realized that Carly perjured herself during the trial.
At Crimson, Kate returned and buried Maxie under work. Secretly stressing out regarding her personal life, Kate barked at Maxie to find Lulu.
At Dante's loft, Lulu and Dante were elated to wake up in each other's arms after their night of lovemaking. They had some leftover pasta in bed and reminisced about their evening. The pair turned off their cell phones to continue making love. Lulu suggested they take a shower. Dante liked the idea, picked her up in his arms and carried her away. Post-shower, the towel-clad couple fell back onto the bed. Dante told Lulu his feelings were all brand new to him. Suddenly, Lucky showed up with news from Maxie ordering Lulu back to the office.
At Metro Court, Maya met with Skye to learn more about the Quartermaines. Tracy interrupted the meeting. Skye then told Maya all about Tracy's peccadillos. Maya vowed that she only came to town to learn more about the Wards, and informed Tracy that she'd better get used to seeing her face.
Helena went to Wyndemere to chat with Nikolas about Lucky's "possessive" behavior. Nikolas told his grandmother to give Liz a break. Helena warned Nik to protect his parental interests where Lucky was concerned.
Back at G.H., Elizabeth was saddened to learn that Shirley was admitted to GH after collapsing with a fever. Epiphany tried to warn Liz not to get too close to her patient. Liz immediately took her break to go see Shirley. There, Shirley told Liz she didn't have a fever, it was just a hot flash. Shirley wanted to know what was going on with Liz's love life. Liz dished on Helena instead, and shared she was happy when Lucky came to her rescue earlier.
At lunch, Morgan wanted to throw Michael a coming home party but Carly advised him not to.... Kate went to see Sonny for closure about Dante. She speculated that no matter what happened, they probably weren't meant for each other.... Lucky stormed over to Wyndemere to kvetch about Helena. Nik told his brother to butt out.... At Metro Court, Helena met with Thor and chuckled that her plan was going well. Tracy interjected, and wanted to know why Helena was so interested in Liz's baby.... Lulu went to the office, where Maxie demanded details of Lulu's night of love.
Dante visited Michael at the PCPD and assured the teen that he wouldn't leave him. Afterward, Dante got a visit from Sonny, who warned his firstborn that he was no longer under his protection. As the men argued, Sonny got a text that Judge Carroll had decided Michael's sentence.
Friday
Jax met with Claire to discuss what they should do next. She was angry at Jax for his duplicity. Just then, Claire got the call that the judge had reached a verdict.
At Crimson, Lulu told Maxie that Carly and company should be grateful for Dante trying to help Michael.
As Morgan and Molly worked on math problems, Kristina and Mike informed them that the judge was coming back with his decision. Morgan was thrilled that Michael would finally be coming home. Kristina agreed to sneak them into the courthouse.
Johnny and Olivia stopped in at Kelly's for a quick bite. Johnny also got a call that the judge wanted him to speak about Claudia before rendering his verdict. Olivia called Lulu and asked her to come to court to support Dante. Lulu raced out of the office.
Dante argued his case before Sonny, Carly and Jason. "You need to stop talking now," barked Sonny, adding that Dante may be the son he deserved, but he wasn't the brother that Michael deserved.
At the courthouse, the kids laid low until a verdict was announced. Morgan was certain that Michael would be freed and Dante would not be blamed.
At G.H., Liz chatted with Shirley, who noted the nurse's good mood. Liz was thrilled that Lucky stepped up for her during her earlier clash with Helena. Shirley warned Liz about getting her hopes up; Liz insisted that she wasn't.
At Metro Court, Helena told Tracy that she had no interest in Spencer, but stated that she'd be raising both of her great grandchildren as "proper Cassadines." The women then got possessive when it came to Luke. "You stay away from my husband," Tracy huffed. Helena then told Thor that she feared Tracy might uncover her scheme. Tracy went to G.H. to see the lab tech who handled Liz's paternity test. Epiphany informed her that the lab tech died. Tracy was immediately suspicious.
Lucky arrived at Crimson with flowers, then informed Maxie they weren't from him. They were from a photographer who had canceled a shoot. Lucky helped Maxie move some boxes around the office. Maxie mentioned that Lulu's in love with Dante. Lucky, in turn, told Maxie that he is over Liz.
Judge Carroll entered the courtroom. Michael was brought in and the judge offered Johnny the chance to speak. Johnny said that he deeply cared for his sister, but Michael was justified in trying to protect his mother and baby sister. He added that Claudia would not want Michael to suffer because of her actions. Judge Carroll thanked him and he asked Johnny to step down. The judge then told Michael to rise, and he sentenced Michael to five years in Pentonville. The courtroom erupted. Dante begged the judge to reconsider but his pleas fell on deaf ears. The judge explained to Michael the grounds for his decision and blamed all the adults in his life for this predicament. Sonny then pleaded for leniency, to no avail. The judge chastised everyone involved in the cover up. After a hug from his grieving parents, Michael was led away to jail.
