Over breakfast, Patrick asked Robin what was wrong as she kvetched about missing coffee. Patrick admitted he has a feeling their baby is a boy. He went on to explain that a baby boy will give him the chance to be everything Noah wasn't. She assured him they will not repeat their parent's mistakes. Before they left for the hospital, Robin confessed to Patrick that she doesn't want to jinx anything by planning ahead and is trying stay in the moment. Patrick said they'll be fine, that she shouldn't deprive herself of excitement.

Claudia jogged into the park, ran into Nikolas and pair commiserated over their missing siblings. Nik shared some of the warning signs Laura exhibited during her descent into catatonia and asked her to let her brother know what sorts of behaviors to watch out for. He also said Johnny needs to get Lulu some mental help. A few minutes later, Anthony ring Claudia and requested she come home. Meanwhile, at the Zacchara residence, the Don said he was proud that his son gave the cops the slip, but Trevor reminded him that Johnny his also hiding from him. Trevor then expressed his anger for not being allowed to help him find the mob prince. Trevor contended that they had to send a message that Lulu has nothing to fear, that the Zaccharas would protect her too. That's when Claudia arrived. Anthony asked her to convince her brother to come home. “Vixenella” lied and claimed she hasn't heard from Johnny. Trevor blamed the whole mess on her, declaring that she should have called him after Logan was killed, but didn't do so because she is selfish. Anthony claimed Johnny would rush back to Port Chuck if he thought his sister was in trouble. Claudia scoffed at the idea, and pointed out that Johnny would see through a scheme like that. She said the only way to get him home is assure him he won't have to face a trial and that Lulu will be safe.

Alexis summoned Maxie to her office to jog her memory about the night Logan died, and confronted her with the fact that she visited Johnny in lockup and wanted to know what else she knows. Maxie gave the absurd the explanation that she tried to seduce Johnny, but did not want to tell Mac. Nikolas interrupted the meeting by telling Alexis it was an emergency. Maxie slipped out and Nik asked his aunt if he could speak to her in confidence. After Alexis reluctantly agreed, he explained that he has not spoken to Lulu, but that he heard from someone in contact with Johnny and he fears his sister is on the verge of a breakdown. Alexis said Lulu will face charges if she comes home, but if she is institutionalized charges are not likely. After Nikolas left, Trevor stopped by Alexis's office to assure her that when the Zaccharas find Johnny he will turn himself in. He also warned that Anthony will go mad if his son goes to prison.

Cody informed Jason that Karpov landed a shipment, Jason said someone tried to kill him at the docks. Spinelli burst in and announced he had binoculars and all the apparatus they'll need for their stakeout. Jason asked Cody to keep his eye on the next shipment and the ex-soldier left. Jason explained to Spin that he is trying to reserve judgment on the Karpov and Sonny situation until he has more information. Spinelli again expressed his need to prove himself beyond his cyber prowess, he needs to prove himself to Maxie. Hearing all that, Jason agreed to stake out Karpov with him. While sitting on Karpov, the Grasshopper asked Jason if could have a gun, Jason reminded him that he shot himself in the foot last time. After a while, Spin passed out and his head slammed into the horn, just as the Russian mobster came into sight.

At G.H., Matt unsuccessfully tried to bicker with Elizabeth, who couldn't be bothered. Kelly walked over to the nurses' station and told them that Robin and Patrick had an appointment to discover the sex of their baby. When Patrick and Robin arrived for their ultrasound, the dashing doc asked Liz if she knew found out Cameron and Jake's sex before they were born. Then Matt came over and recruited Patrick to work in the E.R. Robin phoned Maxie about going to see Kelly with her. While waiting for the test, Robin admitted that she is scared to death and Maxie lamented that Georgie was not there. Patrick showed up in the nick of time to find out he and Robin and are having a girl!

Claudia popped over to Wyndemere to let Nik know that her father is going full-speed ahead in his search for Johnny and asked him what they are going to do. He detailed the resources at his fingertips and explained that he already has plans in motion to get Lulu and Johnny new identities and has arranged a transportation route that will be impossible to trace. When Claudia questioned trusting Nikolas, he claimed the only way to save the pair is to help both of them get away. Meanwhile, Alexis came across Anthony conversing with Kristina in the park.
