GH Preview: What’s Behind Sam’s Fainting Spells?

After losing consciousness several times, Sam decides to seek treatment next week on GH — and she is definitely in for a shock when she receives her diagnosis. She will not, however, be visibly surprised when she gets a look at her doctor, Michael Easton’s Finn. “We feel that at this point, Finn is an established character and after the first bit of a wink and a nod that we had to give to the fact that we got back an actor who had played other parts on the show, we’ve definitely moved past that. This is going to be Finn and Sam, dealing with a situation that has nothing to do with the past,” says Co-Head Writer Shelly Altman. When he delivers his diagnosis, “We will find out if something that happened on the island, or during their escape, has caused a disease to spread, or if it’s something else,” she teases. For more on the story, check out the new issue of Digest.
