im sure that this has been a topic many times but i just want to put my own "Spin" on things...
first GH needs to tone down the mob aspect of the show because now its seems thats all that general hospital is a mob show , focusing most of its attention on the sonny and jason storylines... what happened to the GH of old when we had diffrent stoylines to go along with all the mob action. sure the mob has always been prevelant on the shows canvas but now its seemingly overtaken the show. there are no real couples on the show save for lulu and jonny and Max and Diane (who i might add are my favorite couple) GH used to be about love in the afternoon now its mobsters general. its not bad but i must say that its not the best! all i asked for is a balanced canvas because the only diffrenet type of story i get is the scrubs storyline and that just isnt enough. i miss the Quatermain family being prevelant and wish there was a way to undo what guza and the other gh writing team did in tearing one of daytimes best families apart. and killing off characters like Emily, Tony, Alan and Gergie was just plain stupid and done in horrible fashion. so can i get the opion of other fans on what you all think even though im sure u said it many times before and what you would like to see on a soap opera in general.

You are right that whole thing is getting far to old, although a tie in with the Y & R cause of the info Paul gotten could make it interesting. Having Paul go down to investigate David's background some more.Whatcha think.
I agree with you 100%. It started when they killed off Tony Jones and has just gotten progressively worst as they killed of all the other good actors.. Maybe they can pull a "Dallas" and have it be a bad dream and bring everybody back. Days I do watch the show now is to just see if it has gotten any worse, and by gosh it has gotten worse that is.

To put it another way, GH needs more Sam and Lucky playing the cowbell -- in the hot tub!
They also need to move Matt away from the mob-centric stories, and give him a girl and a hot tub as well. I am liking Leyla or Liz for him.
Jasam- both in action and romanceFamily and friends interaction, and not to just talk about couples remebering its history- not rewrites, what really happened. Lucky,Elizabeth, and Nik scenes together- maybe a dinner at Kelly's to remember the good time together.

THAT is the $64,000 question! There are just a handful of young actresses that are impossibly beautiful! This actress - whose name I am not even going to attempt - is one. Natalia Livingston, and Bree Williamson on OLTL are two more. Nadia Bjorlin is another.I am liking Jason Cook with the beard...reminds me a bit of Robert Kelker Kelly. Maybe they will make Matt Hunter gay! That would be fun.
