Jerry's recording told Jax that he hid the DVDs in Sonny's house to torment Claudia, but realized the info on the discs would negatively impact Jax and Carly. He went on to detail his role in the events of April 4, 2008: He hired Ian Devlin to shoot Sonny on Claudia's orders. Jax hid the DVD when Carly finished her shower, telling her he was on a business call. She said he sounded like his brother, and she's glad Jerry is dead, because he took advantage of Jax. Before heading to dinner, she promised never to keep any secrets ever again. Later, he told her he had a gift for her, and went to the safe to fetch it. She stumbled upon the DVD, and just as she was about to fire it up, Jax returned.

Lulu arrived home just as Johnny was headed to Claudia's coming-out party for Sonny. She feared he wants to go back to the mob. Maxie arrived, and urged Lulu to be more compassionate — Claudia is all the family he has. Lulu wondered why Maxie knows more about Johnny than she does. Maxie said they talked during those endless car rides to parties. At the federal building, Spinelli pretended to be a janitor to enter Agent Rayner's office — but could not access the FBI mainframe. Then Sam came in and gave Spinelli Rayner's badge. He worked to transfer that security clearance to Winnifred's credential. At Sonny's place, Ric told Claudia he knows she was responsible for Michael's shooting, and he made a show of formulating a blackmail plan, then kissed her. Outside, Rayner listened to Jason's wire as the mob summit got under way. Sonny was suspicious of Jason asking about the money end of the business, but Jason pressed him about South America. Then Ric suggested Jason make a public show of stepping down. Claudia appeared, clad in a tight dress that attracted lots of attention. When Ric started mouthing off, Jason pushed him, purposely spilling Ric's drink on himself — and disrupting the wire. When Johnny arrived, Claudia hinted that Ric was causing her trouble. Sonny made a speech about these tough economic times, and said he's consolidating all his businesses. Jason voiced his full support for Sonny. Johnny stepped forward to speak "on behalf of the Zacchara family," and expressed total confidence in Sonny. He also blasted Ric for making mistakes. Afterward, Ric warned Sonny that he's trusting the wrong people. Rayner phoned Jason and summoned him to his office. Claudia walked Johnny out to in order to slip him details. She returned in time to hear Ric tell Sonny he has vital information to share. Jason reported to Rayner, who was furious that the night's discussions was all about coffee — and ordered Jason arrested. In another part of the FBI building, Sam swiped a badge through a lock, and was confronted by someone who demanded to see her ID. Spinelli arrived home and told Maxie and Lulu he feared for his freedom and that "Maxinista will further..." He stopped himself, but too late. "Further what?" Lulu demanded.

Elizabeth agreed to care for Emma while Patrick went to Rochester to reclaim Robin, but he was unsure how to get her to come home. Meanwhile, Robin brought Brad "home" to "Nancy's" motel room for wine.Later, Liz urged him to just go talk to Robin. "Nancy" told Brad she likes a man who works with his hands. They kissed, but when it moved to the bed she backed him off. "You don't even know me," she said. "You shouldn't have to deal with my garbage." She said she once thought she had a great life, but woke up one day thinking all the choices she made were wrong, and she's "drowning." Patrick told Liz, "I want Robin back here." She told him, "Go get your wife." Later, Brad kissed "Nancy" goodnight — just as Patrick arrived.

Tuesday

Rayner demanded that Jason give him evidence incriminating Sonny or else
Jason and Spinelli would be in trouble. Jason suggested Rayner file charges
against him and leave Spinelli out of it, but Rayner refused. Soon, Diane
arrived and stated that her client, Jason, was being wrongfully detained.
Rayner was determined to arrest Jason and Spin.

Meanwhile, Sam was caught by FBI Agent Compton, who demanded to see her ID.
They were interrupted by Winnifred, who called Sam "Agent Sam" and got her
out of there just in time.

Spinelli, Lulu and Maxie sat and ate together at Lulu and Johnny's place;
Lulu then argued with Johnny over him wanting to go to the "mob party" and
left the room. Spin and Maxie urged Johnny to make amends with Lulu.
Spinelli then told Maxie and Johnny that he knew they'd kissed. Maxie
explained how she'd told Spin she was going to sleep with Johnny as a
desperate ploy to keep Spinelli from leaving town. Just then, the FBI
knocked on the door; Spinelli opened it and accepted his arrest. Maxie
blamed herself for Spin's predicament. Johnny then confided in her how he
feels Claudia is in over her head being wed to Sonny and he feels like he
has to protect her. Maxie noted that Johnny didn't deserve Lulu and she
didn't deserve Spinelli. "If I lose Spinelli, that's it for me," Maxie said.
"My heart will be closed for business."

Jax returned to his and Carly's hotel suite and they ended up in bed. They
declared how lucky they are to have reunited. Carly reminded him how she
insisted that they belong together. "I've never stopped loving you," he
replied. Carly thanked him for forgiving her. "You forgave me for a few
things, as well," he admitted. He suggested they make a pact: that whatever
happened, they'd find a way to get through it. She wanted them to have a
clean slate. Later, they agreed on what to have for dessert. When
Carly stepped out, Jax watched the DVD from Jerry about Michael's shooting;
in it, Jerry named himself, Claudia and Ian as being responsible for it.
Later, Jax promised Carly that nothing would ever come between them again.

As Carly listened, Ric told Sonny that Sonny needed to "desperately know"
something that had to deal with Claudia. Sonny demanded that they tell him
what was going on, and what this "information" was. Ric explained that he
knew a lot, thanks to his relationships with Zacchara and Trevor. Ric then
asked Claudia if he was in or out of the organization. Claudia didn't want
to play his game, but Ric insisted she say what she think. Claudia didn't
think Ric could be trusted ... but thought he could be useful for Sonny. She
advised Sonny to give him a place; Sonny thought she was out of her mind.
Later, they argued over Ric. Claudia reminded Sonny that she's on his side.

Patrick eavesdropped on Robin, a.k.a. "Nancy" saying goodnight to Brad by
the motel. She called Brad sweet and thanked him for being there when she
needed him. Brad said he respects the fact that she has someone at home and
wished her a good life. Robin then went into her motel room and sat down on
her bed and stared out into space. After, a mistaken Patrick confided in
Elizabeth that Robin cheated with another guy (even though she hadn't
actually done so). Liz noted that things were complicated since Robin was
suffering from postpartum depression, but Patrick couldn't help but take it
personally. He asked how she felt when Lucky was hooked on drugs, then
apologized for the low blow. Liz sympathized with what Drake was going
through. Patrick teared up as he admitted that out of all the things he
anticipated going through with Robin, this was never it. He wondered if his
wife would even come home; Liz assured him that Robin would return. He asked
Liz to keep this secret and didn't even want Robin to know that he saw her
with another man. Later, Patrick held Emma and confided in his baby daughter
about how concerned he is about his relationship with Robin. He promised to
take care of his daughter. Just then, Robin entered. "I'm home," she said
quietly. Patrick told her that he was going to look for her, but she replied
that it was better she came back on her own. She explained that she wanted
to be away from everything that was weighing her down. Patrick asked why she
stopped in Rochester; she said that it was "random" and admitted to creating
a whole new identity for herself. Still, she didn't mention Brad. "I think I
have postpartum depression and I really need help," she concluded.

Spinelli was brought in to join Rayner, Diane and Jason. Diane kept saying
that Rayner didn't have a case against the guys.... Sam made her way into a
records room at the agency and grabbed Spinelli's case file (using a napkin
so her fingerprints wouldn't get on it). She also opened his file on the
computer and destroyed the evidence against him. Later, Rayner was
informed that the evidence had been corrupted. Rayne blamed Spinelli and
demanded to know who the last person who entered the records room was; the
agent informed Rayner that Rayner was the last person who'd been there. He
reluctantly told Diane that the guys were free to go, but warned that he
wasn't backing off of them.

Wednesday

On the docks, Nikolas berated Lucky for hitting on the dead ringer for his dead ex-wife. Rebecca heard the exchange. Lucky told Nik to calm down. Nik asserted that Lucky dating Rebecca would be creepy. Just then, Liz showed up and exposed an eavesdropping Rebecca. Liz diffused the situation and the boys calmed down.

Robin told Patrick that she invited Lainey over. Patrick was still cold to her. Robin apologized for her behavior and admitted she has a problem. Patrick called Robin on the fact that she didn't tell Lainey the real reason why Robin had invited her over. Lainey showed up looking forward to brunch with her girlfriend, but she immediately sensed the tension between Robin and Patrick. Robin told Patrick to go to work and she'd take care of everything. Patrick left. Lainey wanted to know what she walked in on and Robin came clean about her postpartum depression. Robin wondered aloud if she made a mistake by having a baby. Just then, an upset Robin grabbed her coat and left.

Johnny showed up to visit Claudia. He demanded to know what was going on with his sister. Claudia confessed that Ric knows about her involvement with Michael's shooting. She mentioned that Johnny was not implicated in the DVDs. Claudia vowed to get herself out of her current pickle.

Ric went to the penthouse to see Jason. "What the hell do you want?" Jason asked. "Is that any way to talk to your new partner?" Ric replied. Jason realized Ric had something up his sleeve and vowed to find out and get rid of him once and for all. "You are nothing but a thug with a gun," Ric asserted.

At the Haunted Star, Edward showed up looking for Tracy. Ethan told Edward she wasn't around but he'd pass along a message. Luke entered and watched Ethan lift Edward's wallet. Luke tried to persuade Edward to stay for a drink so Ethan could return the wallet without Edward noticing, but the Q patriarch took off before that could happen. Luke demanded the wallet back so he could hide it in the mansion. Just then, Tracy arrived. Tracy had a plan to pull the wool over Edward's eyes regarding ELQ, but Luke stated he wanted no part of it. Tracy said he was not asked to participate. After Tracy left, Luke warned Ethan that if anyone was going to scam Edward, it would be him. Tracy listened from the hall.

At Kelly's, Sam and Spinelli met to discuss a new venture. Spinelli suggested they form a P.I. partnership. Spinelli also thanked Sam for her part in destroying the evidence against him. Just then, Winnifred showed up. She told her pals that, in light of the evidence disappearance, she has been fired from the F.B.I. Spinelli looked at Sam and offered Winnie a job at their new P.I. service. Sam was not thrilled.

At Mercy, Patrick apologized to Matt for biting his head off about Robin's postpartum.

Ric went to see Rayner and make him a proposal. He offered to bring down Jason, but Rayner insisted Sonny was a part of the package. Ric then went to Sonny's and ordered Claudia to spy on Sonny and dig up info on him.

Nikolas ran into Rebecca at Mercy and apologized for his behavior. Rebecca beat him to the punch and said she was sorry for not considering his feelings. Just then, a nurse came and told Rebecca the doctor would see her now.

On the docks, Robin bumped into Jason and confessed that she had postpartum. She even sympathized with Carly. Robin opened up and Jason comforted her.

Thursday

Patrick expressed his anger towards Robin to Elizabeth. She reminded him that treating Robin's post-partum depression is the most important thing. Robin returned home; Patrick said that he had to go to Mercy and asked Liz to stick around. Robin realized that Patrick didn't trust her. Patrick said that he didn't want to argue and would be back as soon as possible. Liz and Robin sat down for a heart-to-heart and Liz urged Robin not to blame herself for her post-partum depression. Robin sighed that she can't believe the things she's done recently. "You need professional help," stressed Liz.

Patrick went to Metro Court to see Carly. He told her that she had been right, that Robin was suffering from PPD. Carly offered to help, telling him about her own experience with the disease when Michael was born. Carly urged Patrick to support Robin as she healed, not criticize her. Patrick returned home and Liz made herself scarce. Robin told Patrick that she was ready to admit that she has PPD and is going to get help. Patrick replied that he loved her and would support her every step of the way. A nanny recommended by Carly, Mercedes, showed up. Robin was upset that Patrick had told Carly about her condition.

A giggly Carly and Jax were taken to task by Olivia for destroying the honeymoon suite. Olivia asked Jax if he'd watched the DVD that had arrived for him. Jax watched it upstairs, alone, and Olivia came into the room in time to hear Jerry implicating Claudia in Michael's shooting. Olivia promised to keep mum, but Jax told Olivia that he needed someone to talk to about the situation anyway, and filled her in on the fact that Claudia had ordered the hit on Sonny. Her strongly worded advice: burn the DVD. She opined that some secrets were better left buried. Jax wasn't sold on the idea and said as much. Carly walked in on Jax and Olivia's intense discussion.

Ethan was impressed when he and Luke entered the Q mansion. Their mission was to lift Edward's phone from him. When Edward entered, they pretended to be seeking his advice on top-shelf liquor. Tracy entered, foiling their scheme. The men kept trying to get the phone; Tracy kept trying to take it herself. Once alone with Luke, Tracy read him the riot act for trying to steal her scam from her. Tracy forced Luke to return the phone to Edward. She observed the almost eerie synchronicity between Luke and his protege. She told the men to go and added that she would check their pockets at the door.

Nikolas offered to wait for Rebecca while she was getting her mammogram. When Lucky saw him there, he jumped to the wrong conclusion; Nik insisted that he was there with Rebecca's consent and shared with Lucky that Rebecca was undergoing a mammogram. Lucky was floored. Their conversation was cut short when Rebecca emerged from her appointment. She was surprised to see Lucky. He was called away but said that he'd call her later. Rebecca told Nikolas that the doctors had asked her to stick around. She told him he could leave but he said that he would like to stay. She was grateful for the moral support. The doc emerged and reported to Rebecca and Nikolas that they'd found an area of concern on her mammogram.

Ric told Claudia that he would keep mum about her role in Michael's shooting if she fed him information about Sonny. She resisted, and when Sonny entered, Ric covered by telling Sonny that Claudia had embezzled money from Anthony before the organizations merged and has been keeping it for Johnny. Ric said he was trying to prove his value to the organization by spilling the beans about Claudia's actions. After he left, Claudia copped to having taken the money. Sonny called Bernie to summon Johnny for a meeting. Claudia went upstairs, where Ric was waiting for him. Claudia told Ric that Sonny knows that she is going to support Johnny no matter what it costs her. Ric told Claudia that she has no bluff to call; that if she didn't feed him the information, he'd spill all. Ric implied that he didn't care if he died as a result. Claudia tried to convince Ric that the FBI wouldn't make the deal with him that they promised. "If you do this, we're all going to end up dead or in jail," insisted Claudia. He told her to cooperate or else. He said that he needed evidence and that she should move quickly. He kissed her on the lips and left. She called Dr. Hill and claimed to need a prescription for sleeping pills.... Sonny encountered Ric again and asked why he was there. Ric warned Sonny of an imminent attempt on his life. Ric made a call to verify Sonny's claim. Claudia entered, then said she had elsewhere to be.... Sonny told Ric that she wanted him to sit in on the organization's meetings from now on.... Claudia left a message for Ric telling him that she was going to do what he wants and more. She fingered the bottle of pills.

Friday

Claudia called the doctor to check on the instructions for her "sleeping
pills," then started to dissolve a few in a bottle of alcohol. Were they for
Ric, who knew the truth about Claudia and Michael's shooting?

Carly walked in on Rex and Olivia's conversation and wanted to know why Jerry
was on Jax's computer. Olivia left them to discuss, and Jax covered by
saying Jerry sent him a letter with a video attachment proving that he's
alive and well. Carly wanted to know why Jerry is contacting Jax now. Jax
basically told her to chillax and focus on their happiness.

Nikolas wondered why Rebecca would get a mammogram at her age, and she
explained that the lump was found during a routine exam. She asked that
Nikolas wait while she gets her ultrasound. As Rebecca sat on an examining
table, the opening in her gown revealed a long red scar in the same place
Emily was stabbed. During the ultrasound, Rebecca noticed a dark spot on the
monitor, but the technician urged her to be patient. Meanwhile, Nikolas
questioned Monica about her time at the cancer center and asked if Emily's
mother, Paige, had ever mentioned another daughter. Monica reminded him that
Paige gave Emily to her and Alan because there was no one else in her
family.

After Sonny gave Jason the brush off in front of Ric, he admitted to Jason
that he was bluffing. Ric went to see Claudia and demanded that she strip
for him before they have sex. Claudia fixed him a drink.

Patrick and Robin got into another argument about Rochester, and Robin
walked out when it was clear that Patrick doesn't trust her. Sonny dropped
in and asked about Michael's procedure, but Patrick didn't have anything new
to report. Sonny noticed that Patrick seemed kinda bummed, so Patrick
explained what happened with Robin running off to Rochester. Sonny was
surprised to hear of such uncharacteristic behavior and compared the
situation to his bipolar diagnosis.

Meanwhile, Robin ran into Jason on the docks and expressed her frustration
over why she can't hold her child. She was also upset that Patrick keeps
telling everyone about it. Jason recalled what it was like for Carly when
she had postpartum depression and suggested Robin turn to Carly. Jason left
her alone when Patrick showed up, but she didn't want to converse with him.

Jax went to the long-term care center and told a comatose Michael that he
covered for Jerry with Carly. He explained that he and Carly are happy again
and he doesn't want to upset her and risk losing her forever, just as Carly
walked in.

After their illicit romp, Claudia got dressed and waited for Ric to pass
out. While finishing his drink, Ric began to slur his words and revealed
that in the event of his death, the DVD will be sent to.... He didn't finish
the sentence and passed out. Claudia panicked when Sonny started knocking on
the door and asked to come in.
