For those of you that were as disappointed as I was on the GL tribute at the Daytime Emmy awards you can go to daytimeconfidential.com or you-tube and see Michael Fairman's full GL tribute (4 mns) that was cut short due to time constraints.......In my opinion, this whole thing should have been aired on the awards show....they could have cut the fashion show or VW's 2nd dance number to have made room for this entire tribute to be aired plus have Kim Zimmer or Robert Newman be able to say a few words......

I am truly going to miss this show....the cast of GL has been acting their hearts out these past few weeks and I find myself usually brought to tears by the end of the hour.....Mallet stepping aside so that Shayne could be Henry's father.....Phillip trying to connect with James and then collapsing at the end of yesterday's episode....Reva's heartache over losing Jeffrey....yes I am definitely going to miss this show

GL has been amazing. Those little moments like Josh and Matt talking about Olivia and Natalia, Vanessa and Billy telling everyone they are getting married (again), Buzz complaining that he wants to "get some" and Lillian laughing him off.....I find myself so depressed by the end of the hour. I can't believe in less than three weeks it will be over. It's like a slow death, you know its coming and everytime you find yourself enjoying something, you remember it's ending. The full tribute was awesome. Hard to believe they couldn't find 4minutes and 3 seconds for it at the Daytime Emmys after GL has been on the air for 73 years......

I feel the same way. I cried and cried today, watching the reactions of everyone when they were told about Phillip. That little Quote{Daddy... from Lizzie, and my heart broke, bofth for her and for me, all of us, the entire GL family. And you know, even though you can't do anything about it, the network here has decided to put movies on, instead of honouring the last few weeks of GL and the fans. It makes me mad when people say Oh you'll find something else to watch. I don't want to watch something else, I want to watch GL. I think the tribute on Sunday night was nice, that's all. I'm going to ay.Youtube to watch the full tribute. Every minute now is precious, and the end is near. My hat goes off to all of you at GL.

There are just ten more episodes left! I don't know how I'm going to make it through them, let alone afterwards when there's no more GL! The work being done is superb - the stories are interesting and the acting s just great! Just watched the Tribute and it was delightful and heartwrenching at the same time. I will so miss this show!

I just watched the tribute also. I have been a watcher on and off since I was a teenager (over 31 yrs!) Some of the tribute I didn't remember but what great actors. What a shame that GL will go off the air and trash like B&B will stay on. The afternoon will never be the same! I will not watch anything other than As the World Turns. Hope that doesn't get cancelled. Good Luck to all the wonderful actors leaving.
