Hi everyone,
Is anyone else out there a new digital subscriber? I transfered my paper subscription over three weeks ago, and I still cannot get access to it. The digital company says they never received the transfer request, and SOD customer service just keeps telling me to wait. In the meantime I have had to buy issues at the store. I'm just wondering if I'm the only one this has happened to.

I hope somebody got back to you and helped you out. I just switched my subscription over and it was to have started today but no luck. I got somebody very helpful though on the phone and they figured out they had never assigned my email to it and that was the problem. They did also extend my subscription for a week so hopefully they will do that for you. I love the idea of getting it digitally instead so hopefully they iron out the kinks.

WorldTurner-Thank you for answering my post! They finally fixed my problem with the subscription, but I did not have as good of an experience as you did. The customer service was really awful. They kept blaming me for the issue and it turned out that they never added my e-mail address to my account, just like you. But it's all good now and zinio.com gave me all the back issues I missed and they added a month onto my subscription.

Glad you got your problem resolved. What seemed like a simple solution and handled well has taken a turn for the worse. Attaching an email did nothing and when I called I was told I'm not scheduled to receive an email until tomorrow (Tuesday) meaning I won't get the magazines until 4 days after they are available and after I would have received it in the mail. Needless to say I am not happy. They are supposed to be getting back to me, but if they don't fix it, I'll just be canceling the subscription. The whole point was to get it more timely and not after it is available everywhere else. I know it was on the Zinio site on Friday.

I actually had that problem too, but this week I got the e-mail on Friday so I was able to get my issue when I would've gotten it in the mail. They definitely have a bunch of kinks that need to work out. Good luck!!
