It would be nice if an actor from a soap wrote a column every once in a while. Maybe on their interest or causes they are involved in.

How we will get to this forum when it is no longer listed under the news section? Will they add a new tab at the top?

That's a great idea.I would like to see more interviews from the actors of my favorite shows. There only seems to be one or two from the same actors every week.

I like the idea of an actor/actress from a different soap writing a column. Maybe someone new every week.

I'd also love to see EQUAL coverage of the soaps, not just the same few on the cover every week, to me that's a turn off

I'd like to see even more in the way of interviews, especially about cast members' feelings on current storylines. I also enjoy joint interviews with on-screen couples.BTW, speaking of interviews, thanks for running the one with Bree Williamson (OLTL's Jessica) a few issues ago. It was great to read about her contract negotiations, and the pictures were beautiful!Also, I enjoyed that feature you ran some time ago with actors from the soaps discussing their favorite sets. It's always fun to read about behind the scenes stuff.

Excellent idea about more couples interviews!I'd also liked to see other soaps featured on the cover besides GH, Days and Y&R.Maybe there can be a feature each week focusing on the founding families on each of the soaps. Like the Kanes, Chandlers, Martins on AMC, Buchanans on OLTL, Bradys on DOOL.

I would love to see an indepth story on Thorsten Kaye. For one of the hottest and most popular guys on daytime I don't think he has EVER had a solo cover or an indepth interview since being on AMC.

I would like to see once in a while, who else is getting votes on the favorite couples, actors, & actress for each show. Let us know who else other than the top vote getters are. Maybe the top 5 for each show.

I would love to see Lynn Leahey do an interview with Anne Sweeney or Brian Frons about the state that AMC and ABC daytime in general is in.I would especially love to find out what Ms. Sweeney and Mr. Frons thinks about the negative reactions from fans to Carruthers, Brown, & Esensten using rape, attemtped rape, violcnce against women as a plot device to push a s/l forward that is failing in the ratings.The attempted rape of Kendall should not be used as a plot device to further a s/l that fans are hating. This is not something AMC/ABC/Disney should make light of no matter what character is used in that scenairo.Sorry, just would love to hear what TPTB at Disney/ABC/AMC really think of this. I know a large majority of fans are repulsed by it along with the other s/l that are ratings disasters, i.e. Greenlee's return, GL redemption, GL cannonization, Ryan's amnesia, musical chairs btw the 6, etc, etc, etc.... Just wondering if these people really do hate the viewers the way a large majority of us fans think they do...

We don't see them enough on screen as it is.

I think an interview with John Brotherton and Melissa Archer would be FAB! I really like them and enjoy their scenes together and obviously they have explosive chemistry.I also like Farah Fath and John Paul Lavoiser.Either way I think the interviews Idea is great, as fans we just LOVE to hear from the actors themseleves, its alway so fun.

I'm agreeing with everyone who wants more interviews with the actors, whether they be individual or joint, it's all good. I might not watch every soap on the air, but I do love reading people's stories, and that's why I love reading interviews. It's a shame that there was never a joint interview with Lindze Letherman (ex-Georgie) and Kirsten Storms (Maxie) from General Hospital. Not only did they play sisters, but they really did have a sisterly bond off the screen.Speaking of Kirsten Storms, it's going on 3 years now since her last Digest interview. If everything goes as it should, Kirsten will be getting her first nomination for Outstanding Younger Lead Actress this year and, hopefully, taking home the gold. It should be a great year for her and perfect timing for an interview with her, I dare say. *crossing fingers*As far as other things in the magazine, I want the 'My Dressing Room' feature back. I liked (somewhat) invading the actors' personal space and getting to see their personal taste and style (or some form of it). I'm sure more will come to mind once I get me some sleep.

He allowed Dena Higley to destroy OLTL for years. I remember a couple of years ago he did an interview where he was asked to name the great things about the show and name one thing the show did wrong. His answer was that they did nothing wrong. This was during the one of the worst periods of quality for the show that I can recall. It told me a lot about exactly why the show was in shambles. When people in charge are that clueless and/or refuse to be accountable for their mistakes, it is an eye-opener.

I want to see a Luke and Noah cover story. It is about time other shows and actors were featured on the SOD cover. I guarantee you I will buy multiple copies as will my fellow Nuke fans. If you believe previous data that only certain shows or actors will "sell" on newsstands, you are using outdated information.
