I think in the story, JT drove to Philly to dump Reed off on the plane to Genoa City.I agree with you on Restless Style. Perhaps they should clarify it in the story about it being a local society magazine, like most big cities have. I think we are to assume that Carly, I mean...Diane instantly has money since she accepted a job with TGVN like 2 days ago. Like that really happens.Tucker calling Ashley "My beauty" was creepy, especially because thats what her faux father (John Abbott) calls her.I always love seeing Traci. She is the heart of Y&R, even though she is only recurring. She has such a big heart that she can probably see past Jack and Carly, err...Diane.Come to think of it, now would be a great time for Patty to come back and wreak havoc since Diane is the reason she went bananas in the first place!Where is Paul? Skye VS. The Volcano -Interesting how Skye fell, the camera fell, our hopes for this storyline fell and the writers credibility fell. Because while our two ladies had the lava filled cat fight where one lost her footing and the other lost her grip on reality - I mean Skye - TGVN could walk up to the edge wearing a backpack, grab the camera, the water bottle and any other evidence that these two were ever there without losing his footing or his cookies.Because no one else in Hawaii EVER wore that scent. And our heroine, who couldn't even manage to sneak out of town, carry cash to keep Victor off her tail, and figure out a cover story to tell the local villagers would automatically figure out the perfume of doom angle. Riiiiiiiiiiiight.Wow, flights are really supersonic from GC. Sharon got to the island in 10 minutes, found the girl, lost the girl, got back on a plane and was back in time to meet Phyl and Jack at the airport heading to NYC on NYE; BEFORE MIDNIGHT. The Spawn of Satan...Ok, who wants to be THIS kid with everyone and their uncle trying to adopt it for their own purposes? Here are this kids choices:Nutbag #1 - biological mom with delusions of happily ever after with the biological father who hates her guts.Nutbag #2 - Jana who only wants the baby so she can shack back up with the Chipmunk - who hates her guts.Used to be a nutbag #3 - Grandma who wants to adopt this kid so the world will never know that she's a grandma while she continues a vendetta against Sharon because ... wait for it... she hates her guts.The Chipmunk wants to take this kid and raise it to stop the reign of terror of Big tom, who hated both their guts.Not A Ghost Of A Chance:Ah, TGVN. Never was so much time wasted on a special episode. One week ago this guy was weeping into his sheets to a death garbbed Colleen about how he wasn't wasting the heart she gave him. And yet here are a week later watching him torch a hut, save a nut, thwart a [censored] and fry Adumbs butt. Oh, and offer the pond of death to Kyle. Way to go writers! Kinda makes you wish Partick Swayze would show up and get the shadows to drag all of these people into hell, doesn't it?

SB you make it all worthwhile but 1st let me answer Ponytail's ?. As I watch, and often don't....I ask myself that as well. I guess for me, and I'm only speaking for myself is that I grew up watching soaps. Oh I didn't want to, but if you have a grams, Auntie, or a mom, hell babysitter, chances are you grew up watching soaps during my formitive years between the hours of 12:30 and 4pm. You had to be quiet and watch, hell phone calls weren't even allowed unless it was someone that didn't have a TV( and this was before cells). Then you heard Oh NO he didn'..etc. And the stories were just interesting,and you cared about these people that came into are homes and gave us a distraction from whatever was going on in day to day life, 5 days a week. For that 3-4 hr block time kinda disappeared, it was all about what was going on with so and so.. You grew to EXPECT certain things after years of watching. Think of how many hours you've invested watching. On another site I heard it described as that we are shareholders...we buy some of the products they advertise , yet they are SOOOO disrespectful. to their viewing audience uh mainly but not all women and minorities....oh and btw with prisoners as well. Yeah the writing sucks, and the bad part is this is partially why soaps get the label that they do. But if you notice and go to other sites EVERYONE is unhappy with their soaps right now. Not just at Y&R, all the writing sucks big ones....It's hard to quit something that is/was a big part of your life. Yeah we all talk about the stupid things they have characters do because we KNOW this isn't how the character is SUPPOSED to be or act..and it's insulting. I'm all for the creative process...but really...don't try to sell me a bag of s$#t and try to tell me it's an exotic perfume from Hawaii, that Jabot no longer makes. And what we're just supposed to drink the grape kool aid no questions asked...? What's sad is that the viewers have much more creative stories than what I see on for the most part now. How effed up is THAT? I often wonder if the longtime actors even care about what they are acting out, or is it just to get a paycheck? It doesn't seem to matter to TPTB what drivel they throw at us as long as they get THEIR check. It's not okay to try to force couples on us that there is no way in real life r in reel life would do or act. It's not good tv and it again insults our intelligence. Plus their seems to be a preference to who gets airtime, and heaven help you if they can't figure out how to write for your character, you're not see or heard from in months. No I'm not going to watch everyday like I used to, and with Soapnet going in 2012, ALOT of ppl won't be able to see their soap except online, DVR, TiVo and all that. ANd you know that'll cost viewers. Then we'll really see what's going on..and how fast the once mighty will fall. .
And here's one more why is it that the wrongly accused person is ALWAYS the 1st to go to jail, and someone else goes off to some island to prove their innocence, and or find the not so dead person? And usually a bartender is the one with the needed info?
And what happened to all of the ppl that got burned by the Newman fund? No mention of them? What they could AFFORD to lose the $$$? No one is protesting or taking Jack or TGVN to task? What no one cares but the veiwers who've be losing more than the investors?

Especially on the choices of who gets Daisys baby!!! hahah Now for the rest of the stuff:New Orleans - I did wonder how Adam found Sharon so quickly and Mikey and Nick couldn't but then again Adam always knows where Sharon is I swear he got someone constantly following her around just to know where she is at all times!!!!Skye vs the VolcanoI really just hate this storyline...like Sharon finally finds her then she dies and then TGVN burns her hut so no one knows she was there ugh!!!! and I loved how everyone kept saying "how convenient" to Sharon that Skye fell off Daisy's Baby DramaOMG! Jana to me is just too damn stupid like seriously you really wanna forgive the person who tormented you for months I don't think so!!! And why did Daisy really think that Daniel was going to want that baby especially with how it was conceived you drugged him who would really want it. Yes I love how everyone wanted the kid especially Kevin like #1 how did you really think you was going to get that child...your an uncle with no experience...shady past...and he was single not a chance buddy!!!! But I'm glad he came to his senses and all honesty I would want that baby far away from GC as well because you really are just inviting Daisy back into ya lives MiscRestless Style only does pieces on the Newmans because they are the only interesting subject in GC - there is no one else who is as interesting as them with all their drama! Tucks Proposal - I love how the only one who was smiling during that entire scene was Tracy!!!!! lol no one else cracked a smile not even Ashnuts until the very end - everybody else was thinking like WHAT THE HECK!!!?? Devon is on the CW in The Vampire Diaries hehe and his girlfriend she got her own show on TV One so I doubt we will be seeing them much Yeah the Christmas Story with Victor just made no sense! At least Mikey changed when they did his but TGVN didn't change at all! He was nice for that one day and that was it!!!!!! Back to his horrible ways lol And yes everyone does think they are that fertile in Soap Land I mean look at Mac n JT they had sex and boom! she was already having cravings lol so it can happen to anyone else just that quick! Another thing that I don't get is how Nikki has no money to get herself a place she has to stay with Katherine...like you would think that all this time she would've been stashing Victors money in a separate bank account knowing she would get screwed all over again!!!!!! How come Jill can't see when she is being used????? I don't ever get that...she's been used sooo many times you would think she know the signs by now!!! Another thing I didn't understand is how is Victor was able to get all that information on Sharon like gosh!!! makes me not want to be a newman or keep the name if all TGVN has to do is call up some number to find out when you use your credit card

Jana is a nut job and needs to leave the show. There is no reason for her to be there. I guess i'm one of the crazy one's who likes Sharon and Adam together. She's not whiney and all over Nick for a change. She is strong and I want to see her go up against TGVN.I love Billy and Vick together. I'm glad they got the baby. No one really wanted the baby so if when it does come out I think the will get to keep her. I love Phyllis and Jack together and hope she does not go back to Nick! Nick is a jerk.Diane can't stand her. I hope Jack gets custody before Kyle dies at TGVN hands cause that always seems what happens. They keep killing off the Abbotts But the Newmans stay strong.I like Chloe and Kevin together and I hope when Chance comes back she doesn't go running back to him.Daniel and Lily need to get back together. He was his best with her and we know the Cane story will blow up in his face.Everyone one needs to give Jill a break and let her get a true love life.

Adam & Sharon together is psychotic. I think the writer's should have stuck with the storyline with Nick & Sharon together because him and Diane. GROSS!! DISGUSTING!! And how stupid, lame & BORING of a story can you get...seems like these writer's sure aren't putting much thought into storylines these days. PUT DIANE WITH ADAM, one deceiving coniving soul with another. Or have Adam chase after Sharon and actually get murdered FOR REAL this time have have another murder mystery. Hoping the writers can salvage Sharon's character and have it that she has been drugged by Adam this whole time. Yes, I know he has been in jail for a while, but he could have spiked all of her bottles of water before he went in. WHATEVER!! JUST MAKE IT STOP!It just doesn't make sense how they get rid of JT character but keep Adam. I do love Phyllis and Jack together, they both can be who they really are and that is super fun to watch.Not liking Chloe and Kevin, but am rooting for Heather & Ronan (keep him on the show, he is super hot eye candy)
