Cast members from YOUNG AND RESTLESS and BOLD AND BEAUTIFUL will meet again on the “court” tomorrow morning, March 10, at the second annual CBS Soap Mayhem Basketball Tournament, held live at the CBS Television City studios in Los Angeles, CA. The event will also stream live on the CBS Facebook page at 11:30 a.m. ET/8:30 a.m. PT. Last year’s winner, Bryton James (Devon), is back to defend his title. “Well, when you’re on top, you have everyone gunning for you,” he winks. B&B’s Linsey Godfrey (Caroline) and Y&R’s Christian J. LeBlanc (Michael) will live-tweet the event. “I admit I don’t know a whole lot about basketball but I do know how to trash talk,” Godfrey quips. “This is going to be fun!” The Y&R team — Gina Tognoni (Phyllis) vs. Lauralee Bell (Christine), Joshua Morrow (Nick) vs. Kristoff St. John (Neil), Christel Khalil (Lily) vs. Melissa Ordway (Abby) and James vs. Jason Thompson (Billy), and the B&B crew — Karla Mosley (Maya) vs. Alley Mills (Pam), Don Diamont (Bill) vs. Jacob Young (Rick), Heather Tom (Katie) vs. Reign Edwards (Nicole) and Rome Flynn (Zende) vs. Pierson Fodé (Thomas) — will face off, and winners of each round will compete against one other until only one player is left standing from each show. Then, the sole reps will face off for the title of champion. THE PRICE IS RIGHT’s George Gray will officiate the event.
