Why in the world are Ryan & Greenlee, who are supposed to be at odds, sharing a room in Rio? AMC just will not do the smart thing and cut their losses on this pairing. It's so damn stupid. NO ONE, and I do mean, NO ONE wants to see these two together. And we sure as hell don't want episodes featuring them. Can you please hurry up and feature some of the other cast members? Can TPTB please feature a story with the Hubbards? A story with Opal & the Cordtlands? An interesting story with the Martins?
I mean, I almost fell asleep on poor Marissa. That girl makes paint drying exciting. Here's hoping that when the new writers material airs on Wednesday, we'll see a noticeable difference. I'm doubting it, but maybe they can suprise....
I agree. Maybe they mean that AMC is listening to those one or two Ryan & Greenlee fans out there...I guess they exist. LOL But they are completely ignoring the legion of fans that are begging for Angie & Jessie to have a story, or the ones that want Jackson & Erica together, or the ones that have been begging for Dixie to come back. All of the millions of fans that want these things are being put on the backburner for the two fans in the bleachers that are cheering for Ryan & Greenlee. That, to me, does not resonate a show that is listening to its fans.
I would totally support the Ryan and Greenlee pairing! Imagine: their love story ending with a splashy exit of the canvas. Bye Greenlee and Ryan! May your love sparkle in another city!
Totally agree LOL. I would watch the shows where they would get married and leave for a remote country or island to live out the remainder of their days just to make sure they are leaving.
I would imagine them taking over Fusion's Asia branch and get into some legal trouble needing Liza to join them shortly after their wedding. I would totally support her needing to take Colby with her. Colby could also help her soon-to-be-ex sister-in-law Marissa by taking her along.I would gladly watch the montage of each of their exits. (On a serious note, could you imagine Marissa or Colby's exit montage? There's the pulse of your character when you can't think of one memorable scene.)
LOL....that is a hilarious solution to end all of these characters. I wish AMC would go through with it. And I totally agree...watching AMC try to come up with one memorable moment for either Colby or Marissa would be like trying to find a needle in a haystack.

I am confused about something. The Soap Opera Digest editors are all saying that AMC is much improved. And I agree to a certain extent. I watch a few minutes of each episode. But I want to watch the WHOLE hour. One editor said that the show is listening to its viewers. If so, why is Dixie still dead? Why are Jesse and Angie still on the backburner? Why are Ryan, Greenlee, and their ilk, still dominating the show? I hope the new writers follow their own voices, listen to the true fans of the show, and right this ship. The only scenes I watched were Angie and Jesse's, and Janet's. Especially Janet's because they hit a home run with her. I absolutely loved every minute of her being on screen. If they are going to keep Angie and David as adversaries, let's hope it is not one sided. Angie is a force, and she has what it takes to go toe to toe with David. It could be interesting drama.
