I don't even recognize Annie. I have no interest in her whatsoever. And let's face it...how long until RB gets tired of Greenlee and leaves again? I adore Skye....of course sitting here thinking about it...there is so few characters around that have any connection to that era of AMC. Maybe that's AMC's problem altogether.

I totally agree with you on this one. It's kind of funny, but if you think about it, AMC has lost a lot of great talent, that have all ended up on Y&R....and Y&R is taking the opportunity to utilize that talent, unlike AMC.But I'm with you, I would love to see Skye return to AMC. I was never really happy about how they turned Skye into a Quartermaine. She'll always be a Chandler, in my mind. However, even though I want her back, I'm afraid that these new scribes wouldn't know how to write for this character, and would ruin her in the eyes of the fans. You and I both know that they would no-doubt try and pair her up with Ryan, which would ruin the character all together.

I just don't see the Chandlers lasting if we have to bet on Scott and JR. I don't think there's a quick fix, but they need to try something short of recasting Adam.Skye and Ryan? Sadly, they probably would..

I'm excited that Carolyn Hinsey agrees with me in the latest Soap Opera Digest about Skye! She really could help add alot to the show....

Skye could add value to the show and spice up the Chandlers in a way Annie can't. Plus, if I can't have my beloved Dixie back, I could buy Skye with Tad since they were romantically involved once. Actually, she would need to be a stopgap until they do bring back Dixie.

Let's face it though, TPTB over at AMC aren't smart enough to bring back characters that the fans are interested in seeing again, AND writing viable stories for said characters. They would rather risk it all, and continue to bring on newbies that have absolutely nothing to bring to the table or the shows rich history. It's truly sad.

The writing may be good to some of the SOD editors, but it is not to me, and I have not watched an episode in almost 2 weeks. I haven't even really watched as Kendall has returned. I don't want to give up on this show, but I am just not getting what I want out of it. And I don't even watch my gold standard couple (Angie and Jesse) Maybe the action will pick up soon. I am sooo hoping it does.

Regardless of the so called improvement in writing, the fact is there are no charcaters that I want to see. Zendall left in December and I haven't watched steadily. It's so boring, cleaning my toilets was far more rewarding. I thought it was the writing but even if the writing was on Shakespeare level, it's the the characters who so are unlikable and unwatchable, that makes it not worth watching.I so want AMC to succeed but with his cast it doesn't stand a chance.

Other than today's show, when I knew that Zach would be returning, I have not been overly excited to watch AMC, even with my beloved Kendall returning to the show. I tape both AMC and DOOL, and I watch both every day, and JMO, but DOOL is the better show. AMC keeps relying on tired characters or boring new ones. It's not to say that DOOL is a great show or is doing everything right, because that's not the case. But AMC spends an inordinate amount of time on Colby/Damon who have the look and smell of a couple that will not be around for the long haul, and even longer scenes with the quad of odd, Annie/JR/Marissa/Scott. This story should not be driving the show, but sadly, right now, it's right there, along with David/Greenlee and their marriage from hell. As someone who tuned back in for Kendall last week, I'm really surprised at how sad this show is right now, plodding along with stories and characters that are B-list, at best. Dragging Kendall and Zach into these lame stories won't help AMC. It'll just make me feel sorry for AM and TK.I'm on the fence about what I'll do once TK's short return is over. I can't say for sure I'll stick around for Kendall and the wacky hijinks with Greenlee and Ryan. And DOOL is getting good nowadays, and right there is AMC's problem in a nutshell.

It's no secret that I love & adore Robin, I loved her during her Llanview days and then GH but the peeps at GH dropped the ball by bringing her back. Why waste a talented actor with a subpar, crappy storyline ? I for one would love to see Skye return to her real home, I'm just sayin............

I haven't watched AMC in a while, and I don't plan on tuning in any time soon. They spend too much time focusing on the six characters that I hate the most: Annie, Scott, JR, Marissa, Colby & Damon. Someone please tell me why the show is centered around these annoying losers? And then when they have an opportunity to really turn things around, with the return of Kendall and the brief return of Zach, what do they do? They have them chasing after Greenlee trying to help her with her problems that she's having with David. Give me a Freaking Break!! Why are they using two of the most popular characters on the show to prop up three of the most hated characters: Ryan, Greenlee & David?That is the BIG problem with AMC, and until they can find some good writers that know how to produce some strong, interesting storylines for this show, AMC will continue to have major problems.

I have been watching....my only serious complaint is why do they always have Kendall lie to Zach? It's insane how much she lies...and I realize the heart of Kendall Hart is deceit (she came to town lying, went to jail for lying, continues to lie), but it would be nice if she could just tell Zach the truth. He knows she's going to do whatever she sets her mind to anyway.
