Big surprise as Billy is going to use his postion as editor in chief to publish a scandelous expose on TGVN ruthless ways because he's still smarting over the death of Collen. He's not even worried about what people will think of him or his credibilty as an editor. All he knows is this is a good story and come hell or high water, he's gonna publish it. Sound familar? Didn't Jack get in hot water for doing the SAME thing only a few months ago?(okay maybe a year) Speaking of Jack he just happens to come by RS and check up on his little bro....Though he has his doubts about the expose...HE HELPS his brother with the article that slams their arch ememny. But is Billy just baiting Jack to get into a fight with Victor, cause Billy KNOWs how to push Jack's buttons, but good......
Chloe of all ppl voices HER objections to the article.wouldn't want to tick of TGVN now would we?)..Ash finds out and is upset with the way her brother is using the $$$ SHE gave him...Annnnnnd then...Nick gets ahold of the story and shows it to Victor.....Bet Billy wasn't planning on that or other reprecussions to follow.....But you also have to wonder is Billy at RS to partly be with Chloe? He will be there ALOT....and those sparks are flying (again) 
....and if something should happen by/to Chance.....
Yes and he's in such close proxcimity to Chloe, so you can tell that's about to heat up...and about the time that Chloe decides that she's in love with Chance, then Billy will be back professing his undyning love for her
As much as I like the character of Chance, I would like to see Billy and Chloe given another shot at a real relationship. They are a fun couple to see onscreen. I think with time and storyline, Chloe could turn out to be another Phylis type character; not that anyone could replace Phylis, but, I see her character emerging as a strong willed woman. Especially if TPTB don't recast EH. JMO.

He's still standing after its publication, but it starts off a chain of events that leaves chaos in its wake.Now it seems to be Billy's turn to try and expose TGVN, who may have a human heart of gold, but the rest of him is still made of Teflon. Stache will still be standing, and as the feud ramps up again will leave chaos in its wake.
Did Billy have the magazine for more than 2 minutes before that article appeared. He is an amazing owner! Puts a publication to bed that fast and has it printed and distributed. WOW! I can't believe some of the things the article said. Victor mumbles. Isn't that more the actor than the character? Think they were trying to get back at him for not signing? I am glad Billy is getting his revenge and I guess we won't see much of a reaction from Victor since I am sure he will be off screen for a while. And yes Billy and Chloe need to get back together ASAP. Mac is so boring.

I'm going to reserve judgement on the "expose" which Billy is planning, as well as his ownership of the magazine, for a bit. Mostly because, I have not had the chance to see Billy on his own yet, and because the spoilers for this storyline sound like they could be good. With Chloe's support and not Mac's, hmmmm, could be quite the twist.
