Kyle Lowder (ex-Rick, B&B)
Y&R and sister show B&B often scoop up each other's castoffs with winning results (Don Diamont cuts a much more dynamic figure as B&B's Bill than he did as Y&R's Brad), so Lowder would be a logical and handy replacement with built-in appeal.

I could totally see Kyle Lowder as Billy Abbott. I think he would be awesome.
