What have I missed...How do Billy and Chloe know each other? I can see how they would with the whole NY connections. But I have not watched anything on Y&R showing them knowing each other. Fill me in... I love this angle that Billy is the father because we certainly know it isn't Cane.

A. and if you remember the one call she got where she told who ever was on the end she doesn't do booty calls anymore, we don't know who that was at this point it is a lot of suposition on our parts, but seems to be the likely conclusion to make the show interesting. Speculation started when the so called DNA test did not exclude Cane but left the door open to a possible relative as the sperm donor and Billy was the most likely.I am sure we will find out soon enough.
