A couple of scenarios come to mind:
We are all speculating that Ethan is Holly's son, but why couldn't he be her brother?? That would free him up to mingle in both Robin and Lulu's romanaces.
If he does turn out to be Holly's son, he would almost have to be a Scorpio. Holly was supposed to have died in a car accident and kept from Robert afterward by her family ( the Durbins, I believe). Perhaps it was during this couple of years that she gave birth to Robert's son.
Seriously, if Laura could give birth to Nicholas and not mention it to Luke for all those years after she returned, I don't think it would be that difficult for Holly to do a similar thing.

I was thinking the same thing. Thats a big age difference to me.
Not saying it was a good idea or that it would work, just that it would be a different twist to the story. How's Robin going to react if Ethan is her brother? The holidays sure will be interesting with Patrick's brother Matt and Robin's possible brother Ethan all gathered together.
Once Robin gets her PPD taken care of she'll need something to keep her life from being too boring. Luke has more than enough on his plate with Lulu.
That's cruel and unusual punishment. I wouldn't wish Ethan on Claudia and I don't even like her.
Yea I guess I'm being a little mean, but I don't want them to make Ethan, Lukes son, when it's not possible. See if he's Roberts then they could have a good reason to bring Robert back. Let Robert straighten this boy out. --- You really wouldn't wish him on Claudia? Wow your a better person than I am.
Probably not. But I just really don't like this character and would like him not to be related to anyone in PC. He has no redeeming qualities and it's just annoying that they've replaced characters like Alan, Tony and the original Emily with the likes of him. Tracy acts like a simpering fool around him and it was stupid that he tried to pick Lucky's pocket and then acted so surprised when Lucky threatened to arrest him.
Yes it was stupid that he acted surprised, but what was worse was watching what they've turned Lucky into. I love Greg Vaughn, but Lucky only threatened to arrest Ethan because his feelings were hurt that his daddy has a new playmate. It also showed that Lucky has forgotten the things Luke taught him. If Luke hadn't caught Ethan, Lucky never would have known his wallet was gone. And people wonder why the mob always beats the PC cops? Even Max is smarter than that. I wish they'd get Lucky back to the way he was when he was a kid. He was smart & quick thinking. Greg is more than capable of playing that kind of Lucky. Then, he could take care of Ethan without looking like a jealous child.

I have to wait until late to see GH on soap net. Thursdays is even later due to some odd show they run in GH's normal spot. So I only saw to first 15 minutes before my eyes won the war & I had to go to sleep. I did see that Ethan was looking at a picture of Luke & Robert taking from at Luke & Laura's wedding. That was before Holly's time. Anybody have a clue what that was about?
That could mean that he was looking at his father and we are supposed to guess right now.
Wasn't that a pic from Lucky's wallet? I have to admit to dozing off a bit, but am sure it was...
All I know is it starts with Ethan looking at the picture. It was before they started tossing punches. Now did Ethan manage to swipe it from Luckys wallet when he lifted it at the Haunted Star?? I don't know. I can't really see Lucky walking around with that picture though.. I'm puzzled. They seem to be leaning heavy making at least me think he may be Lukes bi-blow, but it doesn't match history. I really hope this is one of those times when they make you think something is.. & then they spring a surprise. I hope the surprise is that Ethan is Roberts.
They should make Ethan Sean Donnelly's kid....and spare us.
Man, these days all of Laura's kids - Lulu, Lucky, and Nicholas - are all acting like jealous brats. I don't like it at all.
