Monday
At the Forrester Estate, Brooke took hold of Stephanie's hand and promised to help Steph through her cancer. Stephanie wondered why it had to be Brooke who helps her. Brooke insisted that she doesn't want Stephanie to die. Steph replied that it would be a relief to the Logans, and that if she died, Brooke would get to be matriarch. "I don't want to take your place," Brooke stated and believed that Stephanie didn't want to die. "I have accepted this. I have accepted the idea that I'm dying of cancer," Stephanie told her. Brooke implored her to fight it, but Steph explained that she just wants to have some fun before she dies. "I don't want to end up in the hospital.... I don't want the treatment because it's agony," Stephanie noted. "What about what your family needs?" Brooke asked. "You don't have a say in this," Steph angrily replied. Brooke didn't care and urged her to see her doctor. "No more doctors," Stephanie said and promised to tell her family when the time is right. "I don't want to go through that medical stuff. For what — to buy a little more time?" Stephanie shrugged. "My life is pretty much over and I'm okay with that." "I'm not," Brooke said and actually began to cry. "I'm not okay with that at all." She asked why Steph was giving up; Stephanie argued that she was just being realistic. "You've always been like a mother to me," Brooke said quietly. "A very abusive mother, I'd suspect," Stephanie cracked. Brooke shrugged and admitted that she loves Steph — and the women embraced. "Before there was modern medicine, people got sick and died, and there were no decisions," Stephanie said softly. "I want to keep it simple." "I'm not ready for you to go away and I'm not sure that you are, either. Please don't delay this," Brooke pleaded — and vowed to make her change her mind.
Katie and Donna paid Bridget a visit at her apartment. Bridget stated that she liked having Owen there with their baby. The sisters exchanged glances and Bridget told them not to read too much into it. They asked how their niece is doing and Bridget replied that she's hanging in there and loves being a mom. Donna quizzed her about Owen and Bridget noted that he's very committed to Jackie. Katie felt badly about Bill breaking Bridget and Owen's "scandal" at the fashion show. Bridget said that she just wanted to get on with her life.... Meanwhile, Rick asked Jackie to marry him. She was stunned for a moment, then reminded him that she's already wed to Owen. "That's a minor technicality," Rick shrugged. Jackie told him to quit joking, but he insisted that he was dead serious. "Let's make news of our own," he proposed. "We don't have to ever actually get married; we could just have a long engagement and it would give people something to talk about." Jackie believed that he wanted to rescue her, but he explained that he just wanted both of them to be able to break free of their public images. "What better time to throw caution to the wind and do something wild?" he asked. He held up the huge ring and asked if she'd accept. Jackie told him that he's nuts, but he prodded her to accept. "I do believe that Master Forrester has developed a Jackie M addiction," she cooed, and offered him an "intervention." "Yes, let's ‘intervene,' " he replied eagerly. Later, he turned on some French music and asked Jackie to dance with him. "Come away with me," he said and offered to give her "the adventure to end all adventures." Jackie pulled away and concluded that this is about him trying to get Bridget and Owen together. "They're perfect for one another," he affirmed. "You'll have the life that suits you — a life full of glitz and glamour that's full of diamond rings." Owen interrupted and Rick promptly took his cue to leave. After, Owen asked Jackie what on earth was going on and she admitted that Rick had proposed marriage to her. Owen was understandably perturbed and apologized for putting her in the middle of the paternity scandal. Jackie called Rick "sweet" but Owen believed that Rick was using her. Owen promised that he and Jackie would get through this difficult time.
Tuesday
Steffy visited Bill at Spencer Publications and said that she had a proposition for him. She noted that his products weren't doing well, but he disagreed. She argued that he needs to focus more on style and upcoming trends. Steffy suggested that they put FC ads in his magazine — at full asking price — in exchange for a 10-page spread on her and cover in Eye On Fashion. "You can ask me whatever you want," she told him. "Plus, you get to work with me." Bill wanted her to work with Liam so it would "bring out the man in him."
At Forrester Creations, Hope and Liam kissed and said how much they cared for each other. She showed him some posed shots of herself and he said that he liked one of her in a white dress. He complained that at Spencer, he's mainly doing grunt work. Hope asked where Liam's sword necklace was; Liam took it out and Hope urged him to wear it with pride, like Bill would want. After he left for his job, Oliver found Hope and pleaded with her to reunite with him. Hope replied that she cares about him, but they're over.
Liam arrived for work at Spencer and found Steffy in his father's office. Bill gave him his first big assignment: to interview Steffy. After, Liam shared his news with Hope, who tried to be happy for him. He assured her that she doesn't have to worry about him working with Steffy.... Oliver later approached Steffy at FC and confided in her about losing Hope. He suggested that Steffy go after Liam so Oliver could get Hope to come back to him. Later, Ollie's heart broke as he spied Hope and Liam kissing.... Steffy held up a piece of lingerie and said to herself that Liam and Hope's days are numbered.
Wednesday
Hope and Liam smooched as she told him how proud she is of him getting his first big assignment. Liam feared that he'd let his father down, but Hope believed in him. Still, she warned him to keep his guard up, noting that Steffy would probably hit on him. Hope gave him some pens for the interview, but believed that Steffy would use the interview as a way to push her agenda.
Meanwhile, at Forrester Creations, Steffy dressed for the interview. Marcus came by and wondered who she was trying to impress. "William Spencer, the Third," she replied. Marcus reminded her that Liam is dating Hope, but Steffy didn't care. After, Marcus ran into Hope outside and they discussed Steffy. She confided that she was a little worried about how Steffy would act, but was confident that Steffy would want to stay dignified while representing Forrester. Marcus asked if she trusts Liam and she said that she did. Meanwhile, Liam went to Steffy's office — and found her parading around in sexy, red lingerie. Liam tried to avert his eyes as he began the interview. She came up behind him and encouraged him to relax, explaining that she wanted the interview to be "intimate." "Ask me anything," she purred and made him put down his notepad. "I'm all yours." "So tell me about your underwear," he began. He then asked how she's turning what was once Brooke's line into her own. Steffy was impressed that he did so much research and stated that her lingerie is classy — and sexy. Liam scribbled down her quotes as she wandered behind a screen and changed into a sheer blue number. Liam's eyes just about popped out of his head. She invited him to touch it, but Liam declined. Steffy went to grab his hand, but he hastily packed up his notepad and went to leave. Steffy guessed that Hope was the problem. Liam assured Steffy that she's beautiful and a catch, but reminded her that he's committed to Hope. After he left, Steffy started to gather up her lingerie. She heard the door open and smiled at the thought that Liam had returned. She then put on some music and began to dance around the office — only the person who'd entered was Hope! Hope accused her of trying to steal another one of her boyfriends. Steffy denied being a tramp. "I am not threatened by you," Hope told her. "This isn't about you," Steffy retorted and warned that she's going to be spending a lot of time with Liam. "What really makes him your man?" she challenged Hope. "Once this interview is over, don't be surprised if he chooses to spend time with me."
Thomas implored Ridge to bring Brooke back to FC. Brooke arrived at Ridge's office and overheard them talking about her. She entered and thanked Thomas for being on her side. Ridge invited her back to work, but Brooke wasn't sure that Stephanie and Steffy would approve. Ridge planned to give them a head's up, but Thomas didn't think that his sister would let Brooke back in. Ridge believed that everything would work out if he encouraged the group to treat each other with respect. He again asked Brooke to return and she happily accepted. Thomas suggested that she check in on Steffy to see how she was doing with the Bedroom line. However, Brooke didn't want to get Steffy riled up. She was grateful to Thomas for his support.
Thursday
At the Forrester mansion, one of the maids served Stephanie a mimosa. Brooke entered and Stephanie shared that she was working on her bucket list. Brooke believed that Stephanie should be drinking something healthier, but Steph told her to mind her own business. Brooke revealed that she's returning to Forrester Creations, but Stephanie was preoccupied going over her finances, and to whom she'd leave money. Brooke again urged her to get treatments, but Stephanie wanted to live in the moment. Brooke admitted that she'd almost told Ridge about his mother's cancer and urged Steph to tell her family. Stephanie replied that she wasn't ready and was going to ride the roller coaster at Santa Monica Pier. Brooke thought she was out of her mind, especially when Stephanie had a coughing fit. Steph wanted to enjoy as much of life as she could and stormed out of the house. Brooke finished the mimosa and followed her into the limo. On the way, Stephanie made plans to ride in a helicopter, while Brooke made a futile attempt to stop her. When they arrived at Santa Monica Pier, Steph made a beeline for the roller coaster. Brooke kept trying to stop her, but Stephanie grabbed her hand and insisted that Brooke ride it with her. Before she knew what was happening, Brooke was strapped into a seat and the coaster took off. Stephanie screamed with delight, but Brooke just, well, screamed.
At Jackie and Owen's, Bridget was shocked to learn that Rick proposed to Jackie. Jackie again assured Owen that she's committed to him. They all hoped that Nick would get over what happened.... At Jackie M, Nick and Aggie smooched in his office. They giggled and agreed that they felt "goosebumpy." Amber lurked outside the office and watched, ready to pounce. "Don't mind me," she said, as she entered without knocking. Amber had confidential papers for Nick. Aggie was determined to find out what secret plans he was keeping. After Aggie left, Nick told Amber that he wanted to step up his plans. As they talked about work, Nick revealed that Rick proposed to Jackie. "It's time for me to make a move," he announced. Amber decided that she needed to move on from Rick. Nick called his mother and asked her, Bridget and Owen to come by. Amber was thrilled that he was going ahead with his plan.... Aggie visited Whip, who was pleased that things were going so well for her. Aggie asked her cousin about Nick's secret ad campaign, but he didn't have answers for her.... Later, everyone gathered in Nick's office and he declared that Bridget, Owen and Jackie's living arrangement was "immoral" and "disgusting." He asked that Jackie stay at the company — without Owen and Bridget — explaining that their image has been poisoned. She refused to leave her family. Nick then named Amber the lead designer. The gang was shocked, especially Bridget. She couldn't believe that he'd take the position away from her; her lip began to quiver as she struggled to hold back her tears. "Don't shut me out of Jackie M," she pleaded. "I'm good at this job." "No, I'm sorry," Nick said quietly and stood by his decision.
Friday
At Jackie M, everyone was stunned when Nick named Amber lead designer. Bridget pleaded with Nick to let her keep her job, but Amber argued that she's proven herself. Nick supported Amber and asked why Bridget thought she should keep her job. Bridget reminded him that she helped put the company on the map. Nick again called Jackie, Owen and Bridget's living arrangement "bizarre" and thought it was a PR nightmare. Aggie, of course, backed Nick. Bridget asked what they could do to restore the team, but Nick didn't think that anything could be done. Jackie implored him to be rational. "I don't want you in this building with that baby," he spat at Bridget. "That baby that was supposed to be mine." He told his mother that he wants her at the company, but not Bridget and Owen. Jackie agreed to do things his way — for now. Bridget asked for a moment alone with Nick and the others stepped out. Bridget apologized for hurting her ex, but he didn't want to hear it. She agreed to respect his decision. Nick encouraged her to spend time with her son and start a new life. "Let's not waste any time on what might've been," he sighed. Bridget sadly left, giving him a lingering glace as she stepped out of his office. Alone, Nick broke down and poured himself a drink. Later, Amber went to check on Nick, who continued to drink.... Whip noted that Aggie seemed to be okay with Nick replacing Bridget. "Nick seems to know what he wants," she shrugged. Whip pressed her for more information on her personal life and Aggie giddily declared that she's in love with Nick.... Amber promised Nick that they'd turn the company around. "We're gonna take it right to the top!" she bubbled and went on about how incredible he is — and they ended up kissing!
Brooke and Stephanie rode the roller coaster at Santa Monica Pier. Steph had a blast, but Brooke was terrified. As the coaster went over a turn, Stephanie's scarf blew off and floated to the ground. After, Brooke wanted to go home, but Stephanie wanted to find her scarf. Brooke again urged Steph to get treatment for her cancer. Stephanie wandered around the pier looking for her scarf, explaining that it had been her mother's. However, she took a detour to get a corn dog. "Gross!" Brooke complained. Stephanie continued to have fun as she made friends with a parrot and urged Brooke to live a little. Steph then spied someone familiar and flashed back to 1991 when she'd had amnesia and was living as a homeless woman. Brooke wanted to take her to the hospital, but Stephanie refused — and went to get cotton candy instead. "It's like eating a cloud!" she declared, then ordered Brooke to pay the vendor while she hunted for her scarf. Later, Steph took a walk on the beach and spied a homeless girl with her accessory. But when she asked for it back, the girl became frightened and held up a broken bottle to stop her.
