On Bill's plane, Steffy suggested to Bill, Ridge and Taylor that they look on the satellite feed to see if Thomas and Brooke had built a fire on any of the islands.
Uh, speaking of which, Brooke and Thomas — who were still high on the berries — were glowing! And giggling. But mostly glowing as beams of light shot from their hands. Cool!
In his office, a serious Nick, pencil in hand, stared at a map of the Pacific as he tried to track down the missing pair. Owen and Whip left as a worried Jackie urged her son to take a break. However, Nick was determined to locate Brooke and Thomas.
Stephen encouraged a devastated Katie and Donna to have hope that Brooke is still alive.... On the plane, the gang was informed that the search was being called off. Steffy refused to believe that her brother is dead.... Later, Katie cleaned up around Brooke's home and spied one of Brooke's photo albums. She sat down with the album and cried as she went through the pictures. She was interrupted when the doorbell rang; it was Nick, coming to check on her. He assured her that he was doing everything to find Brooke. Katie was grateful for his help.
Ridge refused to give up and gave the crew a speech about how they're going to keep searching for his wife and son. Taylor supported him and was determined to find Thomas.
Meanwhile, Thomas and Brooke continued to giggle and fondle each other in their "Garden of Eden"-like hallucination (which somehow they shared).

Thomas and Brooke came down from their berry high in the cave. Both were tired, sore and basically wrecked. "I feel like I'm dying," moaned Brooke. They kept thinking back to their shared hallucination and wondered what happened. Brooke regretted eating the berries. "Everything was glowing," croaked Thomas. Brooke reminded him that they were hallucinating. Suddenly, both looked at each other, horror etched on their faces. "Oh no," whispered Brooke as they tried to recall how far they'd gone with each other. Neither was sure. Later, Brooke became violently ill and dissolved into sobs.
On the plane, Ridge, Taylor, Steffy and Bill were told that the search for Brooke and Thomas was ending, but Ridge and Taylor refused to give up on looking for Thomas. Bill pulled a distraught Steffy into an embrace.
Back in L.A., Brooke and Thomas's loved ones gathered at the Forrester mansion and tried to deal with their grief and worry.... Donna found a surprising friend in Pam during this difficult time and broke down in Pam's arms.... Oliver, Dayzee and Hope tried to have faith that the duo would be found.... Eric and Stephanie comforted each other. Soon, Nick arrived with bad news: the officials were scaling back the search. Hope broke down, but Nick urged her to hang in there. After, Stephanie admitted to Nick that she couldn't imagine losing Thomas or Brooke. She noted how much Brooke has done for her. Later, Nick confided to Eric that he was worried he'd sent the search crew in the wrong direction. Eric assured him that he did his best.
Ridge and Taylor continued their search in a smaller fishing boat. "There are a thousand islands out here," sighed Ridge. "It's a big ocean." Taylor wondered how Brooke and Thomas would survive without food or water. Ridge was certain that they'd survive and vowed to find them.... Bill continued going through the computer images and promised Steffy that he wouldn't stop looking.
Stephanie called Felicia to give her an update. After, Steph gave her condolences to Stephen and told him how much she owes to Brooke. Stephen hugged Stephanie and refused to believe that his daughter was gone.
Thomas took a severely dehydrated Brooke to the beach, where she collapsed in his arms. He carved out "Help" in the sand. Bill spied the SOS on his computer and called Ridge to give him the location.... Thomas tried to carry Brooke, but passed out himself.

Still stranded on Berry Island, a dehydrated Brooke and Thomas collapsed on the sand. Meanwhile, on his computer, Bill spied a giant "Help" sign carved into the sand and alerted Ridge and Taylor. Steffy was thrilled that Bill had found her brother and Brooke.... Thomas carried an unconscious Brooke into the cave and held her in his arms. He then placed her head on a rock and eyed a shell, trying to figure out how to get water.
Back in L.A., Oliver comforted Hope, Eric comforted Donna and Stephen comforted Katie. Nick gave them the bad news that the team was scaling back their search and embraced a distraught Stephanie. After, Eric advised Steph to prepare for the worst, but she refused to do that. Just then, she had a coughing spell.... The Logans appreciated Stephanie trying to stay strong for them. "It's hard to believe that she's battling cancer," marveled Katie. Stephen wasn't prepared to lose another child and refused to give up hope that Brooke would be found.... Hope tried to keep Dayzee and Pam's spirits up.... Stephanie and Dayzee discussed Thomas. Dayzee regretted not being more open with her feelings, but Steph was sure that he knows how much Dayzee cares. Later, Stephanie suggested that they all say a prayer and spoke aloud to God.
On the fishing boat, Taylor spied the island with the "Help" sign and became giddy as she pointed it out to Ridge.... In the cave, Brooke opened her eyes and Thomas stroked her cheek.... Nick excitedly informed everyone at the Forrester manse about the island that had been found. The gang was thrilled, of course... On the plane, Steffy and Bill happily embraced.... Thomas heard Ridge calling out for him and looked around, wondering if his ears were playing tricks. He got up slowly and helped Brooke to her feet, then led her out of the cave. Ridge waded through the surf and spied Brooke up on the rock; the pair then ran to each other in slo-mo. Seriously! Aww!! Thomas joined in a group hug and Ridge gave the pair some much-needed water — though he wisely had them drink only a little at a time. Ridge called Taylor with his great news. Thomas later called Steffy, who was overjoyed to hear from her brother. In their excitement, Steffy hugged Bill and declared her love for him — and he said he loves her. Uh oh...

After finding Brooke and Thomas, Ridge and Taylor helped them onto the fishing boat. Taylor placed a blanket over Thomas while Brooke broke down in Ridge's arms. Ridge assured them that they were safe. "I knew you'd find them," Taylor told Ridge, who watched over Brooke as she slept. Later, Ridge and Taylor fed the pair crackers and Brooke thanked them for not giving up.
Steffy and Bill were thrilled when Ridge called with news of the rescue. Steffy was impressed with Bill for keeping medical supplies on board. "No one could've done what you did," she cooed. "You took charge. You saved my brother." She went on about how much she loves Bill. "I have to have you," she stated and kissed him.
At the Forrester mansion, Nick gave everyone the great news and the ganged whooped with joy. Still, Katie confessed to Donna that she wished she'd been on the plane with Bill. Donna believed that Katie and Bill would work things out. Soon, Liam came by and gave Hope a big kiss to celebrate. Oliver was visibly upset. Hope thanked him for being there. Oliver came outside and interrupted, protectively putting an arm on Hope's shoulder. Hope then began to worry about Brooke and how she was doing.... Jackie congratulated Stephanie. Stephanie made an announcement publicly thanking Nick and made a sweet speech about how they all need to value each other.
On the boat, Ridge thanked Waisea for his help. He went to get them more water and admitted to Taylor that Brooke and Thomas seemed to be in really bad shape. Taylor believed that they were suffering from post-traumatic stress syndrome. After, Ridge offered them berries and Brooke flipped out. Later, they met up with Bill and Steffy. Brooke was eager to get home and get back to her old life. However, she thought about her time on the island with Thomas and shivered.

On Bill's plane, Ridge took care of Brooke while Steffy checked in on Thomas. "It's over," Thomas shrugged. He called Dayzee, who was thrilled to hear from him. After, Thomas and Ridge thanked Waisea and the men who'd helped rescue them. The pilot joined them and announced that they were ready to head back to L.A. Thomas was understandably nervous about flying and asked Brooke if she felt the same way. Taylor thanked Brooke for taking care of Thomas on the island.
Back in L.A., everyone celebrated the rescue with ... lemon bars! Jackie and Owen showed some serious PDA and everyone chuckled at the amorous pair. Later, Katie noted to Stephanie that the best gift they could give Brooke is time alone with her husband.
Ridge admitted to Bill that something seemed to be wrong with Brooke; he then went to confer with Taylor. Thomas eyed them suspiciously.... Brooke took a nap on the bed, but was plagued by nightmares about the plane crashing. She sat up in bed and was relieved to see that she was on Bill's plane. Thomas paid her a visit and they discussed what may or may not have happened while they were under the influence of the berries. Thomas implored her not to say anything. They recalled that when they awoke from their high, they were both full dressed. Still, Brooke didn't want to keep anything from Ridge. "It didn't happen," Thomas stated.... Taylor, Ridge and Steffy discussed Thomas's odd behavior and Taylor encouraged them to be patient.... In a private corner of the plane, Steffy reminded Bill how they'd declared their love for each other. He reminded her that he's married, but Steffy didn't care and kissed him.... Ridge massaged Brooke's shoulders. She told him that it was her love for her husband that got her through the ordeal. "Whatever you went through, it's over," Ridge gently assured her. Brooke had a flashback of her hallucination where she and Thomas were naked in a bed of flowers.
