Monday
Oliver questioned Aggie's decision to tell Nick the truth, but Aggie defended herself. "Nick deserves better," she spit. Aggie went on about how secrets always come out, causing Oliver to flash back to his sex romp with Brooke. Are you feeling okay? asked Aggie, feeling his head. Gulp, said Oliver.
Bill, Katie and Brooke burst into the Big Bear cabin and found Stephen lying on the floor. What happened? "I shot him," announced Stephanie, who called the paramedics and chatted about the weather before saying she had "winged" a home intruder and needed them to send help. "Don't die till I put you in jail," she ordered Stephen. The girls demanded to know how Stephanie could have shot their father, but she pointed out he came into her home carrying a gun, trespassing with the intent to kill. Luckily, she is a wonderful shot or Stephen would be dead. Stephen apologized to his daughters that he wanted Stephanie gone, but once again she has won. Stephanie said Stephen used Pam to get her to shoot Stephanie. "Is it true?" asked Pam. Stephen apologized for hurting Pam. Pam sobbed that Stephen got her so confused and told Stephanie she's sorry. Paramedics took Stephen to the hospital, but Brooke stayed behind to plead Stephen's case to Stephanie. Stephanie wouldn't hear it - Stephen took advantage of her sister and he will pay. Brooke's phone rang - it was Oliver saying he has to see her. Brooke flashed back to their mask-sex at the party. Stephanie went on that although she knows Ridge loves Brooke, Stephanie knows Brooke hasn't changed. "You will do something, and he'll peel back that mask and see you for who you really are," smirked Stephanie.
"Tell me it's a lie," Nick begged Bridget. Bridget admitted she had a one-night stand with Owen on the night Aggie lost their baby. She was grief-stricken and not thinking. How could Owen let this happen? demanded Nick. Bridget defended Owen, saying they both regretted it as soon as it happened. Nick punched out a photo of him and Bridget and stormed out. "This all ends tonight."
Jackie and Owen returned home from the baby shower worried about what will happen when Nick finds out Owen fathered Bridget's baby. They agreed the secret is safe for now and settled in for a night of massages and wine. "So sorry to interrupt this lovely moment," yelled Nick, barging in to punch Owen. Bridget followed, begging Nick to stop. Jackie shocked Nick with the news that she knows the baby is Owen's. Circumstances were beyond Bridget and Owens control, explained Jackie, and Nick has got to forgive. Nick stared at his mother, incredulous.
Tuesday
Ridge reeled from the news that Stephen tried to get Pam to shoot Stephanie at Big Bear. Brooke rued that Stephanie is more determined than ever to get back at the Logans now, but Ridge assured Brooke there is nothing Stephanie could do to break them apart. He invited her into the shower, but Brooke "needed a minute."
Nick yelled that neither Jackie, Owen nor Bridget can make it right that Owen slept with Bridget. Bridget cried that she really thought it was over with Nick after they lost the baby Aggie was carrying for them. "It looks like you were right," sneered Nick, adding that Owen will leave Jackie after this baby is born. Jackie said their love will get them through this. Owen echoed that he is completely devoted to Jackie. Nick said he and his mom have different ways of dealing with betrayal. Nick is not going to raise this baby as one big "kumbaya family." Jackie stressed that Jack isn't Bridget's baby, but he is a blessing. Nick wasn't seeing Bridget's baby as a blessing. He couldn't handle seeing his wife pregnant with another man's child! Nick stormed out. Jackie and Owen consoled Bridget.
Hope gushed to Oliver that she loves the necklace he gave her because it means he is always with her, In fact, the only night she didn't wear it was the night of the party. She can't believe she did that! At least her mom kept it safe for her. Oliver flashed back to his mask-sex with Brooke while Brooke was wearing Hope's necklace and promised Hope to always give her the best of everything. "Tell me about your mother," he asked slyly. Hope relayed that Brooke used to be a "scandal queen." Hope told the story of how she was conceived when Brooke slept with Deacon while he was married to Bridget. Hope rationalized that Brooke used to be into the "forbidden." Oliver flashed back to their sex again as Hope blathered how much Brooke has changed. Aunt Katie called Hope to tell her about Stephen's shooting; Hope left. Oliver called Brooke, demanding to see her. Hope went home looking for Brooke, but found Ridge. Hope confided that she just told Oliver about "mom and Deacon." Ridge hugged her.
Brooke went to Oliver's and said they just have to get over what they did. Oliver questioned if Brooke really thought he was Ridge when they had sex. Oliver had never made love to Hope before, but Brooke had been with Ridge thousands of times. How did she not know? Was it really a mistake? Or was Oliver just another conquest for Brooke? If so, Oliver said he needed to tell Hope the truth. Brooke insisted that her sex with daughter Bridget's husband Deacon was a "tragedy," while her sex with daughter Hope's boyfriend was a "terrible accident." Brooke really thought Oliver was Ridge. "You have to believe me!" she cried.
Wednesday
Brooke insisted she hadn't plotted to have sex with Oliver, accusing him of over-thinking things. He claimed that she hasn't told the whole truth about that night. Brooke repeatedly stressed that they were not having an affair. She had to know that, physically, he was not Ridge when they had sex that fateful night, Oliver argued. Brooke pointed out that she could say the same thing about him, and stressed how horrified she was by what happened. Brooke tried to remind Oliver that the feelings they had were for other people, not each other. Oliver feared that the experience would alter how he felt about Hope. Brooke cautioned him that telling Hope would only hurt her. "This has to be our secret Oliver," Brooke whispered. "Forever."
In her room, Hope stared at a picture of Oliver as she waited for his call.
Ridge entered, and Hope expressed concern for Stephen's injury and lamented that the Forrester/Logan feud showed no signs of abating. Hope then asked her dad if she could go look for Oliver -- she was afraid that by opening her heart to Ollie, she may have scared him off. Ridge changed the subject and they ended up talking about Hope's disappointment in Brooke for having slept with Bridget's boyfriend back in the day. Ridge stated that it happened years ago; Brooke is a different woman now.
At the photo shoot, Steffy and Marcus waited for Oliver. An impatient Steffy dropped her robe and began the shoot. On a break, Marcus brought Steffy a cold drink. They wondered why Brooke was also a no-show. Steffy and Marcus flirted shamelessly, until the topic of Hope came up. Marcus reminded Steffy that when it comes to Oliver, "The man has what he wants." "They're having sex?" she quickly asked. Marcus would only say that he knew what he saw. Just then, Hope showed up looking for Oliver. Saying he was a no-show, Steffy asked, "Did you wear him out?" Hope looked confused. Steffy said that she wanted details. Hope told Steffy that she and Oliver weren't sleeping together and she didn't care who knew it. Steffy apologized and went right to Marcus. He said Hope probably denied it because Steffy embarrassed her. He then told Steffy that he witnessed the act himself, explaining it had to be
Hope because she was wearing the tell-tale necklace....
Thursday
"How are we going to get rid of these Logan girls?" Stephanie asked her granddaughter. "So much for waving the white flag," responded Steffy. Steffy wondered if Hope is as innocent as she looks, based on what Marcus said about the night of the party. Hmmm, they both said. Stephanie filled Steffy in on Stephen's antics at the cabin. Steffy snarked that the Logans never take responsibility for what they do. It wasn't Stephanie's fault that Beth died -- Stephanie had every right to turn the gun back on Stephen. How can they bring the Logans down? Stephanie pronounced that Brooke is such a screw-up, she will hand them her downfall on a silver platter. Later, Stephanie allowed that the loss of a mother can change people, and flashed back to her own mother's death.
Hope hosted a pool party for some girls from school and they discussed how cute Oliver is. Marcus showed up to grill burgers and they all looked at the video from the party. One of the girls remarked that it was hard to tell the people apart in all the masks. Hope said Oliver is "going through something" but she doesn't want to pry.
Brooke found Oliver asleep on the Forrester roof. He confessed that he can't sleep because he can't stop thinking about that night. Brooke repeated that it was a horrible accident and they can't change it. Brooke took the blame for what happened and confided that Steffy and Stephanie are out to "get something on her" so he has to be careful. Hope called Oliver to remind him of the pool party. He said he'll be right over. Steffy appeared on the roof, asking Oliver if she could come to the pool party. He said no.
Steffy showed up at the pool party as they were looking at the video. Hope wondered who that woman was dancing in her necklace with Oliver. Gulp, said Oliver. Brooke jumped in and said it was her. "So that must have been you and dad dancing?" asked Hope. "Right!" stammered Brooke. Hope thanked Brooke for always looking out for her. Steffy's eyebrow went up and she grilled Marcus again about seeing Hope and Oliver fool around at the party. Marcus must have gotten it wrong, what with all those masks and hooded dresses. Steffy stared from Hope to Oliver to Brooke and did the math. "No way!" she exulted. "Oliver and Brooke!"
Friday
Steffy questioned Marcus again about what he saw at the party. Why is he so desperate to cover it up? Marcus begged Steffy to let it go. Steffy put the pieces together and concluded it was Oliver and Brooke. "Doing it on the terrace?" gasped Marcus. "No way!" Steffy said her dad would never have sex at a graduation party, no matter what his oversexed wife wanted him to do. She is going to figure out who it was. "It was Brooke and Ridge, end of story," pronounced Marcus.
Hope and Oliver danced and kissed at the pool party as Brooke looked on. Bridget arrived to tell Brooke that Nick has left her — and she can't blame him. Bridget explained that she is pregnant with Owen's child. Brooke was sympathetic. Bridget can now understand how Brooke must have felt when she got pregnant with Hope (by Deacon). Brooke couldn't believe Bridget has been living with this secret all this time, and counseled her daughter not to give up on her marriage. Bridget marveled that no sin is too big to be forgiven in Brooke's eyes. Brooke is such an inspiration.
Everyone watched the video at the pool party. Hope remarked how cute her parents are, dancing so close like that. Oliver and Brooke traded glances because they knew it was them. "Your mom is hot," said one of the boys. The kids discussed how weird it was that Hope's mom was wearing her necklace, and how much Oliver looked like Ridge when they were dancing. "I would have thought that was Oliver!" Hope walked Oliver out. "I never want to hurt you," he said. Hope beamed that she has loved OIiver since the second she saw him. Oliver has shown her that he is true and honest, even through Steffy's escapades, she gushed, adding she knows Oliver would never break her heart. "I never want to let you down," he rued. Oliver and the kids all left. "You really are the best," beamed Hope to her mom.
Stephanie and Ridge discussed the shooting. Stephanie would never trust Brooke again. Ridge assured his mother that Brooke is disturbed by it, too. Ridge wanted to know why Stephanie was on this kick against Brooke again. Stephanie said the shooting was just an example of the dysfunction surrounding the Logans.
Oliver went back to work and flashed back to his mask-sex with Brooke. Steffy came in, making cryptic comments about the party and how it was hard to tell who was dancing with whom. That throbbing beat really gets the juices flowing, huh? Steffy could swear it was Hope and Oliver dancing but she guessed it was her dad and Brooke. Oliver looked uncomfortable. Steffy went on: Two people dancing like crazy who then went out to the terrace to do it… It was Oliver and Brooke! Oliver dropped the CDs he was holding and they crashed to the floor. "I got you, Brooke," hissed Steffy.
