Monday

Brooke called Steffy out for coming on to Bill. Over at Spencer
Publications, Katie exclaimed over Bill's necklace turning up, and he said he had to tell her "where it was found and why." He led with Steffy having a crush on him, while Brooke asked Steffy for her point of view on the matter. Bill confessed all to a stunned Katie (the first kiss, Big Bear, etc.) and Steffy narrated the same events to Brooke. "Something just came over me," she insisted, wondering, "Brooke, what are you going to do?" Brooke called
her "foolish" and warned her of Ridge's reaction. Katie coolly wondered why Bill was confessing now and he cited wanting their marriage to work. "I really wish you hadn't gone to Big Bear," she sighed, saying she believes him. But she noted that just by doing what Steffy asked he'd given her encouragement. Then, she thanked him for telling her the truth. "I want you to always trust me with the truth," she directed, hugging him. "I won't make you regret it." At Forrester, Steffy promised Brooke she'd learned her lesson. Experienced in making mistakes, Brooke said she believed her and would keep mum. Later, Katie went to Forrester and confronted Steffy about her shenanigans!

At Sandy's, Nick realized that she wasn't anti-him, she was afraid of all men. She clutched her stuffed animals, shaken. Nick noted thatnow that she's pregnant with his child, she's his responsibility. Sandy didn't want him to feel responsible for her and admitted she doesn't want to deal with any man. Nick probed her about her trauma and her changing her identity. Over at Jackie M, Bridget and Taylor were talking about Sandy and then Whip walked in, unsettled by the topic. Bridget noted how "on edge" Sandy was and Whip tried to be dismissive but clearly looked worried. Back at Sandy's, Nick said that she had to try and get past what she'd been through and demanded the truth. She said the truth was that she wants to give him and Bridget a baby. Nick kept pressing and then noticed how Sandy had backed up as he spoke to her. Sandy begged him to stop, noting he can't help her. But she'd make him very happy by giving him and Bridget a baby, so could he just let it go for now? She also asked him not to tell Bridget what he'd learned. "Please let Bridget believe in me," she pleaded. Nick agreed and let himself out. Sandy locked the door behind him and struggled to calm herself.

Tuesday

"Why did you kiss my husband?" a steely Katie asked Steffy at Forrester. Meanwhile, Justin found Bill angsting at the beach house in the dark and wondered if he was okay. Bill ended up confiding in Justin about Steffy. "It was innocent!" he assured when Justin boggled at him. And he also assured Justin that he and Katie are fine but that Katie's likely chewing Steffy out right now. And indeed she was! "What's really going on here?" she asked Steffy. Back on the beach, Justin continued to be skeptical of Bill's
assurances and when he leveled his buddy with a particularly "I don't believe you"-ish look, Bill said he'd pop him one. (LOL!) "No one has ever come close to affecting me the way that Katie has. I love her," he sighed to Justin. Back at Forrester, Steffy said she wasn't after Bill. "I'm not a bad person!" she insisted. "Sometimes good people do bad things," mused Katie. In fact, she understood Steffy "pretty well." She warned Steffy she'd crossed a line and that Steffy's behavior might recur. She surmised that this might be Steffy's way of taking something from Katie like Katie had taken the company from her family. "You're fired," Katie spat.

A shaken Nick ended up at office at Jackie M, where Bridget was waiting. He assured her that Sandy is very committed to having their baby. When Bridget asked for more details, Nick admitted that Sandy's had a rough life and she doesn't trust men in general but he switched topics to Sandy valuing Bridget's friendship. Nick and Bridget then popped in to Taylor and Stephanie on their way out. They admitted they hadn't told Jack that he would have a little brother or sister very soon and Taylor lauded the special bond between siblings. Alone with Nick, Bridget worried about the surrogacy and Taylor, given the whole IVF debacle. She hoped Taylor's date went well! Then, she and her hubby did some canoodling.

Taylor dressed for her second Internet date, thanking Stephanie for the loan of a sexy Jackie M number. Steph wished her luck, though she advised caution. When Whip came in, wowed by Taylor's look, she revealed that she's getting ready for a date tonight. Whip immediately got uncomfortable, saying online dating isn't for "the Whipster." He probed Taylor for details about her date and Taylor assumed he was trying to judge her and have fun at her expense. Later, Taylor showed up at Insomnia for her date and Whip walked
up. "Surprise!" he said, revealing he

Wednesday

Steffy was in shock that Katie was firing her. Katie reiterated her belief that Steffy had no respect for her authority. "I expect you to have your office cleaned out by tomorrow," Katie snapped. Thomas found Steffy later and could not believe the news that she had been fired. "This is insane!" he raged. Thomas was emphatic that she had been wrongfully fired, but Steffy stopped him in his tracks by admitting that she had kissed Bill. Thomas was incensed at his sister for kissing the man who had snatched their family's company. Steffy came clean about her real motive — that she wanted to take something from Katie the way she had taken everything from them. "I want her to hurt like we hurt!" she spat. She looked around her grandfather's former office and implored Thomas to join her crusade for revenge. "I don't have to hold back anymore!" she cried. "I have been fired by the high and mighty Katie Logan!" Thomas attempted to calm her, but she was even more determined than ever to come up with a plan to restore Forrester Creations to their family.

At home, Bill was busy setting up a romantic dinner for Katie. When she arrived, they kissed and she was appreciative of his efforts to sweep her off her feet. They got cozy on the couch, and he fed her the first bite of their fancy dinner. After making love, Katie rested her head on Bill's bare chest. They basked in the moment before Bill gifted her with a sparkling diamond necklace. "That looks good with what you're not wearing," Bill teased. Still cuddling, Katie brought up the topic of Steffy. Bill was stunned to hear that Katie had fired her. After Katie changed into a robe and returned, Bill questioned her decision about the firing. She defended herself, saying that she wouldn't tolerate Steffy causing any more trouble. Bill squirmed.

Taylor and Whip continued their date at Insomnia. "So ... where are your other ladies tonight, Mr. I-Don't-Need-A-Computer-To-Get-A-Date?" Taylor teased. Whip admitted that perhaps he had exaggerated a bit. They began to discuss business, and Whip hailed Taylor's daughter as a formidable opponent. Whip went on to compliment Taylor and they both wondered why he had never asked her out before. He explained that he had access to many beautiful women — including Jackie — but that he was waiting for just the right one to come along. Taylor did a double-take to learn about his "thing" for Jackie — his married boss! Whip explained that it was a brief "cougar infatuation", but it was over. Whip confided that he was glad Taylor had not married Ridge. They agreed to swear off internet dating, and Whip officially asked her out to dinner. He was giddy when she agreed. He admitted that he had admired her from afar for a while, and that he was eager to make her feel appreciated. She blushed when he told her how special she was. They toasted to the beginning of a potentially wonderful time together.

Thursday

At Jackie M, Brooke reminded Nick that they had a Forrester/Jackie M design fellowship to work on. Then, she saw Bridget was doing surrogate research. The topic of Sandy prickled Nick but he deflected. After Bridget left for the gym, Nick told Brooke he's keeping a "big, fat scary secret" from Bridget and asked Brooke for her advice. Whip dropped by Sandy's and she didn't appreciate it. Snarky Insults flew between the cousins and Whip handed over a gift he'd brought: a pregnancy gift box! He warned Sandy that Nick was the kind of guy who had a way of finding things out. Back in Nick's office, he told Brooke all about Sandy! At Insomnia, Sandy and Bridget relaxed after yoga classes (Sandy's first ever!) and Sandy admitted that her profile had been fudged. She feared she would disappoint Bridget as a friend. Back at Jackie M, Nick said he believes in his heart that Sandy is a good person — one who had something really bad happen to her. Brooke warned him that those kinds of people can be dangerous. Bridget reached out to Sandy, assuring her that she values her. "You're loving my baby into existence and I thank God for that every day," she sighed. As Brooke pondered Sandy's sincerity, Bridget and Sandy came in. Bridget introduced Sandy to her mother, gave Sandy a yoga mat and asked her to dinner. Sandy said yes, after noting that Nick is so tender with Bridget. "I trust him," Bridget shrugged of her gruff hubby. Back in Nick's office, Brooke encouraged him to get Sandy to trust him.

Serge brought Pam some biscotti, and she was all starry-eyed over the gesture. Then, Taylor popped into the offices looking for Whip and accepted some biscotti as well. Whip was intrigued by Taylor's visit, but then she told him she'd changed her mind about seeing him again. Whip surmised that someone had told Taylor awful things about him. No, that wasn't the case! Taylor thought Whip was attractive and fun but she just didn't want pursue him. Whip tried to cajole her into going to dinner with him again but she stood firm. She admitted she'd promised herself never to get involved with "one of Brooke's men." Whip insisted he wasn't purely one of Brooke's men and that their marriage was brief, Taylor huffed, "All of her marriages are brief!" And as she babbled defensively and then fled, Whip seemed to realize she is afraid of being hurt.

Friday

At Insomnia, Nick continued to confide his Sandy woes to Brooke. He didn't want Bridget getting too attached. Meanwhile, at Jackie M, Bridget and Sandy unpacked some takeout dinner and Bridget raved about her new pal. When she questioned Sandy about having a boyfriend, Sandy got rattled. Nick interrupted them and Sandy wanted to flee but Nick urged her to stay. Bridget was glad to get some smiles and jokes out of Sandy and offered to be her defense against junk food. Sandy was touched as Bridget told her she could call her a friend. Nick, however, managed to unsettle Sandy all over again. Sandy was rattled by the idea of Nick escorting her home and thanked Bridget for including her in her family. In the car, Nick tried to get Sandy to open up — to no avail. Sandy's defenses flew up and she told Nick to "let it go." Then, she went to her trailer door, and found it ajar. The lights were out, too. Freaked, she lunged for her baseball bat!

Taylor vowed to quit it with the online dating and settled in for work...only to realize that her next appointment was Whip! "You can't turn away a man who is in dire need of help," he insisted to the doc. He needed Taylor's help getting back on his feet after taking a shot to his ego. Taylor rolled her eyes but he was clearly getting to her! Whip sacked out on Taylor's couch. "No one has ever died from being turned down for a date," she said, fighting a smile. Whip refused to let anything get in the way of "the best second date in history." Taylor reminded him therapists can't socialize with her patients and told him she's given up on dating. Whip told her Ridge was a fool to let her go. But Ridge's loss was his gain! He leaned in close enough to kiss her and she warned him that if he wants to stand that close to her, he'd better find a new therapist. Suddenly healthy, Whip told her he'd call her and sauntered out, self-satisfied.

Brooke and Ridge talked about the kids and Christmas (complete with a plug for Macy's donating a $1 to the Make a Wish Foundation) and cuddled each other. Brooke hoped Nick and Bridget's surrogate experience would be everything they wanted, "with no surprises." Brooke described her to Ridge as "a mystery," and Ridge realized she was worried. He assured her that the baby would have the best mother and grandmother in the world! The duo had some adorable couple moments, wisecracking about spending many, many years together.
