Monday

At the jail, Donna found it hard to believe Owen's claim that he confessed to Eric's poisoning just to save her hide. "I'm going to see you behind bars," she threatened, but he insisted he is innocent. Donna refused to buy his story but started to be swayed when Owen reminded her that he fought to keep Eric on life-support. "I love you, Donna," he confessed, which confused Donna even more. She then began to believe that if the culprit is at large, she could be in danger. "You shouldn't be here if you're here because of me," she gasped. As Owen was taken to the cell, he called out a warning to be careful.

Nick tried to convince Katie that there are huge risks with her pregnancy and that they may need to consider an abortion. She argued that their baby "is a miracle" and refused to think about such an option. Katie said that if she dies, Nick and Bridget can raise the baby. Nick finally agreed to support Katie's decision to go through with the pregnancy.

Lt. Baker still doubted if Owen is truly guilty of trying to kill Eric although Charlie was convinced that Knight is their man. "Why would he confess?" Lt. Baker brought up. "He knows we don't have evidence."

While Rick sat at Eric's bedside, Stephanie entered and blamed herself for
her ex's condition because she stepped aside so that he could marry Donna. Rick had to leave for work and Steph assured she would maintain the vigil. She then vowed to a comatose Eric that whoever did this to him, she "will make them pay." Pam showed up and was shocked to hear from her sister that Eric was poisoned and Owen has been arrested. But Steph steadfastly believed that Donna is a co-conspirator and intended to find out.

Tuesday

In the police station, Owen was questioned about Eric being poisoned. Stephanie stopped by and asked why he'd tried to kill Eric. She believed that there is more to his confession. He insisted that he and Donna weren't in it together, but Stephanie didn't buy that.

Steffy and Marcus lounged outside by the pool on some beach chairs that were situated next to some yummy-looking fruit bowls. She was grateful to Marcus for revealing the truth about Eric being poisoned. However, Marcus felt guilty that Owen came to town because of him and feared what Knight would do to Donna. Later, the teens got cozy. Steffy admitted that she has trouble trusting people, but feels secure with Marcus.

Meanwhile, Beth and Stephen worried about how Donna was dealing with the Eric situation. They then discussed their relationship. Stephen admitted that he always felt he couldn't measure up to Eric in Beth's eyes. He asked if they could have a second chance at their marriage. They kissed passionately.

Donna informed Brooke that she confronted Owen and he insisted he is innocent. Donna believed him, even though he confessed to the crime. She was touched that Owen would protect her like that, but Brooke wasn't so sure she should trust him. Donna then started to go through Eric's files to find a clue about the drugging, but was interrupted by an irate Pam, who thought Donna was the one responsible. Pam went off on her rival, stating that Donna belonged in jail. Later, Donna and Brooke argued over Owen's intentions toward Donna. Donna supported Owen, despite her sister's concerns. Donna then realized who tried to kill Eric.

Wednesday

Donna surmised to Brooke that Stephanie tried to poison Eric. Marcus walked in on the conversation and was surprised his mother believed that Owen is innocent. Donna recounted all of Stephanie violent acts and theorized that Stephanie only meant to make Eric sick so she could pin it on Donna. Brooke wasn't swayed, but Donna held steadfastly to her claim. Marcus and Brooke left and Stephanie showed up and taunted Donna about Owen. Donna then accused Steph of hurting Eric. "You've gone off the deep end," Stephanie growled. Donna announced she is hiring someone to guard Eric and Stephanie will no longer be allowed near him. "I'm not going to let you get away with this and you can count on it," Stephanie threatened and stormed out.

"What did my dad ever do to you?" Ridge demanded to know from Owen, who could only apologize for Eric's condition. Ridge was still sure that Donna is a co-conspirator, but Owen insisted that she is devoted to her husband. Owen advised Ridge to show Donna "some compassion." Ridge became disgusted and left. Marcus arrived and wanted to know how Owen convinced Donna of his supposed innocence but Knight urged Marcus to protect his mother because the real culprit is sure to attack again.

Ridge was shocked when Brooke explained that Donna is sure Stephanie poisoned Eric. Ridge refused to believe such an allegation and was still sure Owen is guilty. Brooke pointed out that it could be someone with a grudge that, "we haven't even thought of yet."

Donna came home, poured herself a glass of wine and looked over her wedding photos. The electricity suddenly went out and a frightened Donna gasped, "Who's there?" She wandered in the dark living room until someone in a ski mask grabbed her from behind.

Thursday

At Forrester, Pam got a call from the local grocer in Big Bear and learned that Donna was fleeing to the Forrester cabin.

Brooke summoned Stephanie and Ridge to the house and stated that Donna phoned from her car, saying someone tried to kill her. Brooke accused Steph, revealing that her keys were found in the front door lock. Just then, Steffy and Marcus burst in, and he accused Stephanie of trying to hurt his mother. Steph denied any involvement in the attack.

Donna arrived at the cabin and found the honey which the grocer had delivered. She was pleased, as she recalled sharing the "Honey Bear" honey with Eric. Shortly after, Pam showed up in a fishing outfit. Donna told her to leave, but Pam refused. She said they needed to have a heart-to-heart talk.

At the police station, Owen asked Baker when he was going to be released. Baker informed him that Marcus posted his bail.

Ann called Stephanie from Chicago and broke the news that Pam hasn't been taking her meds. At first, Steph wasn't that concerned until she realized Pam hasn't been taking them for months. "And you know what happens to your sister when she's not taking her medication," Ann warned. "Oh, Lord," Steph replied. Steph calmed Ann and told her not to worry. Stephanie then informed everyone that Pam was off her meds.

Owen called Donna and said he was coming up to the cabin as soon as he was released. Baker then shared the Eric's toxicology report. After looking it over, Owen realized that the poison was in Pam's lemon bars. He frantically called Donna back, but Pam had already shut off Donna's cell phone. Once released, Owen frantically left messages for Donna while heading to Big Bear. Just then, he was pulled over by the police for speeding.

Donna was starving, but turned down Pam's offer of a lemon bar. When Donna insulted Pam's lemon bars, Pam guilted her into trying one, but it never made it to her mouth. Pam asked Donna if they could be friends. Donna said no way, adding that there was something really off about her. Just then, Donna realized that Pam was the one responsible for poisoning Eric. She tried to cover, but Pam knew she'd been found out so she took a shotgun and pointed it at Donna. "Don't move," Pam hissed.

Friday

A teary Donna tried to talk a rifle-wielding Pam out of hurting her, but the crazed lemon-bar baker insisted that Donna has ruined Stephanie and Eric's life together. Donna turned to flee, but opened the door of the Big Bear cabin to a growling ... big bear. Pam crept up behind her and hit Donna over the head with the rifle. She then dragged her prey inside, tied her to a chair and poured honey on her head, explaining that she's staging a freak accident to protect her sister. Lamenting that she never was able to protect Stephanie from their father, Pam vowed: "I'm not going to let her suffer any more, Donna. I have to take care of this — once and for all." Pam then opened the door to let in the bear. A bound and helpless Donna screamed and cried as the bear licked his chops at the sight of such a tasty, honey blonde. But before the bear could enjoy his snack, Owen charged in to the cabin, scared away the bear by banging pots and pans and untied his sticky ladylove.

After Pam fled outside to cry and cling to her shotgun, Stephanie, Ridge, Brooke, Bridget, Marcus and Steffy burst in, followed by troopers. Stephanie, urged the troopers to find her unhinged sister. Ridge realized that neither Owen nor Donna actually hurt his father and also that Marcus is a pretty nice guy. Steffy was happy that her boyfriend is now a hero.

In the bedroom, Donna wanted to go dry her freshly shampooed hair, but Owen wouldn't let her out of his sight. "When something like this happens, it makes you realize what's important," he murmured, adding, "I love you." The couple began to make out. As Owen was passionately kissing a horizontal Donna at the cabin, a hospitalized Eric awoke from his coma.
