Monday

Liam stunned Stephanie and Ridge by announcing he's Ridge's son. Ridge dubbed him an idiot and told Stephanie to handle it. Liam tried to tell him his paternity story again and Ridge and Stephanie looked at him like he was nuts. Thorne interrupted the awkward moment and they brought him up to speed. After Thorne left, Liam explained his mother was a model named Kelly who had told him to find his dad at Forrester Creations. Ridge didn't buy it, socked Liam in the jaw, and told Stephanie to call security. Liam got tossed out just as some photographers were giving Hope a tough time in the parking lot, and he chased them off. When Hope realized he was bleeding, he wryly admitted her dad hit him. Liam told her he'd deserved it, confessing his part in the tribute snafu.

Bill told Steffy that someone in his organization had sabotaged her tribute and when she didn't believe him, he said he'd give her the details. He explained about Justin and Liam and urged her to make amends with her father. "He never should've doubted you," Bill said of Ridge. "Don't let himoff the hook too easily." On cue, Ridge called Steffy to meet up and Steffy told him to come meet her at Bill's beach house. Bill then praised the merits of independence to Steffy. Amused, Steffy realized he really wanted her stock. They had a "moment" as Ridge arrived, demanding to know what was up. He wanted to make amends, since he'd realized what had really happened. Steffy said she still had things to discuss with Bill, outlining Bill's offer. Ridge was horrified, apologizing for not believing in her and asking her not to sell her stock to Bill.

Hope made out with Oliver but still couldn't erase the images of him and Brooke together and pulled away. She again lambasted him about that ill-fated night, saying he's not the guy she'd thought he was. Oliver was determined not to lose her and Hope was determined to start over and strive for a normal life. She didn't want to stop loving him but she "had to." Later, Oliver was working out at the Forrester Sky Lounge and Stephanie advised him to give Hope some "space and some time." Oliver told Stephanie that Hope is "the one," and he couldn't lose her.

Tuesday

In Malibu, Ridge apologized to Steffy for not believing in her and begged her to not let Bill divide them. Bill, of course, had to put his two centsin, noting Ridge would never put Steffy before his wife. Ridge wanted to talk to Steffy without the peanut gallery, and Bill kept pressing his case. No dummy, Steffy knew what was up and agreed to leave with Ridge. Katie came home to Bill, who noted he'd lobbed his "opening volley" for Steffy's shares...and then told Katie about someone at Spencer Publications manipulating the tribute video. "I feel terrible about it," he said, noting he couldn't change what had happened. Steffy was another story...and he had every intention of continuing to work her. Bill promised Katie he'd get her back the Forrester CEO spot, and they made out on the sofa! At Forrester, Steffy wasn't so sure she wanted to come back as head of PR. Ridge wanted to move on and get past their problems. Didn't Steffy want that, too? He wanted everyone to work together and function as a team, and promised Steffy things would be different.

Out and about, Hope was floored by everything Liam told her. Liam was willing to take his lumps for his part in the tribute fiasco, even urging Hope to hit him. She was mighty amused by his attitude and forgiving of his mistake, and took him to the guesthouse to get his face cleaned up. Hope vented about learning about Oliver and Brooke in such an ugly way, noting she'd happily punch Bill and Justin in the face. Hope dabbed alcohol on Liam's split lip, and he opened up to her about losing his mom and being sent to L.A. on a quest for his father. Liam was quite bummed to have scratched Ridge off the daddy list, and again apologized for getting involved with Justin. Hope then told him all about not knowing Deacon and being lucky to have Ridge. She noted they both could use a friend right now. Hope then put a lamb chop on Liam's lip to help with the swelling, and they kept bonding...albeit awkwardly, when Hope talked about being a virgin and kvetched about the Brooke/Oliver wall sex. She admitted she was repulsed by the idea of making love to someone who'd been with her mother. When she thought something might be wrong with her, Liam assured her that she was, "Wow!"

Wednesday

At the Forrester guesthouse, Hope and Liam swapped stories and got to know each other better. When Ridge arrived to talk to Hope, Liam hid. Hope took the news of who was behind the tribute video well, but was unhappy to discuss Brooke and refused to come home. Before Ridge left he warned Hope to be wary of Liam Cooper, as he had helped fiddle with Steffy's laptop. Liam came out of hiding and told Hope that he had always been honest with her, but that Ridge was probably right to be wary of him. An understanding Hope listened to Liam's story of how his privileged life with his supermodel mother changed when she died of cancer.

At home, Brooke undressed for bed and was surprised to find that Stephanie was in her house. Stephanie told her about Bill's admission, but Brooke was not any less forgiving towards Steffy. Brooke was outraged when Stephanie blamed her for Ridge and Steffy's argument and ordered that she do something to fix it.

The newly unfired Steffy interrupted Oliver's remembrances of his time with Hope. Steffy informed Oliver about Spencer Publications' involvement in the video and explained that she wouldn't press charges; she only wanted people she knew to believe her. Despite Oliver's objections to Steffy calling herself a "female dog," she lamented her behavior towards Phoebe before she died. Steffy then suggested the two of them go somewhere to start their lives over, some place he had always imagined himself going. Oliver only imagined himself being married to Hope, so Steffy told him they would have to get her back. Oliver called Hope to say that he would not give up and was disheartened when she offered only the possibility of a future friendship.

Ridge arrived home, where he received much needed comforting words from Brooke. He was not a bad father for not believing Steffy; Steffy's lack of credibility was her own fault. Brooke was happy to hear that Steffy was back at Forrester and that the two are working towards reconciliation. Ridge also told his wife about his visit to Hope. Brooke remarked that she would be able to let Hope go and leave home, just not in the way it was happening.

Back at the guesthouse, Liam promised that everything would be okay in their lives. He confessed that he does not want Hope and Oliver to get back together, because he wants to prove he can be good for her. The two kissed and Liam left a thoughtful Hope on the couch.

Thursday

At Jackie M, Bridget could tell Nick was upset about something, and admitted she worries about their marriage. He copped to thinking it's weird that she's still living upstairs from Owen and Jackie. Aggie arrived, and sniped about Bridget's big belly. After Bridget she left, Aggie invited Nick to go somewhere, but he declined. Then he vented about Whip's "cougar" campaign, claiming it paints his mother in a bad light.

Meanwhile, Jackie and Owen did a photo shoot on a motorcycle. He was uncomfortable hanging on the back in just leather shorts. From the sidelines, Amber volunteered that liked what she saw. As Whip supervised, they moved on to a golf shoot, and then a shoeshine scene, and even an Australian jungle scene — all with the common denominator of a shirtless Owen serving Jackie. Amber told Bridget it was nice to see a woman being waited on. Bridget looked jealous as Owen smooched Jackie. Nick wondered what will happen when Bridget's unconventional arrangement falls apart. Aggie suggested that every woman "could use a little Owen in her life." Later, while looking over the proofs, Owen noted that he is definitely giving Jackie's fans what they want — but he wants a shirt next time. Bridget chimed in that maybe the cougar/cub theme is played out for now, but Whip noted the numbers are still strong. Jackie suggested that if the campaign goes too far it could be seen as mean-spirited. Owen insisted he's happy to do his part, and kissed Jackie — which again made Bridget unhappy. Amber pulled Bridget aside and asked if her place is like a hippie compound. "Give me some dirt" she pleaded. "Are you and Jackie sharing Owen?" Bridget was mortified, and denied it. "Too bad," Amber mused. Back in the studio, Jackie told Owen he can stop, but he insisted modeling is his only path back into the business, and he needs to feel useful. "You've never been my boy toy," she assured him. He planned to make dinner; wearing, of course, just an apron. She asked if he'd had enough of being half-naked. "Do you love me for it?" he inquired. "Do I!" she replied, and they kissed.

Stephanie warned Oliver not to visit Hope because it's too stressful on her. In fact, Stephanie set a guard to keep everyone off the property. Oliver privately vowed to not give up on Hope. He dressed in black and made his way onto the grounds. Hope, meanwhile, was surprised to find Liam at her door! Liam noted that Hope is not a snooty model type, and his mom would have liked her. Liam realized that she was thinking about Oliver. Hope admitted she cannot forgive Oliver. She has tried, but she just can't. Elsewhere, Stephanie thought she heard something outside, but dismissed it. Liam confessed that he'd never met anyone like Hope before. "You turned up the volume on my whole life," he said. They kissed. Oliver approached the door and knocked, pretending to be Stephanie. That scared off Liam, but didn't fool Hope. When she opened the door, he begged her to come with him. He led her to a clearing, where he set up lanterns in a romantic tableau, recalling the time he asked her run off with him. He pointed out that no one will look for them in Stephanie's back yard. "I can't live without you," Oliver said. She glowed and smiled at him.

Friday

At the Forrester house, Hope was almost impressed by Oliver's romantic
efforts. The two were reconnecting over a Chinese food picnic when Oliver
revealed one more surprise: a telescope. Hope looked through and saw the Chinese character for "hope" written across the moon, just like their
necklaces. They kissed and Hope assured him that she was not having visions of him with her mother. Daddy Yankee came on Oliver's iPod. He hurried to turn it off and knocked over a candle in the process. Hope laughed and the two kissed again.

Steffy was not happy to see Liam at Forrester Creations. He explained that
he didn't record her conversation on purpose and was against using it in the tribute. He returned the check for his services to work on her laptop and offered his apologies, but Steffy could not understand why he didn't stop the recording from playing in the first place. Liam's extreme remorse for hurting Hope piqued Steffy's curiosity and she picked up on his feelings for Hope.

Bridget arrived home to find an apron-clad Owen preparing dinner for Jackie. Owen expressed his love for Jackie, but also his unhappiness with always having to live in her world. Jackie arrived home and Owen tried to explain his feelings to his wife. Jackie didn't understand and offered Owen an allowance. Owen needed more of a purpose and Jackie assured him that he was much more than a sex object to her. He rolled his eyes as she asked him to draw her a bath but still tended to her needs. With Bridget and Owen waiting on her, Jackie remarked, "It's good being the queen bee."

Post lovemaking, Ridge and Brooke mused an escape, but settled to face all their obstacles together. They both feared that Steffy would sell her shares of Forrester to Bill Spencer.
